This luxury single family home was built in 2018. Everything is set for your perfect getaway in Saugatuck/Douglas this summer. The home is a 15 - 20 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck's many restaurants, bars, shopping, and activities. With strong business-grade high speed internet and mesh wifi coverage, this is a perfect getaway for a socially distanced remote working/schooling throughout the home. The home features a gourmet chef's kitchen with high end black stainless KitchenAid appliances, a master retreat with huge 8-foot spa shower, three full bathrooms and four bedrooms over 2900 sq ft of living space. The screened in porch with outdoor fireplace is perfect for a cozy western MI relaxing evening. There is a dining room with a table for 8-10 guests and plenty of seating area for the whole family or group of friends to spend time together. Perfect place for our family to meet to spend Christmas together. Great kitchen, fabulous hot tub, and wonderful space to socialize. We also found the customer service excellent, as we had a couple requests, restaurant recommendations, etc. We highly recommend!

We had the best time. The house was an absolute delight, was spotless, beds super comfortable, equipped with everything we needed (and more), and was in a perfect location. We walked into town almost every day and were just minutes away from several beaches. Finally, Chad was so quick to respond and kind! Could not recommend ridgeview retreat enough!

We were all very pleased with our stay here. Everything was as described in the VRBO listing. Plenty of room for 5 adults and one 7 year old. The kitchen was a dream to prepare some home meals. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor area was very quiet and secluded. The hot tub was enjoyed by all.

This house is just perfect. It is spotless, comfortable and has absolutely everything you need. Not to mention very comfortable mattresses and bedding. My family especially loved the outdoor space nestled into the woods.

We just spent a wonderful week with our family at Ridgeview Retreat. The home was beautiful, very spacious, and tastefully decorated. The living room area provided plenty of space for our family to gather and we enjoyed using the fireplace on the back porch. The hot tub was relaxing and Chadd, the property management contact, made sure it was serviced and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy a meal at home. We would definitely return and we highly recommend a stay at this lovely home.

Overall the house was well equipped with towels, paper towels, toilet paper and almost anything you can think of needed in a house. The only thing it could use would be a couple more hooks or towel racks in the downstairs bathroom.

Ladies Getaway
My friends and I had a fabulous week long vacation together. The house was so perfect! Luxurious, beautifully decorated, and clean. The outside area was ideal, as we were nestled in a forest yet only a short distance from the downtown. The walk through the beautiful neighborhood enhanced the experience.

Awesome House
This is our 2nd time staying at this house. It is a beautiful and newer house with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, there is a beautiful patio with propane grill and hot tub. Thank you for a fantastic week!

Our stay in Saugatuck
Recommend this house and location for a great stay in Saugatuck. Conveniently located within walking distance (about a mile) to downtown and yet in a quiet residential area. Well stocked kitchen as we like to cook, and plenty of games to entertain our children and grandchildren. Loved to hand in the porch and enjoyed the outdoor seating area.

Great house for a family gathering
This house is great for a group of 6 to 8 people. The hot tub is a nice touch although a light outside would have been helpful in the dark :-) We had zero issues and would have no problem renting again.

Saugatuck - Ridgeway Lane Vacay
This property was fantastic! The location was just a short distance to just about any place we wanted to go - especially to downtown Saugatuck. The home is very well equipped with just about everything vacationers could ever ask for or need, especially the kitchen! We loved all of the high quality appliances. The grill was easy to use. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area, as well as the screened-in porch. Our working family members found plenty of spaces for conference calls and other necessary work-related tasks. The onsite manager, Chadd, responded quickly to out questions. He went the extra mile to create a sleeping space for our grandchild who preferred being in the same room as his parents. Our grandson loved the variety of games provided. Chadd also prepared the hot/sauna for our use and provided information about where to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. This property was great fit for our family. 👍🏽

There is a grill out back with wonderful adirondak chairs and a hot tub and double hammock. There is little sun out back and so it is very shaded. The bathrooms are modern and clean. Chadd, the property manager was very responsive to our needs and was at the property within minutes of my text message that something needed fixing. All in all I highly recommed the rental!!!

Loved this rental home!
This home was gorgeous and spotless! We ate most meals in and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The yard and setting was beautifully landscaped and private. We used the grill, the hot tub and took daily walks in the neighborhood. We had three generations of family there and the layout and bedrooms/bathrooms afforded everyone their space and privacy. It really was a home away from home. Brian and Chadd were easy to contact and quick to respond. We would rent here again and highly recommend it to others!

Excellent stay!
This house was even better than we could have imagined. The house itself was beautifully appointed, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The owner and managers have done a thorough job anticipating their guests’ needs and have done everything to make guests feel welcome. For example, we arrived at night, and the lights were on a beautiful jazz was playing on the speakers throughout the house. I look forward to staying here again!

Gorgeous house full of thoughtful details. I hosted 5 girlfriends for my 50th birthday and it was perfect. Everything we needed was there right where you would logically think it should be! The communication with Brian and property management was excellent. The furniture and linens were chic, cozy and comfy. Everyone who was there wants to go back!! Great house!!
