Reception was prompt and courteous。Hotel was located adjacent to a major shopping area with many restaurants. The subway system to the airport is five minutes walking distance. But the hotel offers free shuttle to the airport and the driver was exceptionally courteous.

The location is not a major tourist area so it is not a very attractive area. But staying there was more than satisfying。

Stayed here for overnight transit. The shuttle from airport and back was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, lovely rainfall shower. Staff very kind and helpful, they communicated with a voice translation app

The only tricky thing is that we chat is required to book shuttle. An existing member of we chat needs to allow a new member to sign up. I asked a Chinese person in the queue at my departure airport to sign me up

This place is close to Baiyun Airport . The facility offers shuttle to and from airport free with 4 hours notice. Close to Metro station (5 minutes or so walking). Nearby, there is a shopping mall and a giant supermarket. You can get anything there. And if you miss any American food, there are McDonald, KFC and Pizza Hut. And you won't be disappointed with all those Chinese food places. The room we got was very comfortable. We extended our stay by four more days with this facility.

We didn't use the restaurant facilities. No comment for their food. But we did take a look at the items in the buffet, the selections seem limited. But it could be the time we were there.

The facility was beautiful and clean. The swimming pool was very nice and in the morning we were the only ones. The buffet breakfast, which the manager gave us for free because of my complaints, was generous.

What was described on the website, for example that there was a coffee maker, fridge, iron, kitchenette was all not true. We also had to arrange a visa extension and they didn’t provide the documentation we needed so we had to switch hotels. The management was not friendly.
