This condominium complex offers spectacular views of the Savannah River entrance and Atlantic Ocean with great dolphin watching, two fresh water pools and a Tot Lot with wading pool for young children. All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits. Everything was as advertised and more! Very clean and had views of ocean. Could also see light house. And cargo ships coming into port.

vrbo was just ok it wasn t bad but it wasn t great, it was too far from the beach to haul all the stuff, next time will make sure rental is on -the- beach. the refrigerator smelled bad even though it appeared clean, people in next door next floor parked wonky everywhere TV only got movie channels that was bad. dryer wouldn t dry clothes had to have service call just ok

We had a nice visit to Tybee Island! The view from the balcony was better than I expected. The bathroom could have been cleaner but overall we had a great stay!

Very nice property. As previous reviews stated, the master bedroom is a king bed. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to the lighthouse, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here. Cool to watch the ships come into port too.

This was a gorgeous and perfect place to view the ocean and the boats going into the Savanah River!!!! We loved it!!! Great beach access, great quite complex.... Very clean and was just all around perfect for us!

We enjoyed the views on this property so much! They are updating the property as well and doing a great job of it! Would stay again! I did not have to communicate with the property manager.

Everything was just as promised. I'd recommend this property to my family and friends. I look forward to when I can visit again. I was very happy about there being a king sized bed in the master. We enjoyed the beach which is an easy walk, sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and lots of great restaurants. The only thing that would have made the visit a perfect 10 is the beds are very hard. I would still rent the same condo again but would bring additional bedding to help sleep better.

Enjoyed the location. Close to beach and Savannah. Cleanliness wasn’t quite on point, Cheetos around coach, mild mold in showers. Overall though enjoyed our stay. Big porch, plenty of room, and solid basic amenities. Managment super easy to work with.

Very quiet, kept place. Less crowded than any other part of the island. The Crab Shack was a neat place to dine for shrimp and crab. It was just a few minutes away. This condo has a wonderful view of the Lighthouse (you can see it from the kitchen, and great views of the ocean (from the back balcony). We got to see the large ships coming in to port from the back porch/balcony. Fort Pulaski was a few minutes away-neat history . We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. It has easy beach access, good parking, and it was nice and clean. The pools and beach were not crowded and we saw dolphins every day! When we reserved the listing, one room included 2 twin beds, but when we arrived there was a queen instead. This could've been a big problem, as 2 teen boys were going to stay in the twins, but one dropped out of the trip so it was fine for us. But it was quite a surprise and potential problem that we were not warned about. But since it wasn't a real problem, everything else was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is exactly as described with a beautiful ocean view from the quite large deck! You are literally just steps away from having your toes in the sand. Pros: location, view, clean, super friendly property managers. Did I mention the awesome view and that you are right on the beach? It was also quiet and away from the crowds which we liked. Also got a view of the lighthouse and could walk to that as well as north beach bar and grill. Can also walk to Tybean coffee house and Hucapoos - it's a little over 1/2 a mile and I wouldn't want to do that walk after dark. Cons - if you like being in the heart of things and walking everywhere, this is too far out ( we don't, so it was great). The twin beds are hard. Like seriously. But the queen was comfortable. It would be worth your while to pack a mattress topper or egg crate mattress for the twin beds. I think it's a great place for 4 people, might be a little crowded with 5. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view with a short walk to ocean. We had trouble with being able to check in on time but were compensated with gift certificates for dinner. Nice kitchen and air conditioning works very well. Beds could be more comfortable but all in all a nice place.

Condo was a little cramped for five people. The dryer did not work properly. The people staying above us had children who ran through the condo all the time which was annoying and they stayed up late at night. Other than that we had a great time.

We're regulars at Lighthouse Point condos. The north beach community of Tybee Island is more laid back and less commercial. The beach is very private and the waves are more calm. Perfect for stand up paddle boarding! The unit we were in had keyless entry and updated bathrooms!
