Bang for the buck hotel.

Apr 2022Very convenient where all the nice restaurants, shops, skating rink is at ground floor by just taking the lift from the floor where our room is located on.
Bathroom is quite mouldy, could do some upgrading works.

The Room Keys went bad frequently. The bed was not comfortable, they were too soft. Should have been more firm.

The elevator was so crowded, where it need to stop almost in every single floor
I think because of Youth Championship during my stat time
I found that the Staff I met were very friendly, helpful and resolved all questions that I asked.

Traffic congestion at peak hours was significant; but this was no fault of the Hotel. At other times, access was easy.

Feb 2022The breakfast was great, lots of varieties. The staffs are friendly and attentive.
The toilet was dirty with toilet bowl covered with urine, bad smell. Informed the reception, cleaning was made immediately. Happy with staff immediate action however, bad experience to start off the check in.
The door key cards were overwritten and we were standing outside the room after dinner for > 15 mins trying to scan and get in. Informed the services team, staff were sent in to check on and repair. Happy with the immediate action taken, however, not a good start for having to deal with these on the check in day.

The request made to have connecting room was never answered. Arrived early at the hotel and request for a connecting room, had to add another rm50++. Booked 2 rooms, 1 rooms not ready at 3pm. Door knob loose. There are few missing items not provided in the rooms.

Car park, shared car park with mall which is very hard to find empty slot and have to pay RM15 per day

Paid parking. What in the world you stay in the hotel but need to pay parking fee, even with discounted amount but still not cheap! Security, please dont look down on people, i checked in using car, but after that change to bike because im working and its a family local trip since MCO, why, people with riding bike cant afford to pay hotel???
