very nicely decorated villas. Lighting options were extremely nice. Everything was very clean and the team was super friendly and welcoming. You have a lot of privacy with those villas. Nice breakfast

Prices for dinner menu are really high and portions pretty small. That could be improved.

The property was stunning and beautiful. I would say, it looks more beautiful in person than in pictures. When we arrived at the property, a French lady welcomed us and helped us with all the info you need to roam around Gili T. Trust me, this 15 min session was so helpful, it saved us a lot of time and helped us plan our day better. The quality of the food was really amazing. The Shampoo and other toiletry products in the washroom were made from pure natural extracts and were custom made for Majo villas. As promised, they provide bikes(bicycles) along with your stay, super easy to roam around in Gili T.

The Air Conditioner in our Villa didn’t work properly on day 2. As it was hot outside, it was kind of a difficult night. Assuming this is a rare event, not cutting off rating due to this.

Honest review from last week (and I dont normally write reviews) - including reference to other comments here which made us not 100% if we should book: The best hotel we stayed in our 4 week trip by far! The hotel is cozy, the staff is amazing and super friendly and the villas are just stunning and so homey. The hotel EXCEEDED our expectations by so much. To the negative comments other people gave: 1. the distance to get there: My comment - On the island to move around you need to take a bike regardless of where you are. Mayo is located right in the middle so super central no matter what you want to do (beach, snorkelling, food). I really enjoyed the bike rides 2. The loud mosque: My comment - mayo is actually quite far away from them compared e.g. the city center. Yes you can hear the mosque in the morning, but this is the whole island. If you are scared that you dont like this fact you maybe should look for another island. All in all we really enjoyed our stay at this cozy hotel. Thanks to all this amazing staff and hope to see you again soon.

Really everything was perfect. The only one minor thing, which did not affect our great experience however - the bikes could be services a bit better. Otherwise there was nothing we would have improed.

Location is not great. You are woken up EVERY morn at 4.30am to loud prayers from 2 temples on the road. They should of told us this before hand it was SO LOUD but they only warned us when we arrived. Evrything is a bike ride away down dark lanes with no light and most roads are hard to bike on. The roads are hard to navigate in the evening. Not close to the beach compared to the other hotels which were much cheaper. Internet was very poor we only got 1 bar most of the time so cannot make calls or load videos.

The mosques at 4:45am chanting prayers over the loudspeaker were extremely loud and woke us up and could not get back to sleep. It happened about 5 times a day so it really is a downside of the villas. Need earplugs which helped us the second night.

Our whole stay at majo was absolutely perfect. The villas are impeccably clean and finished to a high standard. The breakfast was outstanding and they even do a free floating breakfast which was beautiful. ALL of the staff were absolutely amazing (in particular Eddie who even joined us for a night out). Literally could not fault this place at all. OUTSTANDING

It is your own small piece of paradise. It is very private and is a perfect choice for a relaxing stay.

The food was not bad but wasn't great

I liked everything about this place, its outstanding and a little piece of paradise from the minute you arrive. Villa was perfect. Food was really good. Service perfect. All staff were really nice and will help you with anything from laundry, to booking trips etc. I will absolutely return here next time i visit the island.

There is nothing i didnt like about the Villa, it is bang in the middle of the island so easy access to either sunset, or the portside. There are free use of bikes to get you around.

This villa is like an oasis, once you enter it you will fallin in love. Heaven! Lovely tropical cottage design with beautiful swimming pool, room smells so good and fresh, clean and comfortble bed, nice outdoor bathroom (i love the soap and shampoo), large livin room, delicious breakfast, value for money. The location was abit far from the beach, but this villa have bicycle for you to use. Beware of goin home at night, its quite dark. Overall its nice stay tough.

Probably one of the nicest places I've stayed. Very nice room and pool, good breakfast, great staff (quick to sort out anything I needed, and easy to contact with WhatsApp) and a decent price for what you get. Would definitely come back again next time I'm here.

Wifi wasn't the best sometimes, but had data so wasn't an issue. The location is kind of far from things and almost put me off booking, but didn't mind walking/cycling slightly further to get here as it looked so nice. You do get free bikes to get around too and means it's more peaceful (though you do hear the mosque early in the morning).

Almost everything, nice staff, comfy bedroom, beautiful interior, nice pool, and nice ambient.

The location is quite hard to find, especially at night. Need more sign for visitor. Sometimes you'll find some bugs.
