The place is not clean. Facilities not well maintained- example broken tap in bathroom

The Tv wast working WiFi was bad

Breakfast was delicious and warm. We had Hot water running. Room was clean.

Staff could be faster and be well prepared with all the breakfast ingredients.... So that it's not late. Maybe add a waiter/ waitress when there's more than 5 guests. Regular checks of water pipes and draining systems. After a shower, the water would just stand in the tub and go through slowly. Some guest was playing out loud music through the night , disturbing the other guests whom were tired and needed to rest peacefully. Dirty staircases and passage walkways. More care and cleaning.

There was a bad smell in the room,balcony was dirt including towels are so old and not soft,the coffee cups were dirty air conditioner wasn’t working to channels are not playing

Poor facilities management, breakfast poor

The location was great and the staff are friendly and professional.

There was a loud event that went into all hours of the morning, the rooms are not sound proofed enough. The hallway was filthy. The WiFi was practically unusable. The intersection turning right leaving the premises is almost impossible to cross during peak hours.
