About this condo rental

Situated in Victoria, this attractive condo for $226 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Please note that effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has made the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia to be 90 days. Newly furnished, and newly listed again, this lovely spot is in the coveted Peninsula complex which is just steps from the Johnson Street bridge and Victoria Old Town. It is a large unit with over 1000 square feet to relax after your long day adventuring, working, or visiting Victoria. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and the second bedroom has the option for two twin beds let us know and we can make it into a king for you. There is a queen Lazy Boy sofa in the living room, a single roll-away cot, and as always, a folding bed and booster seat for the littlest guests. There is a breakfast bar for you to sit and enjoy the water fountain and the peek-a-boo view of the canal. The living room has a reclining chair, desk, and dining for six, and a lovely rocker in the master bedroom. You don't need a car, but if you want one there is secured underground parking included and an extra spot can be arranged if you need it. We are also located next to the Delta Ocean Pointe resort so if you don't want to cook dinner, sit at the pub or need a little spa/pool pampering you don't need to go far. Songhees Seawalk is located directly on the boardwalk with access to the Galloping Goose Regional trail system. Take your choice, walk, bike, roller-blade, or kayak your way around the Greater Victoria Area. This is such a great complex we have two units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing two units. Since 2008, Checked in Victoria Vacations has been offering safe methods of payment, an easy booking process, and responsive reservation communications. *Please note there will be important check-in details sent to you from Checked in Victoria Vacations before arrival that will prompt you to set up your preferred access, then 14 days before arrival, you will be sent detailed information on your property. For every 30 or more days of rental, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. It will be a 5-hour clean costs $200 per clean and will repeat every 30 days. It will consist of a full linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and dusting. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, this can also be arranged based on your needs. Once you are within 14 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are making your reservation within 14 days of travel, please be certain before you book it will be immediately nonrefundable. Small little condo, well stocked kitchen, excellent communication. If you can, spend the extra to have the host meet you for on-site check in as the offsite option is very inconvenient. It’s quite a distance from the condo itself, difficult to navigate to, and park during busy traffic.

The condo is well located, close to downtown but away from downtown noises. The only complaint we had was the location of the lock-box for picking up the keys. The lock-box is located on a busy street downtown, far from the condo. Right outside the condo's balcony there are numerous lock-boxes attached to a fence. This would be a much easier location for picking up and returning the keys.

We enjoyed staying there. Great location for visiting the city. The condo was very well equipped and in very good condition. We were very happy with it. Getting the key was a bit inconvenient, but all in all it was a good experience.

Walk to the city on a safe walking path or take a water taxi! Condo was so convenient and comfortable it really made our trip.

great location, easy to get in and out of when travelling by car. Good to also have use of off street parking. Very clean and well maintained ground floor apartment with City Centre walkable.

This apartment was in the perfect location. It was just over the bridge from the historic Chinatown, great shopping, and fabulous restaurants. Beautiful view of the harbor with a very nice walking trail just outside the building. Great walkability, yet away from all the traffic when you were ready to end the day. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook a meal. The beds were comfortable. There is no AC but there is a ceiling fan in the living area and portable electric fans for the bedrooms, plus the windows open. There is a major grocery store about a three minute drive up the street. Butchart Gardens was only 40 minutes away.
