This amazing service is complimentary during the summer! The Property is Located at 25 Corine Lane In The Singleton By The Beach Community. Plenty of room for multiple families! * 7 Bedrooms - 14 beds * 8 Baths *Private Pool *Rooftop Balcony *Designer Furnishings *Heated Pool*** Here is a detailed floor by floor description of the house The Ground Level - On this level you will find a two car garage. This level also has the pool, covered lanai, grilling area, outdoor seating, dining table for 8+ and a full bathroom, and Television. The First Floor - This is the main living level of the house where you will find the first bedroom of seven bedroom suites, the living room, dining area that seats 17, kitchen, and guest bathroom along with a covered porch. The first floor bedroom on this level has a king bed (sleeps 2). The Second Floor - This level has four bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. Two bedrooms have a King bed (sleeps 2). The two other bedrooms have a King Bed with a full bunk (sleeps 3+). One of the king bedrooms has a bathtub in the ensuite. The laundry room is located on this level. The Third Floor - This floor has two bedrooms with private baths, and a large sundeck. The third floor Master Bedroom/Family Suite has a king bed, 2 queen bed bunks along with a full size bed (Sleeps 7+). The other bedroom on this level has two queen beds and one twin (Sleeps 5). Overview of The Singleton Beach Community Although the home designs may be reminiscent of traditional Charleston architecture, the Singleton Beach Community is actually one of the youngest seaside communities on Hilton Head Island. Located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surfwatch Resort, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. Whether you choose to make the scenic walk to Collier Beach (approximately 700 yards) or take the beach shuttle*, old and young alike are sure to be pleased by our beautiful white sand beaches and relatively small crowds year-round. When it’s time to take a break from the sun, be sure to drop by “Coco's on the Beach” to grab a refreshing frozen drink or a quick bite to eat- all without leaving Collier Beach! Aside from the beach, Chaplin Oceanside Park is located a mere 100 yards away and houses a multitude of tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, and soccer fields, as well as a playground, dog park, and restrooms. This property is perfect for large groups. I recently rented this home to accommodate a group of 16 women to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday. The home was beautifully decorated, had more than enough space for the ladies to enjoy themselves and we greatly appreciated that each room had it's own private bathroom. Maureen was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive with all of my request. Book this property for your Hilton Head vacation, you will not be disappointed!

Great stay at a fabulous property! Would highly recommend with only a few exceptions!
The fee for cleaning was significant but the home was not thoroughly cleaned. Even the kitchen counters and tables were dirty with crumbs and hand prints and elbow stains. The bedroom furniture was dusty and none of the floors were fully swept or mopped. In these days with COVID and other communicable diseases, this is surprising. The state of cleanliness for this stay of ours warrants a refund of that cleaning fee!
Other than that, we loved it and would highly recommend this house, owner and property manager.

My stay at this beautiful home was more than enjoyable! We came down to celebrate a birthday with 10 friends, and it was more than enough room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and everybody was able to have their own space. The walk to the beach was nice and the proximity to stores was great. We also enjoyed sitting by the pool as it was very calming. I would definitely book this home again.

What a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. This property was perfect for our extended family vacation. We could not get over how fully equipped it was. From everything you need for the kitchen to all the gear for the beach, just awesome. Another great advantage of this property was, one call and a golf cart shuttle came to take you to the beach. Our family would stay here again without a second thought.

The property was perfect for a mini 40-year college reunion. The house allowed us to have our own space but there was also plenty of room to spend time together. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed, and the pool area is great for those who want to swim/soak and those who don't. It's just a short walk to the beach and convenient to local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Pool smaller than expected, but is completely shaded with comfortable seating for four adults. Patio has additional tables and seating.

Plenty of dishes/glasses/utensils/pots and pans.
Easy access to beach via bike or shuttle and adjacent park. Ten minute walk.

The property is beautiful and in a great location. Overflow parking is so close it wasn't an issue at all. We had a slight issue the evening we arrived. But the property manager was great and contacted me within minutes to handle it. We will definitely look into staying here again if we come with a large group.

I was able to push the front door in without using the unlock code. I did correct the bottom lock while there but could not reach the top lock. There is nothing letting you know how to use electronics throughout the home or what to do with towels/linens upon leaving. They need a book or more notes on location. I have rented MANY properties and this is the 1st time I have had to reach out and ask questions from the rental company, yet they came by to check that we were following rules. Every time they responded to me they told me to check my app. The app DOES NOT have electronics info or linen info for check out.

Amazing to say the least
Everything about this home was just what we needed. We literally only left the house twice during our stay. Once to walk to the beach and once to dine at Hudsons…. It exceeded our expectations and sitting by the pool the majority of the time was so relaxing. You will not be disappointed!!!! I’d definitely book again!

We had 21 people kids to adults and everyone had a bed to sleep in. Very functional for that many people. Pool on the smaller side but was great out of the sun and were able to swim in the evening.
Shuttle was great, timely and were all very friendly. Wish it went a little later but was very glad to have it available. We were glad to have a drink fridge in the garage also especially with so many people. We had a great week.

Excellent. This house has plenty of everything, plenty of bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, nice pool, near the beach, cable TV, and it’s beautiful. The pool is beneath the home, yet outside. This was very nice after too much sun at the beach and during a rain. There is also a tram to take you to the beach which is also within walking distance. We had a lovely vacation.

Renting was a very easy process. I started my search in Dec 2020 because of the growing number of guests and we wanted to accommodate as many as possible in one location. The price was great because it was off season and I was early in committing to it. The house was gorgeous and a big hit for everyone. My daughter had all her friends with her to celebrate her graduation. And we had family there with us that we hadn't seen in over a year because of Covid. Singleton beach was in walking distance for the young. We drove to Burkes beach and then to Driessen beach. Easier walking for my husband. I look forward to doing it again. Thanks for the memories.
