COMPLEX: WILDWOOD LODGE Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, and only a short walk or free shuttle ride from the lifts and the Village, the Wildwood Lodge is one of Whistler's great affordable condo-hotels; featuring an outdoor heated pool (summer only) with breathtaking mountain views, and a huge outdoor hot tub. Shared laundry and secure ski/snowboard and bike storage are available. The underground parkade has two level-2 EV Charging Stations (C$1.50/hour). LOCATION: BENCHLANDS Located slopeside on Blackcomb Mountain, the Benchlands offers alpine seclusion while still being just steps from the Upper Village as well as the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. With a slopeside setting, these lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. Many of these complexes have ski-in/ski-out access and they are all on the free shuttle route to and from the Village. A lovely, cozy & spacious condo. Whisper quiet with a pretty view. Early check in and late check out were greatly appreciated. Outpost communication was excellent throughout and the welcome package was a special touch. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The resort was exactly as described with everything that we needed. The bed was comfortable.
We were very pleased with the communication about check in, which made the process easy.
We encountered a slight problem after check in but Kristina on the front desk was brilliant and resolved it to our satisfaction. She really is an asset to the organisation, helping with bus times and directions and always greeted us as we came in and out.
The apartment had everything that we needed and is well placed for walking into Whistler or up to the Lost lake.
The pool and jacuzzi was nice.

Great condo space and great location within Whistler. It's a relatively quick walk to either of the mini villages. The condo unit and the lodge building had everything we needed. We worked remotely and the Wi-Fi was super reliable. Concierge was very helpful in answering any questions we had.

The place was very nice and as advertised. The bed was comfy. The couch not so much but we weren't sitting for long as there is so much to do in the area. When we opened the fridge the smell was terrible. It looked clean but there was a strong smell like rotten milk. We bought some baking soda and left it in there which seemed to help a little. Unfortunately everything we packed back into our cooler when we left smelled. Parking below was convenient but spots are a little tight (which seems to be the norm). There is parking right across the street along the road for overflow as well which is nice. Walking down to the gondola and village was easy & fun. Location is great. I was surprised to see there was an additional $500 charged to my card just before we checked in. When I spoke to Outpost they said that was a customary deposit charge and would be refunded about a week after checkout which I hope is the case. I don't recall seeing that mentioned when I made the reservation. Also, VRBO charged an additional $60 ish or so on top of everything.

We really like staying at the Wildwood Lodge. Some of our favorite things about Wildwood include the on-site Outpost staff (especially Kristina), the location, the over-height parking, the laundry room, and the hot tub.
This is the 4th one bedroom unit we have rented at Wildwood, but this one is not high on our list. It's adequate, but it is lacking some things.
Specifically, there is only one hard couch for seating in the living room area. We ended up creating a lounge chair by using a dining room chair, three pillows, the ottoman, and two blankets. Adding a comfortable chair to this area would be an improvement.
Also, there is just one short towel rack. One. It would be easy to add another towel rack above the existing one or to add a towel rack in the "dressing room" between the hall and the bathroom. However, we did appreciate the closet of wire shelves in the dressing room.
My partner says the mattress was very comfortable, but it was a bit soft for me.
This unit overlooks the pool & hot tub. It's easy to tell if the hot tub is occupied as you can look out the window or just listen to the voices.
The entry "closet" area had a boot drip tray, hooks, and adequate space to hang or place gear. A lock for a rack in the ski locker room was provided.

This place rocks! Before we arrived we were sent a building access code and a room access code that made checking in a breeze. The room was clean and they left us some snacky snacks. When there is sufficient snow you can walk across the street and ski to the Blackcomb gondola, and you can ski most of the way back (you only have to walk 1 block). There is a bus stop right outside that will take you to town. The hot tub is hot the lodge vibes are strong and overall yeah we loved it!

Great location and parking under the building. The condo was good. The sofa was uncomfortable but I understand it is a sleeper. The carpets need to be shampooed or replaced.

Excellent location with a path right across the street that gets you into the upper village in 5 minutes or so. Check in was super easy and we loved being able to charge our EV on site. The unit is very bright and welcoming, a perfect hub for exploring the area then relaxing after a long hot days. The pool was also a great way to wind down after long days spent wandering the village and surrounding communities.

Sarah's place was perfect for our needs! It was super clean, relaxing, and a great homebase for Blackcomb and Whistler activities. We really looked forward to the short walk to and from the complex, and to that hot tub!

Our stay in whistler was great. The unit was clean and cozy. For those travelling with babies, there's a dressing room attached to the bathroom and it fit a pack n play perfectly and was pitch dark. Great for our little one to sleep in. Check in and out was simple. Great communication by the outpost team. Would stay again.

Great unit for anyone wanting ski in/out. Close access to the Valley Trail leading to the base of Blackcomb Mountain. Small issue with the sink however, property management was quick to reply.

Our stay at Wildwood Lodge was great! The place was clean and the location is great for getting up on the hill right away. Communication was great.

Comfortable and nicely appointed
Our unit (115) had everything we needed and little we didn't. The hosts had thoughtfully left a good range of amenities (coffee, salt & pepper, etc) that made settling in very convenient (ever tried to buy a small package of table salt?). The kitchen was well set up with plenty of sharp knives and even 3 sizes of frying pan.
We really appreciated the boot room and separate dressing room. These helped keep outside gear in one spot, and allowed a bit more room to spread out.
We really liked the modern decor and it was a lovely space to relax at the end of each day.

Great stay at Sarah's place! Convenient location being about 5-7 mins walk to Blackcomb Base. The accommodation had everything we needed. Check-in/parking was super simple. Daily reservation required for the hot tub (select a 30-min slot on paper form outside of hot tub door) - helpful as you get the hot tub all to yourself!
