If you are looking for a luxury condo... you have found it! New for 2019! The condo has been completely renovated. If you have stayed with us before be sure to see the new photos. AlsoCome see for yourself how comfortable this mattress is! CASPER mattress. New sleeper sofa fall 2023. Our second floor 1BR condo at HHIBT Resort (Ocean Villa A-225) is very close to the beach/pool. Our condo is ocean front across the front of the A building (no parking lot view). Marsh and Atlantic Ocean view! Keyless Keypad door entry. We will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. Extra disinfection will be used on items such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, remote control, etc... Towels & bedding are washed in HOT water between stays. 6 Pickleball Courts If you need more space, we also own the condo next door- A224. Just purchased in Feb.2020 and renovated in April 2020. Home Away # 9437951 Queen size bed with a CASPER mattress in an open bedroom floor plan. One dresser and two closets. Queen size leather sleeper sofa & 55" smart television in living area. Ceiling fan in living room and bedroom. Granite countertops in kitchen. All new appliances in the kitchen. Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, and Stove. Fully stocked kitchen accessories and starter paper products. Bar height table in living area that seats four. Bathroom has new quartz countertop and a shower/tub combo with quartz walls. Balcony has table/chairs & rocking chair. Free high speed wireless internet. Free long distance calls. Two beach chairs and towels. Elevator Please and thank you NO SMOKING in the Condo or on the Balcony! This includes vapor and electronics. Strict resort rule - NO pets or emotional support animals for short term rentals. Resort will charge violators fees. Maximum guest 4. Because of condo being 540 square feet we recommend no more than 4 people. One (1) parking pass is included with your rental fee. Additional parking passes are $25 each. The resort offers the following amenities: Gated Resort 24 hour on site security Tennis Courts/ pickleball courts. Children's Playground Fishing Pond (catch & release) Multiple Grills and picnic areas within the resort Free Fitness Center On-site Bike rental Sports Bar Largest pool on the Island Children's Pool Children's activities Memorial Day thru Labor Day Poolside food and drinks Smaller pool on other side of Admirals Row building. As promised, the condo had great sunrise views from the patio and the boardwalk to the beach is practically at your doorstep. It was perfectly cozy for our small family and very well stocked for cooking simple meals. We had breakfast each morning on the patio to enjoy the sunrise views, and ate out for dinner each night since the place is really only has indoor “table” seating for 2 (and our 2 kids are too messy to eat with plates in their laps).
Since the beach is right there and tracking in sand is inevitable, I also appreciate how clean it was on arrival and well stocked with enough towels and linens for all of us! We will definitely be back!

Another wonderful weekend at this beautiful condo. Everything we needed was provided and all we had to do was head to the beach! We look forward to returning again!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The view was amazing. It was a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach. The unit was fresh, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including beach items. While the beach was busy, the resort area was quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend A225. Thank you to the hosts and owners for sharing your property!

Beautiful condo with attention to detail. Literally, it was gorgeous from the tile backsplash in the kitchen to the crown molding. The supplies, too!!! A Dyson??? Omg!!! Amazing!!!We loved the condo! Our only complaint (which has nothing to do with the condo) was how slick the boardwalk was by the rinse off station. I actually fell walking up to the station. I think the property manager should be on top of this especially for older people. Otherwise, this place was gorgeous and if we ever come back to SC, we would not stay anywhere else!

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at Lorri’s condo. The check in process was super quick and convenient and the condo was extremely clean. It was exactly what we were hoping for and provided a very relaxing week at the beach. Lorri was also very responsive and helpful prior to and throughout our stay.
Would definitely recommend this VRBO to anybody who asked!

Our stay was nothing but amazing ! The room was a perfect size for my husband and I. It had all the essential that we needed. The check in process was easy and the code to get into the condo was great. I loved being able to be key free (less stress). It was clean. The walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes. The walk to the pool and food was less than 4. We definitely will be back for another stay.

This one bedroom condo really does live up to the reviews. Very clean unit with a beachfront view. If your not beachfront, your gonna be looking at the parking lot. The communication during booking was easy and no further communication was needed, which is the way it should be. Couple of minor comments because no place is perfect. The bar height chairs at the eating table are uncomfortable due to sharp front edge, the ceiling fan above the bed makes an odd noise and the dishwasher pods were unusable as they disolved in a baggy. These are minor but I mention them to support how good this place is and always look for improvements. Thanks, we'll be back.

As we watched people toasting the day looking at a parking lot, we were SO happy to open the door of our condo and enjoy the beautiful view of the marshes and ocean on our deck, complete with bar size table and chairs. The condo is small so best for a couple but well stocked and very clean. The host’s directions and check in procedures were clear and easy to complete. We really preferred this part of the island after driving to the other side. Less busy and more natural.

Had a great time at this property. Updated, clean and well stocked with kitchen / linen items. It was just my wife and I. It was a good size for us. More than 2 may be a little tight. But still a great space, location and resort.

This is a nicely renovated oceanfront condo. Much thought was put into the updates to optimize space. Very clean and welcoming. Great ocean view and easy access to the beach and pool. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Lorri and Steve for sharing your condo for others to enjoy! It’s perfect!

This is a nice recently updated unit right on the ocean. The problem is the elevator is in the rear of the buildiing but there are stairs 1 1/2 flights near the unit. So if you are going to the beach you have to use the stairs or walk a long way to the elevator so if you have problems with stairs that's a problem

We enjoyed our stay. Communication with owner was always pleasant and prompt. The community offered lots of amenities but several of the on-site restaurants were closed for the season. The condo was nicely updated and had great views of the ocean.

Very clean, cute little unit. Perfect for a couple. Amazing location right off the beach with a perfect view. All of the amenities in the unit were great including the giant fan and beach chairs/towels. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

The condo was very clean and comfortable and had a calm, relaxing environment. We thoroughly enjoyed the oceanfront view from the balcony and walking on the beach. Weather was perfect and we appreciated the welcome goodie basket!

We travel often and always bring the necessities. This was the best stocked condo we have ever rented! They had all the little things I bring from home like tissues, hand soap, Clorox Wipes, in addition to the regular starter items you would expect. They also provided beach chairs. It was like you were renting from family or friends. It was also super clean, convenient to the beach, pool, and resort restaurants. It’s a small condo, but it’s a perfect amount of space for couples. We highly recommend!!

Great condo with a view! The location and access to the pool and beach are perfect. The owners are very fast to respond to any issue and we would definitely stay again when we go to HHI!

Location was awesome, beautiful views of the ocean and boardwalk beach right outside. Very nice little condo. The only thing we were not aware of is there is no door on the bedroom, more of a studio style. The bedroom is when you first walk in front door, like a hotel then the bathroom is next to it, and the kitchen living room area and patio on other side,so a little noisy from the people walking up steps outside and when husband was up earlier in the kitchen and living room area. But it works ok for just a couple, we had a fantastic time celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary there this past week.

10 year anniversary trip
We had a blast celebrating our anniversary in Hilton Head Island and staying at your condo made it even better! The unit was updated and decorated exactly the way we like. The access to the private beach was great! Wish we would’ve stayed another day or two, we will definitely look into coming back in the future.

Great place to stay on the beach
We had a great time here. The check in process was real easy. The condo is just as good if not better than what the pictures show. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out at the beach/ocean. It was really nice being able to hear the ocean from the balcony too. The condo really has everything you would need. I think the only thing I was wondering before our stay was if there was an ice maker which there is not, however there are several ice trays in the freezer so it’s just as good. The on-site restaurants at the resort were very good. Overall this is a fantastic place to stay on the beach. I’d definitely stay here again.

Fourth of July Stay
We were very happy with the accomodations. The owner was very great to deal with. I had an issue with the sheets and she immediately came in and replaced. The open bedroom was a little hard to hear the tv when the tv in the living room was on. But the condo was described as open bedroom so that is to be expected. I was hesitant to stay here as I heard mixed reviews on the HH Beach and Tennis Resort. However I was very pleased and her unit was spotless. Great having chairs for the beach. Great location!

The condo was great…crowds not so much
Nice condo! Great view! It’s a large complex so very crowded and loud. I’d suggest beach time 7-11 and 5-8 summertime. Lots of large families and groups so most of the beach gets taken up by large tents, travel carts, etc….everything but the kitchen sink. Pool just as crowded.
