Gone Coastal is located directly on the beach with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean from two levels of decks! This vacation home is a perfect spot to enjoy a getaway with family or a friends getaway, as the home offers 2 primary bedrooms and 2 guest rooms, along with a double bunk room for the kids. Situated at the end of a private residential street with a beach crossover just steps from your front door, guests will love the ease of getting to the beach. This home is perfectly situated for taking walks or bike rides on the beach, beautiful sunrises, collecting seashells, or take a short walk south and visit the Tybee Pier or the many shops and restaurants located in the popular south end business district. This oceanfront townhome is part of a duplex but offers guests complete privacy. Your private entrance includes garage parking for up to 2 cars and outside parking for an additional 2 cars. An elevator is accessible from the garage which makes it a breeze to get you, your family, and all your gear up into the home. The main living spaces are located on the top floor of the home, so everyone can enjoy the amazing ocean vistas. The comfortable living area has an incredible ocean view - as well as an impressive view of the 75" UHD TV. The large gourmet kitchen and an open concept living and dining area open onto the covered balcony. No matter where you are, you will have gorgeous views. There is dining seating for 8 at the table and an additional counter seating for 4. Sit out and enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the deck which offers outdoor cushioned seating for 5, and a 4-seat high-top dining table. Also located on this floor is a half bath and the main floor primary suite which is a perfect retreat. There is a King bed, with a full private bath, which has beautiful stone and tile throughout, and a separate bath and walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. The living area also includes a sleeper sofa for an additional bedding option. The middle floor of the home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms (2 bedrooms have attached baths, other 2 bedrooms share access to a full hall bath). There is a spacious oceanfront King primary bedroom suite which offers an attached bath with whirlpool tub and separate walk-in shower along with an attached private oceanfront porch with comfortable seating and a 4-seat dining table to enjoy the spectacular ocean breezes. The three additional bedrooms on this floor include: Bedroom #3: Queen bed, TV, attached full bath Bedroom #4: Queen bed, TV Bedroom #5: Custom-built Extra-Long Twin Bunk Beds, TV This is true relaxation at its finest. The colorful design of the interior helps to remind you that you are now on “Island Time.” Bright wall colors were tastefully chosen to give this lovely home a spirited and uplifting feeling throughout. The home was professionally decorated and has been lovingly maintained by the owner. Enjoy hours of family fun in the downstairs entertaining area, complete with a gas grill and a ping-pong table for your enjoyment. This home is strictly no pets. Wireless High-Speed Internet is available for guest use. Unscheduled Relaxation is one side of a large duplex townhome. A maximum of 4 cars is allowed to park on the property. We couldn’t have been happier with Gone Coastal! The gorgeous photos in the listing were spot on with the actual property. It was impeccably clean upon arrival and it is evident that the property is well taken care of. There wasn’t an uncomfortable bed or chair in that home. It is well appointed with everything you might need for your stay. Our favorite spot in the house was the dining room table that was big enough for meals, games and puzzles. The Game Room off the garage was a big hit, especially when it rained. The beach is a very short walk on the path in front of the house. From the porch we enjoyed watching the GIANT container ships as they were escorted by The Savannah Pilots in and out of the channel (that is right in front of the house) to the Port in Savannah. We also got to see dolphins as they frolicked in the ocean. Everything is very close to the property, the town, the Light House and many restaurants. We couldn’t have chosen a home that was a better fit for our family. It exceeded ALL of our expectations!! Thank you Tybee Vacation Rentals for offering this lovely property!

This property is absolutely beautiful. It’s a little hard to find the street it’s on. We all enjoyed the views and the huge windows in the common areas. The kids loved the bunk beds, the rest of the beds were high off the ground and a little difficult for us to get in. Most of our family is 5’ 8 and under. It does have most of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. It would be nice if there was a den or small living area on the second floor. A little pricey, but we needed the elevator for my elderly mother. I wouldn’t recommend this place for handicapped people.

This was an excellent property for our best friends reunion following separation due to the pandemic. The house was perfect and the location, looking out to the ocean, was more perfect. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

We loved the location. Great beach experience (when it wasn’t raining lol). Close enough to Savannah for daily trips (we had a rental). House was amazing. All amenities and very clean. Easy to contact rental agency. Our elevator was out of order which was difficult given bedrooms are all upstairs but I was advised prior to our arriving that it was inoperable

Our family had a wonderful time in Tybee. This rental is terrific and right on the beach. The walk to the beach is easy and short. There is also a nice boardwalk 1 block away that is perfect if you want to ride bikes to the beach. The house is very spacious and well equipped. Great rental!

Great family vacation
We LOVED this property! It fit our family perfectly. We loved both decks. The porch swing was my favorite-so relaxing being able to swing and to listen to the ocean. The kitchen does not come with any spices or oils as is stated so definitely bring your own. The bedrooms were great-allowed us to have plenty of space for our family of 9 including a baby. The walk to the ocean was short but walking through the sand dunes could be tiring. We found it was easier to just walk a little farther and use one of the bridges to walk to the beach! Loved our stay! We would definitely use this house again if we ever go back to Tybee Island!!

Home. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Everyone slept well on the beds, water pressure is amazing inside and the the outside shower. It’s a bit of a trek over the dune but if you have a bunch of stuff the very next street has a full boardwalk. The outside entertainment area is perfect. There was 2 bikes to use, a beach cart with fat wheels, Boogyboards, sand toys and a couple small beach chairs. IF I had to critique something it would be that there isn’t a bathroom by the entertainment space and we couldn’t figure out how to use all the awesome shower heads in 2nd floor master. Also, I LOVED that couch swing and even fell asleep on it but it’s off the bedroom so when the other guests wanted to use it, they were hesitant to come

Excellent home! Great communication.
We rented this property for a staff retreat with 4 adults. The home was perfect with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, so we could all have our own “space”
We had to call maintenance in because of a chirping smoke alarm that we could not reach and they sent someone immediately to fix it.
House was very clean, nice linens, kitchen well stocked. Only problem we had was not having enough time to enjoy it for longer!

We used the 11th Street boardwalk as up and over dunes was difficult as the 10th Street was a short boardwalk.
Plenty of space in the home for our large family. More towels would be great and that dryer needs to be repaired or replaced. It took hours to dry small loads.

Fun Time at Tybee
We had 10 in our group. The house was perfect with so much space. The 6 teens loved the hangout downstairs and everyone loved the quick access to the beach!!!

We had a really great time! The beach house accommodations we’re beautiful and comfortable. The only small inconvenience was the small driveway and garage space. We managed just fine but the parking was just a bit tight for any more than 3 vehicles. The walk to the beach, restaurants, pier, were super convenient and we had a spacious kitchen and dining for a group of 12 even 18 people, we loved it! Thank you for sharing a beautiful beach home!

Beautiful home with amazing views. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We did have some minor mechanical issues... dishwasher doesn’t work well and elevator failed to work a few times. Also, may want to tell future renters that you cannot park in garage due to cement block unless you have a very small vehicle. We could not park our crossover.

Great house with a beautiful view and very nice furnishings. Elevator went out twice on us, and the internet was spotty. Cable was out in one bedroom. Would definitely rent again provided elevator is fixed. Elevator is a must if you have mobility issues.

Great place for celebration of grandma's 70th. Three generations, eight adults, three kids, plenty of room. House and location absolutely perfect. Only thought would be this is luxurious property and it should have first class soaps and paper products.

This is a beautiful home, with gorgeous views of the ocean and sunrises. We had 12 family members all together for the Christmas and New Year holidays and it was wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking large family meals. Plenty of space to never feel crowded, but easy family areas as well. Comfortable, spacious, and worth every penny. Thank you for offering such a beautiful home for us to stay in.

Property was great for a five old sibs week. This was our 11th get together and the best prop yet.
A little risky doing Savanah during hurricane season this year, but we had good weather to go with the good property. Great beach walks to the light house, 50% of on tourist trap T shirts, best seafood ever at the Crab Schack, and a beatufull ocean view from the balcony.
The only negative was wanting to get in one day earlier than the rate drop day we were scheduled for. The unit was vacant for the week prior and the management service said the extra day would be almost twice as much as the daily rate we were paying. They came down a little, but we didn't see the sense of paying extra for something that was going to be vacant anyway.
