Very well situated to go to the Ski Resort. Perfect shuttle service to go there, but can be done in a 10 Minutes walk too. Very helpfull and effective stuff (transfer booking....)

The room was clean and well equipped. Staffs are so friendly. The hotel offers to drop you off at the bus stop every time you go out. It wont convenience with ski equipment to walk to the bus stop. There’s very quiet area and quite far from any convenient stores.

Really cute apartments & lovely attentive staff. Great for anyone looking to avoid the hustle & bustle of Hirafu. A little bit difficult to get to from Hirafu/Hanzono as buses are infrequent & taxis are quite expensive.

Large studio apartment with separate bedroom. Kitchen is great all necessary utensils and more. Small but important detail. All the light switches are at the intuitively right place.

The staff was super accommodating and their guidance really helped us enjoy Niseko.
