Stayed here for a ski weekend. Easy check-in process as house was nice and warm on our arrival. Well stocked house with plenty of towels and blankets. Plenty of room for our family of 3. Location was very good. Mattress and pillows on beds were too firm for our taste. Could not get living room light to turn on so it was dark at night.

This property is somewhat dated but very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurants and shopping center. The Continental Golf Club is just across the street and is in great condition and fun to play.

This home is very clean. The kitchen, bathrooms all of it! We had plenty time of room for 6 people. It was also very comfortable, close to everything. We took advantage and of the washer and dryer and left there with clean clothes. We would definitely book again.

Condo was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants were very close to the condo as was the only semi private golf course. Only concern was that there was no entry lights which made it somewhat unsafe when entering in the evenings.

Place is easy to find and get to. Very clean and roomy. Was well stocked with anything you could need. Was a good spot for us to stay and enjoy the Grand Canyon and other National Parks and Monuments.

Do not be deceived by the photos and description. This townhome does not have two twin beds in the second bedroom, as described. There is a bunk bed in the second bedroom now. Our group would have never booked this property if the owners and Evolve Management Company had been forthcoming with accurate details about the beds at this property. Our group was very disappointed.

Would definitely stay here again. Place was spacious and clean, and the area was quiet. Communication with manager and check-in process was clear and easy. Lots of good directions in the house for where to find things, how to work the electronics, etc. Everything was very organized. Well supplied with dishes, kitchen utensils, soap, paper towels, etc.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The townhouse was spacious and had everything we needed, including games and books for the kids. We loved the location across the street from the Continental Country Club and bought the membership pass to be able to use the club while we were there. Franco was very responsive to our needs.
