Overall was a great place. I was disappointed the owner did not respond to my questions on VRBO. After several attempts the onside/local property manager handled my concerns/questions. There were minor issues with the unit such as ice maker not working,. broken dinning chair and lighting, malfunctioning garbage disposal causing a leak, kitchen drawers that kept opening on their own, lack of some items in the kitchen, and not so great clothes dryer. I notified the onsite manager, so hopefully these will be addressed for future tenants. This could easily be a 5 star place if these issues get resolved for our next stay.

My family spent a week at this condo and loved it! There was plenty of space for the nine of us for sleeping and hanging out together. Loved the view from our deck and the easy access right onto the beach. We would definitely use this place again.

Condo was very clean and furnished as the photos show. What you can’t see in the photos is how enormous each room is. Every room was unusually large (as beach condos go) with high ceilings which provides a very spacious feel.
Due to the construction and location of this condo (only condo on the top floor of the building) our stay was super quiet.
The only (minor) detractor was that the garbage disposal was not working. We reported it the day we checked in but no one ever came to fix it during our weeklong stay. However, that was a minor inconvenience that really didn’t take much away from our overall experience.
We had an ideal stay. I highly recommend this condo.

We had 11 total people on our vacation, everyone was super comfortable. The condo is beautiful and the access to beach was awesome, so was our view. The only complaint is the low water pressure throughout the condo, it is not best but it is also not the worst!! We are so looking forward to staying here again!! Thanks for a wonderful time!!

Enjoyed Our Stay, But Had Several Maintenance Issues to Deal With
The 5 Bedroom condo was very luxurius except for several maintenance issues:
- The fan in the master bedroom didn't work on 1st and 2nd speeds. On high speed it made a terrible noise.
- The exhaust fan in the master bedroom did not work.
- The toilet in one of the bedrooms was not bolted down and rocked when seated on it.
- The heated dry in the dishwasher did not work so all the dishes and silverware had to be towel dried.
I spent 5 hours of my vacation with the maintenance guys fixing the above issues. I probably spent 3 hours holding the flashlight in the master bedroom toilet so the maintenance guy could see what he was doing as he was installing a new exhaust fan/light.

Great Location
This condo is located right on the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, seeing and hearing the waves. The sunrises were magnificent. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. There is a washer and dryer so were able to wash beach towels and swimsuits daily. There is a pool, for those who want one and an area with charcoal grills for grilling. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The only downside was that the water pressure is a bit low. Overall this is a great place to stay.

Family vacay
I loved that there was bathroom in each of the 5 bedrooms, as well as half bath. Very spacious and perfect for our group. We will come again next summer!

Best stay on the island in years!
We’ve stayed in other condos but this one with family was just super. My only expectation was A roll of paper towels and there was none, lots of toilet paper which I was not expecting!! But everything you’d need to have a great beach experience. We cooked our food & had all we needed but hot pads for the oven and a dish towel to dry & wash. Dishwasher worked well. We had the whole top 4th floor was amazing to see the beach, pool, and on the West side balcony the fireworks! The beds were really comfy with lots of great pillows. Two a/c units worked incredibly well! Looking forward to this same unit next summer!!

Just as great as a Florida vacation - but closer!
Location was fabulous, condo clean and spacious. The first night there was an issue with no outside lighting from the parking to elevator, but that was resolved. Would certainly recommend or return!

outstanding location
The balcony and the living room/kitchen were the best. Location to beach & restaurants was great. Had several problems: bed in master bedroom had 2 slats broken, keys often did not work, handle to main sliding door on balcony broke near end of stay, elevator did not work on arrival. Property management fixed relatively soon but never returned phone calls. Prior to trip;5 phone calls and 3 emails to La Copa were not returned. Had to get VRBO involved. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Just what you hope for
This condo, right on the beach, was exactly what you hope it will be. Everything was excellent! Went with a group of friends and all had enough privacy and space. The kitchen was a bit light on things, but that seems irrelevant when you look out the window.
Will definitely book here again.

Peaceful time at beach
Condo unit was very big and spacious. It easily held 10 of us. Two were babies and the management provided two pack and plays. Write-up for condo implied we would have to walk up to this top floor (4th) unit, but there was an elevator. Top floor unit was very

Amazing property with view
We loved staying at the property. It was clean with direct beach access. The furniture was contemporary and all appliances were new. The only recommendation is to check water pressure in the showers in all rooms. But it does not mean, I will deduct a star because the property was amazing with a pool also.
