The location in the booking was not accurate It is located on the beach on rozmaring OTCA Communication with the owner was hard. Don't understand English. We suffered little bit from ants as we got garden apartment but it was eventually ok.

A really nice, spacious and modern apartment with nice garden in the new modern gated neighborhood in front of the Balaton beach. The surrounding was really beautifull and there are also outdoor gym and sensory path. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed. The apartment was as described and it had absolutely met our expectations.

Maybe next time just do some check abouth the cleanliness of dishes before arrival new guests.

It is indeed extremely close to the lake. The flat is really nice, looks like brand new. It was really comfortable. In my opinion, it perfectly fits up to 4 person - still ideal for 5. 6 person would be a bit of a stretch, but doable as well. Really satisfied with the place!
