We have four 4 bedroom 3 bathroom units in Ocean Reef, Units 626,1026, 826, 1226. Make your dreams of soft sands between your toes & the sound of the sea splashing against the shore come true when you chose Ocean Reef® as your vacation destination in Myrtle Beach. When you rent this condo you get great rates, best customer service and no waiting in line to check in on a busy Sat. We have combination lock on the door. You don't need to check in with the front desk and you don't need to carry your key with you all the time. Our Oceanfront 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Condo is the perfect oasis to leave the worries of home at home and just enjoy time away with the family or friends. There are four exterior sliding doors leading to the rap around covered balconies that have incredible Ocean views all the way to North Carolina. This end unit oceanfront condo is located in the North Tower and comes fully equipped with: •1 oceanfront master room with a king size bed with linens, full closet, private bathroom with towels, dresser, flat screen TV, two night stands, and access to oceanfront balcony. •The 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedrooms comes with each 2 queen size beds with linens, full closet, dresser, flat screen TV, and night stand. •The 4th bedroom with 1 queen size bed with linens, full closet, dresser, flat screen TV, and night stand. •Full size kitchen with plenty of counter top space, plenty of cabinet for storage, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, basic dish & cookware, full size refrigerator, sink. •1 living room complete with sleeper sofa, coffee table, end tables with lamps, entertainment stand with HD flat screen television and DVD player, and 6-person dining table. •Full bathroom with shower/ tub combination, towels and washcloths, and hair dryer. •Private washer and dryer in unit. •Private rap around oceanfront balcony with comfortable seating to take in the views and warm sea breeze. Although you’ll thoroughly enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll also want to take advantage of oceanfront dining at the Café du Port, which hosts a daily breakfast buffet as well as a large a la carte menu. The Banana Boat Lounge will give you a place to mingle and enjoy a nightly social hour. The Ocean Reef is a full service resort. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room. •Pets are not allowed.

We really enjoyed this location. The view of the ocean was very nice from the balcony, and we were within minutes of everywhere we wanted to visit. The condo had plenty of room for us. 3 adults and 4 children. Everyone said they would love to stay here again in the future.

The resort is clean and well maintained!! The pools and hot tubs were warm and clean !! Loved having a beach in our backyard. The pack and play in the unit was a life saver!! All the beach equipment and toys were fun to use ! We will DEFINITELY book this unit again !!

We stayed here in July 2023 for a family vacation. We had three families with a total of 6 adults and 6 children. We really enjoyed our time in Myrtle Beach. The unit was very spacious and worked well for each family. The large balcony and view was outstanding. It was very convenient to be right on the beach with a short walk away. The kids loved the swimming pools, lazy river and waterslide. It kept them busy for hours. The location is awesome with many restaurants and shops close by. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Although we didn’t go through checkin, the unloading process was very congested with no property employee directing the process. The unit we rented was clean, aside from a small dirty towel that was left on the balcony chair. However, the hotel itself needed more attention to cleaning. Our kids didn’t even want to go in the game room because it seemed dirty and smelly. The washer in the unit wouldn’t spin out properly and, I didn’t receive feedback when I reached out regarding this issue. This was a big inconvenience as we couldn’t keep fresh bath/beach towels. When departing Saturday morning part of our group was stuck on the elevator for about 10 minutes, which was scary and time consuming. We had to carry items down 6 flights of stairs in the heat. An employee who happened to be on that end of the building was very helpful and, even helped carry our stuff. We did enjoy our beach trip with our family.

The condo itself is nice, but a little dated as you can see from the photos. It was also not very clean, as there was stray hair everywhere and the side tables were sticky. The overall property was not very nice or clean, although there are a lot of amenities. Our biggest issue was dealing with the property manager. I’m in my 60s and had some trouble figuring out the check-in instructions on the app. I called the property manager, (it says call her with any questions!) and she was extremely rude about it, and acted like it was a major inconvenience to walk me through the directions to get into the property. We also had issues with the washer in the unit. Instead of sending someone to fix it when we let her know, she had my son on the phone asking him to troubleshoot the machine and turn on and off the breakers to try to fix it. When he complained about the time it was taking out of our last day of vacation, she got angry and was rude again. She did eventually send someone out to fix it. Whoever owns this property should seriously consider finding a new property manager, as Rufia is not friendly or accommodating.

We spent many mornings and evenings on the large balcony. The kitchen had all the appropriate utensils so we were able to cook in. Close to activities and restaurants, short walk to the beach, well-kept and clean pool, friendly people, easy check-in and check-out. Rufia responded quickly to the only question I had. We made many great memories and would gladly stay here again.

This was our first time vacationing in Myrtle Beach and we had such a great stay in this condo. The location was perfect, so many different things to do within a couple of miles. We enjoyed the beach and the pools, the staff at Ocean Reef were so friendly!! The view of the ocean was just awesome from the balcony, sunrises were spectacular!! There was plenty of room in this 4 bedroom condo on the 6th floor that accommodated my family of 12. Our host Rufia was very helpful and so quick to answer any questions I had. If I had to make any minor recommendations I would suggest to upgrade the coffee pot to a Keurig and a new blender in the kitchen. I just loved being there and won't hesitate to go back, we all were very comfortable and had a fun filled week!!!

Family of 9 enjoying the sand, pools and weather at the Ocean Reef on Myrtle Beach for a week of fun. Perfect location, every where we went was either 15-20 minutes north or south. We cooked breakfast in condo then for supper ate at a variety of restaurants. For once you could go down to the pool and not see multiple towels saving chairs. Having the multiple pools for different age groups made it easy for my family to enjoy the water. My favorite was sitting on the patio looking at the ocean and hearing the waves.
