Not the 5 star hotel experience to expect compared to other prestigious five star hotels in other Asian countries or Europe. The room was nice but the service is far from good, mainly at the front desk where the person who checked us in was showing a lot of attitude for no reason. Nobody from the front desk even say high or anything at any time of the day, nobody direct you towards the right elevator when you check in (as there are multiple ones and it’s a bit confusing)… We also asked for a warm drink when we arrived as it was early in the morning and didn’t really get to sleep during our red eye flight and we were basically told we had to go buy one at the bar of the hotel. In any prestigious hotel, you don’t even have to ask , the front desk team always ask you if you want to drink anything as you arrive. Shoutouts to the room service, cleaning and luggage personnel who were extremely nice and helpful and made our stay a bit more enjoyable! Luggage crew could easily replace the front desk team as they are way more kind and friendly. In summary a very cold hotel, which seems more adapted for business than for vacation. Even though the room was nice and clean, I don’t recommend it, it’s not worth the money at all. Please lower your expectation if you book there thinking Four seasons is going to be a magical experience, it’s far away from what you probably have experienced in any other country.

The staff is very helpful, kind, and refined in dealing, they provide excellent services and try to help in every way, I do not need to ask for anything, when I go out and return to the hotel I find everything I used has been replaced, cleanliness is high and important to me, as well as calmness and non-disturbing, a wonderful hotel that I highly recommend

Very nice property that is close to a lot of stores and restaurants. They also have some on site restaurants for your convenience. The gym was nice and clean. The staffs were helpful and professional. They helped us to arrange a private taxi to take us around town for a day and also helped us with taxi to the airport. They also have a airport limo bus stop 6002 right across from the hotel. Room is clean, open and spacious; we enjoyed the bathtub and the smart toilet a lot. Wish that they will provide a room speaker for music.

Great location! 5 min to Myeongdong shops and restaurants. Service was quick and efficient . Only negative is no chairs in lobby. Would stay here again when we are back in Seoul.

Sound proof was not too good. Could smell cigarette smoking in the hallway and through air conditioning! Per hotel, it was due to hotel guests not following policy!!!

It was great to be back at four Seasons, I had a fantastic time at Maru , YU YUAN and the 12 floor restaurant. Garden Terrace. It was an amazing and unforgettable time . Was good to meet new friends and old friends at four Seasons. It was a warm welcoming from all the staff at this amazing luxurious hotel in a center of Seoul .

Location is good, the rooms are clean and spacious yet luxurious

The staff are excellent, especially concierge and valet area. They are very nice and very efficient. The area around the hotel is convenient, great location for many of the things we wanted / needed to do.

Great location, nice rooms, and a beautiful sauna. Wouldn’t stay there again, mostly because of the service we got from concierge. We were sent to restaurants that were closed, our car pickup was sent to the wrong hotel, and they refused to call us a taxi unless we were physically downstairs (which usually resulted in a 10-15 minute wait in the lobby). Pretty disappointing considering concierge service is usually so impressive at the Four Seasons.

This is located in the center of seoul but view is not good eventhough I stayed at the suit room

The room and the view were incredible. The bathroom was top notch, as was the maid service. The secret bar in the basement was great with an art deco vibe. I wish I had the time to try the sauna.

Incredible hotel. We came to South Korea for our honeymoon and decided on the four seasons for our first 2 nights, I must admit that I wish we would have done more but we had tickets to go to Jeju. We will definitely be coming back and staying at this location again. The Charles H speakeasy is a must, and the breakfast buffet is mind blowing. The service is also top notch. Wow!

We were very much disappointed in our recent stay and the services treated during the stay. We stayed with you before in 2017 and at that time service quality and people additutes were much better and met 5 start services. Now I would say that building get 5 stars but not a services and treatments -2 starts. Very arrogant and not helpful front desks. Requested couple time to help reservations and other small request but they directly said couldn’t help or neglected to assist. Even communication between their own spa, they directed us to talk to them. 5star hotel should be seamless experience between internal teams/departments. Another event that disappointing event was in Spa. Me and my husband got 90 min massages and mine was horrible experience and I didn’t understood what she was doing. She weren’t able to deep tissue itself and continuesly ignored my requests. She couldn’t give consistent pressure very ignorant that I had to point multiple times but she continue ignoring my request and made my back feel more achy and some muscle more tight. I spent my good 500$ to be more stressed and uncomfortable. Finally when front desk person asked ‘how was my service?’ I provided feedback and said my service was bad and i spend my 90 min to feel uncomfortable and she made me feeling more achy and tight then front desk women said just ‘THANK you’ and your husband paid the service. Seriously, did she make a joke? Or her english was not good?!
