We were met on arrival by the apartment manager and given a very quick run through of the property. We were told to use the chat function to ask any questions.
On arrival we were keen to buy some groceries. We asked reception and were given 2 options, one convenience store around the corner and one supermarket further away. As we were pressed for time, we chose the convenience store. The security guard said he would walk with us and he waited while we grabbed a few items. They drastically overcharged us and the security guide was excellent in advocating for us.
We used the chat function to ask some questions of the apartment manager and these weren’t responded to until after we left.
We were told someone would meet us on check out and they never turned up. Thankfully, the reception staff of the building were great and held the keys for us.

Beautiful, very spacious apartment with industrial style touches. Great location, walking distance to supermarket and waterfront. Well equipped kitchen. Super comfortable beds, we slept very well. Nice rooftop pool and BBQ area with view of table mountain. Great place to stay for a group of friends, we loved it and will recommend it.
We couldn‘t make the hair dryer work, but maybe that was on us :)

Excellent location - near the waterfront and all the important spots. Parking is super convenient. Kitchen facilities are great. View of table top from the balcony. Safety is great. Check in check out is convinient. Extreme value for money
Due to Christmas - apartment wasn’t cleaned for three days. Confusion in booking hotel transfer. Partly my fault too.

AMAZING!
Dockslands is so clean and comfortable. Its everything you want. The rooftop with heated pool and view was amazing. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. Looks exactly like the photos. After three days we had to check out because I booked everything in November. We cancelled after one night and came back to Docklands to end our holiday at this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. 💙

Our stay at Docklands Luxury Apartments was amazing. Check in was smooth with the help of Siyanda - their guest relations and the apartment was clean and immaculate. Included amenities like coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher among others. The view from the bedroom and living room was breath-taking with an amazing sitting area and braai setup in the balcony. Location was central with a short drive to V&A and major sightseeing vendors. The location and vicinity is secure. There is a small supermarket that is open till 11pm just around the corner.

The apartment is beautiful and has a great view of Table Mountain
The agent was 45 minutes late in getting to us after we communicated the time as requested, and when we got to the apartment, there was no cot as I had requested. The staff did bring us one quickly however.

Lovely apartment, beautiful decor and amazing views of Table Mountain! The security staff were so friendly and helpful. Location is great, walking distance to V&A waterfront and short taxi ride everywhere else! The SPAR is just a short walk away for all groceries and coffee shop downstairs too which was convenient. Can’t wait to come back!

I loved my stay at the Docklands Apartments.
The apartments are well stocked an equipped, beds are extremely comfortable (I did not want to get out of bed), parking is free, internet is on point, a café is available downstairs for breakfast (if you are too lazy to cook breakfast).
The Booking.com page pictures for this place undersold it - I loved this location...

The apartment was perfectly situated with spectacular mountain views. It was beautifully furnished and the beds were warm and extremely comfortable. The private parking was secure and easily accessible.
The second bedroom could perhaps do with the addition of curtains as the outdoor passage lights shine through the blinds even if they are closed. We were fortunate not to have any power outages during our stay but I was not made aware of any backup lighting in case that would have happened.

EVERYTHING! The location is perfect to walk to the Waterfront, restaurants and shops. The apartment is luxurious and has everything you need. Most amazing view of Table Mountain and the Waterfront.
I didn't like that I had to leave! If I have to criticize something it would be the street noise, late night revelers or early morning people going to work.
