Situated in Laguna Beach, this lovely condo for $544 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This wonderful unit has everything you need for a quiet relaxing stay that is beach front! Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is also pet friendly for dogs that are 25 lbs or less. Pet fee $175.00 Unit sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. The unit is on the upper floor. There are about 12-14 steps to climb. No BBQ grills allowed. Master bedroom has a king bed which has views of the Beach, a private full bathroom with french door leading to the living area. Guest bedroom has a Queen bed along with a Full bed with access to full bathroom in the hall. Fully stocked kitchen so that you can enjoy cooking with your family no need to eat out every night, unless you want to! Flat screen tvs with cable & private WI-Fi access.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time I’ve rented from See Ya At The Beach and again I was not disappointed. We loved that this property was smaller (not a high rise), so the beach wasn’t as crowded as some other spots in PCB. We had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have some extra blankets since we went in the fall, but otherwise everything was perfect.

I give it 5 stars. Of course, like everything, nothing is perfect but for me and my family being in front of the sea with a clean, well-equipped and quiet place, because it is a small condominium, makes it a 5 star. I don't have any complaints but rather good comments. Bring your pillows and enjoy the calm and view.

Clean, spacious property with a privileged view of the Gulf. I had search extensively for a Gulf front property that would allow us to bring our two dogs (one small and one medium). Very few did. The ones that did, had all kinds of restrictions. So, I was thrilled when I found this property. But I got even happier when we arrived and found the place super clean and cool upon check-in. Thank you for having the the AC on! It was a welcome gesture. We felt right at home and treated it as such. I am grateful that we were allowed to bring our pets, as they are our children. Lovely condo with a very accommodating host. It will be on top of our list for next time. Highly recommend.

The pictures need to be updated because it has had a upgrade removing all the carpet and the new laminate is great. But the best experience was dealing with LISA! She was awesome to deal with and communicated well responding to our needs ASAP. We had an issue with the AC on the last day and LISA got a technician out ASAP. Thank You LISA for making sure we had a Great Time!!

We loved our stay at Sands of Laguna. The condo was very clean and decorated in a lovely beach theme. The rooms were airy and comfortable. Being right on the gorgeous beach in this part of Florida was wonderful. These are the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Our visit was very nice. As others have said, the property was very clean. We had a bit of issue getting the door code just before arrival that night and the WIfI information was not only incorrect; it was also incorrect with the office. Lisa did come out and help us figure it out! The stay was nice, and November is so quiet!!

The condo was spotless and in a perfect location. Directly on the beach but away from the crowds, yet close enough if you wanted to venture out. The check-in was a breeze as we received a code via text to the lock. There's a stand to rent chairs and umbrellas if you prefer to do that than bring your own (worth every penny to us!) We would definitely stay again!!

The property was perfect for what we wanted. We wanted to be directly on the beach. The host communicated very well with us during our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend the condo to others.

Loved, loved, loved the location! Right on the water and the water was absolutely gorgeous. Would make a few suggestions to improve guests stay. Provide beach equipment, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Also dish washing soap and sponges for kitchen. I would definitely like to go again with those small additions included with package.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked last minute and were going to arrive after midnight. The property manager, Terea, went above and beyond to get us booked on an already slammed holiday weekend. She even text us around midnight to see if we had made it in or had any trouble getting into the unit. The unit itself is a little dated but overall a nice place. The view and walk from the condo to the beach were my favorite of probably any condo I've stayed in. It was a very short distance to the water and it was nice not to deal with long elevator waits/rides like on the bigger condos. We definitely plan to stay here again.
