Beds were soft

It was a great location. The apartment was clean, the ac units worked great, they allow pets, and we had no parking issues. We had a great time, we will definitely stay again.

Location, price

The apartment we booked had a different bedroom/bed layout than what booked. While we were technically able to sleep the same amount of people, nobody communicated with us prior to arriving that the bed arrangement would be different. We went into the rental expecting that our children could sleep on the same floor as the parents and each have their own mattress and still allow a grandmother to have her own bed/mattress (not have to utilize a pull out sofa) and that was not the case. We were told to bring our own linens which we knew at the time of booking. That was fine with us but again we brought sheets for a couple of queen mattresses, a full and a twin, ext based on the details of the apartment we booked and it was different from what the apartment really had in it so we were short sheets that were big enough. The person in the office listened to our concerns and she initially kept explaining that we could sleep the same amount of people. While she was not rude she was also not apologetic that we were not getting what we thought we booked. I tried to explain that we booked the apartment specifically for the bedroom/bed arrangement that met our family's needs. And also explained that they asked us to bring sheets for beds that were not the right size. Aside from the frustration of not getting the apartment arrangement we thought we booked, one of our comforters was very dirty. Upon pulling it back to lay our own sheets down there was something liquidity and sticky that prevented us from using it. It was very off-putting. Another comforter had a big stain on the inside.. I would recommend bringing your own blankets too. They did offer to show us another empty apartment and gave me the option to switch but we didn't want to be across the street and down the way from a second apartment we rented that had the other half of our extended family.

Overall it was a great stay but would be best to stay with a smaller group as the rooms aren’t super spacious
