The staff was very helpful from checking in, answering questions, and luggage delivery. Breakfast was nice to have available. The room was modern and clean. The amenities were great water free and gave us two free drinks. The location is about a either 7-15 min walk from the stations which we didn’t mind at all and also close to the shopping in Umeda.

We did wish there were irons in the room and not in other floors in a separate room.

We stayed here in 2023 and again in 2024 and loved it both times. The room was large and comfortable with a big soft bed for 2 people. The doona/comforter could be thicker/warmer but it was enough for April's temperatures. The room was clean (but a bit dusty) with a walk in shower, separate bath and space on the counter for personal products. Staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and happy and check in/out was a breeze. Breakfast was suitable with a mix of western food (Scrambled eggs, Sausages, potato gems and noodles with fruit, cereals and yoghurts) and oriental (soups, rices etc). Pre made coffee orange and apple juice was available (no tea). There is also no room service but you can order take away from the restaurant to eat in your room. Water bottles are available on request from reception at any time. Location is a 7 minute walk to the closest train, and 15 minute walk from the main station. Convenience store is just around the corner and there are some restaurants close by as well. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend! Thank you Moxy for making our Osaka trip that extra bit better.

The environment is very cozy and convenient. I like the style of this hotel.

On the third mid-night, when I fell alseep, I suddenly heard the sound of water falling. It was a little bit noisy.
