About this condo rental
Located in New Braunfels, this charming condo for $358 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Inverness 305 is a third-floor unit in the second building of an elevated 3-floor condominium complex that has both stairs and an elevator for easy access. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum. Master Bedroom: King 2nd Bedroom: Queen Livingroom: 2 Twin sleeping arrangement on L-shaped sofa. Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more! This unit offers Wifi and smart TV's for guests to log into personal streaming/cable channels. Inverness at New Braunfels is on prime Comal Riverfront property with a large common area deck overlooking the Comal River and property pool. -Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can jump in on property for a 20-minute float down to the last public exit, (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk 5 minutes back to the complex. Repeat for free all day long! -A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot! -Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to the Inverness private riverbank (about an hour and 45 minute float, make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) OR float passed Inverness to get out at the last public exit (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk back to Inverness (5min walk) for a 2 hour float! -Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery! - If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service. -And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away! Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex: Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse. Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social. Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information. Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS. Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property. Each condo will receive 6 wristbands (maximum occupancy) which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked parking spot under the complex building while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the middle lot. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce. Security guards are enforced on-premises to ensure only guests of Inverness are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces. Monthly Rates in our Low Season are available!

We stayed for an extended weekend and had such a relaxing stay. Location is awesome (right on the Comal) and is about 3 mins from every thing in town. Property was clean and well maintained. We never heard any noise from the hallways or neighbors so, we slept like rocks! Parking is very limited and is strictly enforced. Access to the property and amenities are also strictly enforced. You will be given wrist bands that must be worn during your stay. This was our second time staying at this property and we will stay here again the next time we head back to New Braunfels.

Our 3 night getaway to the Comal was perfect. The condo had all the luxuries we needed. It was decorated beautifully and had plenty of pillows and sleeping spaces.I would like to have had an extra blanket or two, but other than that it was perfect.

My family stayed here late Dec - early Jan. The kids enjoyed swimming in the river and the pool, we even got to try paddle boarding. Location is wonderful. The whole complex was pretty quiet while we were there. Overall it was a lovely, clean, quiet, practical unit in a beautiful location for a great price!

The front combination deadbolt was the biggest challenge of all. Aside from being provided the wrong combination, the web site instructions don't come close to how to apply the combination. And the thumb latch needs replacement; if not forced all the way down, then the door won't open.
The severe wet weather and subsequent flash flooding (mud filled pool) worked against us. But the weather results are not the fault of our property managers. We rediscovered the gems that exist in Gruene, and the San Marcos outlets. The local cafes and their friendly staff are still fresh in our memories!
