Our family of 4 (mom, dad + 2 children 18 and 20 y/o) had the best time. The location is incredible. Close to restaurants, bars, market, metro, literally everything is around the corner. The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped with all the necessities. And Carole is a wonderful host. We will be back! Nous avons retourné!!

Fantastic location with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Close to metro. Lovely feel to the apartment, which was very spacious and well equipped. Great for a paris weekend

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is as described, it has a homely feel and is the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring.
The tube station is only minutes away with lots of shops and restaurants close by. There was almost too much choice on where to eat.
Carole is a super attentive host.
Would highly recommend 😃

We so enjoyed our stay. The flat is really close to a lot of great food and sites. It was clean, and the hostess was helpful and friendly.

We had 4 days to spend in Paris and Carole’s place was perfect. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. We lucked out with weather. Temperature was comfortable. The flat is quiet, safe and everyone was friendly. Plenty of conveniences close by. Cafe’s, bakeries, market, shopping … We walked everywhere or used Lime Bikes. Carole was always quick to respond and helpful with all of our questions and needs! We would 100% stay here again!

We loved this place. Great location for walking to the Metro and many good cafes. Carol is a great host.

My family and I are still ecstatic over at stay in Paris. In particular, with a great host such as Carole.
The apartment is in a great location and as-is listed. Very quiet and peaceful place to rest after being out in the city all day!
Most importantly, Carole is highly available and communicative during the entire stay. We will definitely return on our next trip.

Beautiful Parisian apartment and nice location. It was a great for a home base to explore Paris. We were travelling with a 7 month old and two other adults and this place was a really nice spot to be able to see and walk Paris but also comfortable for making meals and spend time at the apartment. Lots of great restaurants and places to walk nearby. Carole shared with us some nice advice and suggestions too.

Carole was an excellent host. The apartment was lovely. It’s in a great location. We want to come back again!!

Carole is a great owner - checked in with us periodically throughout our trip. Appartment is clean and spacious. 2-3 min walk from metro line 8. Would stay here again.

The flat has a very nice location and is very cosy. Although you are in the middle of Paris, the house with its courtyard offers a refuge where you can relax from the long city tours.
Metro stations, supermarket, cafes and restaurants - everything is nearby.
But what made everything even more perfect was our host Carole, who gave us a warm welcome despite a considerably late arrival. She was absolutely fantastic and we always felt welcome. We will be back again!
Chère Carole - merci pour ce merveilleux moment passé à Paris !

The appartement is perfect to spend some days in Paris.
Most of all, it is very quit and the interaction with the owner is very easy and most informative.
Thanks Carol for having us...

The apartment was exactly as pictured/described, and it’s in a perfect location to explore some of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. It’s tucked away on a quiet street, behind an even quieter courtyard. Just be mindful if you pack on the heavy side that you’ll be rolling your suitcase down the cobblestone courtyard and then up 3 flights of stairs. But don’t let that deter you- just pack less! Most importantly, Carole was fantastic. She was extremely responsive, gave great recommendations, and was lovely to meet in person. I would definitely stay here again if I have the pleasure of returning to Paris!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for my friend and me. The apartment was spacious and lovely and Carole was wonderfully nice! She was very helpful and flexible on the day of arrival which ended up with travel complications.
The location is truly where I would stay every time. It's easy to access everywhere in Paris - much of it by foot right from the apartment - but a number of different metro stops were just minutes away. Lively Paris is right outside but the moment you step into the courtyard, it is quiet and calm. Such a beautiful place.

I’m not sure what to say was best about our stay…. Carole, who was absolutely amazing, the fantastic location or the awesome apartment. It was our family’s first time to Paris and Carole was so incredibly sweet and accommodating to our needs. She was timely in her communication and provided us with guidance for our visit to be optimal. The location was perfect as it was close to shopping, great food and incredible sites of Paris but you wouldn’t have known it as it was tucked away with a lovely green space when entering. The apartment itself was awesome. It was clean with lots of amenities and allowed our family to be comfortable during our stay, including doing some laundry while we were there so we were able to pack super light for visit. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer!

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Paris. Having been to Paris before, we didn’t expect air conditioning and knew from the listing there was none. When in Paris, it’s normal not to have A/C so that wasn’t a big deal to us. We were only really hot in the evenings when it was over thirty Celsius during the day, the other nights we were fine.
The bedrooms were sparse but clean. The mattress in the master bedroom (the one with the bathtub) was very soft which isn’t our preference, kind of like a hammock feeling. There was good storage in the master bedroom but the second bedroom storage was very full so no room to store your own clothes.
The bathrooms are modern and clean as well. The kitchen is small but serviceable for light meals like breakfasts and snacks and has a dishwasher. There was some missing cutlery but Carole said she would be addressing that.
The last thing you need to know before booking this property is it’s not quite as spacious as the pictures make it seem. That is the biggest reason for not giving it five stars because we really did enjoy our stay but the arrival was a bit of a letdown. We aren’t used to metric descriptions of square meters so we’re expecting slightly bigger or had envisioned it bigger. Really we should have looked into that more. For the five of us it was enough space but the second bedroom was a bit tight with three staying in it with all their stuff and little storage.
The owner, Carole, was extremely accommodating. Five stars for her! Great communication, reaching out when we hadn’t been in touch to see if we needed anything. I really appreciated her kindness. I would recommend staying here for groups of up to four, and not with little kids because the stairs are very steep.

My husband and I brought our five and seven year old sons and my mom to Paris. This apartment is bright, airy and spacious enough for us to all have our own space. Carole has fully stocked the place for easy cooking and has enough towels and linens for everyone.
The location is perfect if you want a nice quiet place to stay that is away from tourists, but super easy to walk or take public transportation to all the tourist destinations. We walked to Notre Dame and joined our hop on/off tour from there. There are multiple grocery stores, mini marts, bars, and restaurants within a five-minute walk.
Carole is an amazing hostess! She’s super responsive, helpful, kind, and communicative. As long as this place is available, this will be my go-to place to stay!

The apartment was exactly as advertised (and perfect for this family of 4, and the quietest apartment I have ever been in), but the highlight was Carole, the property manager. She was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. You are just a few short blocks from several different subway lines and can get to any of the attractions within thirty minutes. We walked to the Bastille Market, took a boat ride down the nearby Canal St. Martin, walked to Notre Dame to learn about the complex restoration, and visited countless nearby patisseries and coffee shops. The kitchen had everything we needed to make nice dinners, and we spent hours walking around the nearby neighborhoods. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with this charming apartment in the St. Ambroise area of Paris. The communication with Carole, both before and during our stay, was excellent. She was very helpful and responded to any and all questions we had, whether about the property itself, getting to the property or the check in procedure. The apartment was large enough for the six of us. We were 2 adult couples and 2 teenagers. The first floor of the apartment consisted of a living/dining area and small kitchen, along with a 1/2 bathroom with laundry. The living area was clean, open and airy, and was equipped with a TV and stereo. The kitchen was stocked with silverware, dishes, glasses, pots/pans and pretty much everything you would need to cook meals. Upstairs there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The "master" bedroom had a queen bed with bath/sink (no toilet). It was large and comfortable. The second bedroom had a queen sized bed and a small "loft" which is able to sleep one perhaps two. There also was a hall bath with a large walk in shower. Overall we were very pleased with the layout of the apartment as it was very condusive for conversation and relaxation, while being big enough for privacy if need be.
The apartment was conveniently located near the Marais area, and there was a Metro stop nearby. We were within walking distance of the Bastille, Notre Dame and Sainte-Chappelle. Other sites were a short Uber or cab ride away. Overall we were extremely pleased with the apartment and its location. The only thing I will say, is that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a building with no elevator. Not a problem for us, but worth noting. Again, would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and very warm. It is very well equipped with plenty of clean towels and kitchen stuff. We were met by Carole who is really nice and friendly, she couldn’t have been more helpful.
The apartment is very relaxing, no neighbor noise, you can’t hear any traffic at all, it’s on the 3rd floor, which is just about as high as you’d want to climb without a lift so that was fine, it’s accessible via a private courtyard so very safe
There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a few 100m too.
The property is just off a main road from which it’s easy to catch a taxi, we did spend most of our time walking though, as the weather was dry and sunny.
We also found taxis fairs to be reasonable from the centre of Paris, €12 - 16 a ride made it cheap for 4 people.
I can recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed

A perfect apartment for a family with young children. Across from the Marais, two metro stations nearby, this quiet apartment was ideal for us. Definitely worth be our new “pied a terre” in Paris.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for us - the location is fantastic, with easy access to several different metro lines for zipping around Paris and easy walks to cafes and the grocery store. Carole is WONDERFUL and super responsive to any questions or inquiries. She's close by, too, and was very hospitable and friendly. The apartment was spacious and slept the two of us and our 3 kids very easily, with plenty of common area room for everyone to have their space. Honestly, this was a gem of an apartment in the city. I highly recommend!

It is a beautiful apartment located in a lovely neighbourhood in the centre of Paris. It is on the third floor but an easy climb up. Carole is a fantastic host, very helpful and gave us a great welcome and very good local information. It is extremely comfortable and with security doors into the building we felt very safe. I imagine it is quite warm in the Summer but we had perfect Autumn weather for the duration of our stay.

This is a wonderful apartment – large, airy, sunny and well-maintained on a beautiful interior courtyard. The location right between the Marais and the 11th is the perfect combination of accessibility and true neighborhood. The downstairs living area and well-equipped kitchen have plenty of room (by Paris standards) for our family of four to spread out. The large bedrooms upstairs under the eaves have opening skylights and plenty of storage. The metro is only a block away with a good grocery store only two blocks away. The easy-going host, Carole, lives on the same courtyard so any issues are easily resolved. The only drawback is three flights of spiral stairs that some might find challenging. But it’s worth it for such a great apartment. Ten days wasn’t enough!
