Newly furnished, and newly listed again, this lovely spot is in the coveted Peninsula complex which is just steps from the Johnson Street bridge and Victoria Old Town. It is a large unit with over 1000 square feet to relax after your long day adventuring, working, or visiting Victoria. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and the second bedroom has the option for two twin beds let us know and we can make it into a king for you. There is a queen Lazy Boy sofa in the living room, a single roll-away cot, and as always, a folding bed and booster seat for the littlest guests. There is a breakfast bar for you to sit and enjoy the water fountain and the peek-a-boo view of the canal. The living room has a reclining chair, desk, and dining for six, and a lovely rocker in the master bedroom. You don't need a car, but if you want one there is secured underground parking included and an extra spot can be arranged if you need it. We are also located next to the Delta Ocean Pointe resort so if you don't want to cook dinner, sit at the pub or need a little spa/pool pampering you don't need to go far. Songhees Seawalk is located directly on the boardwalk with access to the Galloping Goose Regional trail system. Take your choice, walk, bike, roller-blade, or kayak your way around the Greater Victoria Area.
