This was our third year staying in this condominium community. This rental is the best yet! CLEAN and beautiful! The location is perfect-easy walk downtown and many restaurants/bars around the block! I can’t wait to book this property for next year!

Great location where you can walk to everything downtown. Very clean and well stocked. The only issue was that I did not understanding that the temporary key code was the electronic lock above the door handle, not the key box located on the wall. FYI...Unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Was not an issue for us but others should just be aware. This is the place we will stay from now on when we visit Traverse City.

An absolutely amazing place to stay during a trip to Traverse City! An easy walk to get both downtown and to the water! The condo is super clean and well maintained and every small detail was thought of! I would highly recommend over and over again!

Nice visit- clean, safe and convenient to downtown

Paula’s place was in walking distance to everything on, and around, Front St. It was a quick drive to the Commons as well. We never had an issue finding a parking space in the complex, but I could see that being more difficult in the busy season. But the parking garage is literally next door. The checkin and checkout process were super simple, and Paula was always attentive and very responsive. The apt. was clean and the bed was comfy. If I have to come up with something, you could occasionally hear people in the other apt. through the door in the bathroom. But it was rare and didn’t really bother us so 5 stars.

Paula’s place was in walking distance to everything on, and around, Front St. It was a quick drive to the Commons as well. This is a great apartment for a getaway with a few friends or (in our case) your siblings. Front street and all of the breweries there is walking distance while the Leelanu Trail with its variety of wineries is just a short drive northeast. Paula is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. We will be back!

The couch, recliner and bed were all comfy and the bathroom is really nice and updated. Overall a great stay and we'd definitely stay there again!

We loved staying here during a weekend getaway in Traverse City. You're within walking distance of the city, so we never used our car the whole time we were there! The unit is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has all of the basic amenities that you could need. The owner was also fantastic about communicating with us. We will definitely see if this place is available the next time we visit Traverse City!

Such a beautiful condo and perfect location! We had the perfect girls weekend and an amazing stay. Included everything you could ask for and was very clean! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future!
