The bed was a bit too soft for us

Great location, great layout of apartment and all required amenities provided.

After a long road trip to Cairns it was nice to be able to catch up on a bit of washing and rather than dining out enjoyed the BBQ on the deck. Great TV, comfortable bed and ducted a/c.

No contact with any staff. Becoming common these days that access is arranged remotely. Call me old fashioned but nice to have some personal contact.

The unit was not very clean.

Having a private BBQ. Pool excellent, missed the water dragons !!! kitchen and equipment great.

front steps to narrow. tv to bright at night.

Lots of room. clean.great water pressure in the shower it had everything we needed for our stay I will be back with friends

The bush outlook and lovely TV. It was suitable for a short stay.

Unfortunately there was an odd smell in the upstairs bedroom and I think the cleaner forgot to clean the loo. We arrived after hours and so was unsure how to escalate this.

Proximity of beach and local shops/ restaurants

The 3-bedroom villa we stayed in was very comfortable, clean, and with complete amenities (cooking stuff, laundry). wish we could have stayed longer. it was an easy check in. i thought nobody was inside the receptionist but when i rang the bell, i was surprised somebody was inside and told me our room was ready, so it was nice. (originally, an sms should be received by the guest indicating that the room is ready, i thought i didnt get the sms when i reached there so i rang the bell though i didnt expect someone was there)

we stayed in a lovely 3 bed villa with a choice of bed options. it was clean, had great amenities and was very convenient to everywhere in Port Macquarie. I would stay here again.

I was travelling with older people who were concerned about slipping in the shower. There needs to be at least one grab rail for support in the showers. also, the parking space underneath the villa is tiny.

Meticulously clean, spacious and in a beautiful area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as a family of 6. We had plenty of space in the 3 bedroom villa, a short walk to the on-site pool and fully self contained which made for an easy holiday. The local beaches were absolutely stunning and great for the kids.

The bed in the main bedroom was quite soft, had large dents where people slept and pillows flat.. mattress could do with a flip! It made for some sore aching backs/necks but otherwise can’t complain about anything!
