Our flight arrived at night and they sent the key and even help us to go to our room. Really helpful.

Maintaining door handles, door, cleanliness, washing machine and toilet bowl. One of the toilet bowl was shaky and the water trap on the toilet floor during showers. Water took long time to drain.

Easy access to mall

One of the toilet cannot use. Hard to use just one bathroom .

Loving the facilities

It was a good location to stay for shopping; just downstairs is a big shopping mall, and can easily use Grab for a short ride to visit nearby spots like the market. The place itself was also comfortable enough for a short stay.

As would be expected from a city centre and location near the airport, you can hear the aeroplanes, cars and motorcycles speeding through the night. It didn't bother me, but a light sleeper might not prefer it.

No utensils for us to cook simple meal such as noodles.

The bathroom is in the master bedroom so it is awkward if you are in the other bedroom.

Easy to checkin/ checkout.. comfy beds..located at imago so easy to go around KK via grab. House was well equipped with electronics. Good wifi.

Overall clean but dusty.. a bit of dusting needs to be done.. bathroom cleanliness can be improved too. The sofa needs to be changed as it is sinking in. Its labelled as 2 bathrooms - however only 1 has shower facility. So if large group a bit difficult. Lastly, its located in block E and the way to go to the mall is closed before 10am and is extremely complicated. Thats not the host fault though just the poor building structure. So to go to KK times square u would have to walk quite a distance outside the building. Ok for group of friends but NOT SUITABLE for families with small children. No proper waiting area at lobby for cars so if you call a grab please wait for the grab at lobby as the car cant wait for u!

Logistic, air-conditioning and WI-FI are satisfactory . Appreciate kitchen utensils .

Dirty and smelly elevator, 1 of 2 is working. Rubbish disposal via elevator. Electronic lock at apartment is defective, relying on key mechanical lock. Door knob is loose at main door of apartment. Washing machine is ineffective. After spinning, water kept on filling in the machine. Sofas are dirty and smelly, as if never cleaned. One of the sofa cushions deteriorated and one sits on the sofa's frame. Under the beds need cleaning. Rubbish visible. Mirror stained and has chipped frame. Bathroom doors needs cleaning and painting. Bathrooms needs thorough deep cleaning. Cloth hangers broken and repaired with tape and strings. Boxes and old WIFI routers stored in kitchen cabinet. Curtains looks at least a decade old. Lizard droppings and accumulated dusts at windows. Hallway floors require good clean. Stained and smelly from rubbish room. Rubbish room is full of rubbish and rubbish are all over the place in the room because bin is full. Photos of apartment in social media / website and actual look of the apartment varies massively. Above concerns are achievable to resolve.

Detailed instructions on collecting the property keys was easy to follow as a short video was also provided via Whatsapp. The view from the property happened to be facing the Mount Kinabalu which can be seen clearly on a good day.

The master bathroom was a bit smelly (probably from the drainage).

Practically nothing much to our liking

1. Main door slams too loud ,and too fast and dangerous for kids .Closing lever not adjusted properly. 2. living room and kitchen only rubbish bin much too small. 3. No kitchen paper towels 4 No teaspoons to make tea with. 5. Kitchen asink piper very loose and shanking badly 6 Mattress too soft. No extra pillows . 7. No small table , chair or and mirror in rooms 8. Living room settee lounge set all sunken down . Uncomfortable to sit at all ., Responsible supervision needed.. Constant initiative and checks by supervisor . Management should not compromise in this area .

- Smooth check in and checkout process (with detail instructions provided) - Easy access to the mall right below - Residential parking provided with access card - Sufficient bedding in each room - Smart TV (youtube available) - Water heater faulty in master room (but was attended and fix) - 2 in 1 Washing machine and dryer function - Baby bathtub provided - Host Bella was quick to respond on whatsapp, attentive and accommodating to any concerns raised

- Every hour regardless day or night hour there are noises coming from neighbour sounded from above (chair dragging, knocking, door slamming, feet stomping or walking) Things can be improve: - Ants especially in the master bed room and corridor walkway leading to rooms. - Found baby roaches in master room toilet - Foul smell coming from toilet drainage hole - Toilet flush faulty (inconsistent) - Clothing hanger were insufficient. Had to bring extra hangers as advised from reviewers. - Windows in room are not sound proof, so do expect sound coming from cars on the road and planes passing by

Just the wifi didn't work properly.

The homestay is just above the mall. Very convenient. Easy to get Grab too. The house owner was friendly and helpful.

Unpleasant smell at the next door neighbour compound. Looks like they used fishbones and egg shells as compost for their vegetable as fertilizer.
