Great beach getaway. Walking distance to beach and local restaurants.

We had a great stay at this location. The view was absolutely amazing! We had easy access to the beach and were within walking distance to many restaurants. Each night thunderstorms rolled in allowing us to view the most spectacular lightning we have ever seen. With these storms, however, came wind which caused the awning to make lots of noise at night. Despite this factor, we had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again!

First-we had an absolutely wonderful time on this trip. The view was unmatched and I would go back for that aspect of this rental alone. Arrival and departure were made extremely easy with the app provided. No hiccups, and finding the unit was also pretty easy. Parking was spacious and protected. We were steps away from the beach. The listing is extremely accurate with some upgrades made to the bedding. What you see is what you get. The furniture and overall decor, including patio furniture and beds could stand to be updated, as it tended to be slightly uncomfortable and a little outdated. The layout of the living room was somewhat awkward with the TV being in the corner next to the couch rather than in front of it. The bed in the master bedroom was pretty small and firm, but the patio access and view from there was unbeatable. The master bathroom was also gorgeous and featured a skylight as well as an adorable vanity which I very much enjoyed. The TV in the bedroom was crooked, but a very nice size. The kitchen was very well-stocked in terms of appliances, and the unit even includes a washer and dryer which was super handy. I was able to prepare a few small meals with no problems. In terms of cleanliness, the space was clean, but could have been a little cleaner. One of the drawers had either roach droppings or crumbs (not sure), but we didn’t end up needing anything from that section. Overall, we had an incredible time and would absolutely stay here again.

The best features of this property are the wonderful decks with comfortable furniture and the fantastic location. That made it easy to overlook the tired appliances (stove/oven had some working burners and heats at 350 but not adjustable) and aging bathrooms (no handle on the upstairs shower). If you don’t mind older mattresses, tvs and fixtures you will love this place—the location is second to none.

As for a few suggestion to improve here is a few: The main bedroom bed is very firm, for us softer would have been better, When both showers were in use we would run out of hot water, possibly a larger tank, then a few hangers in each closet would have been nice. But we really enjoyed our vacation at your place and will be back one day for sure.

The management company was very responsive and provided all information needed. Check in and check out was seamless. They also provided most anything you would need for your stay. You can tell the furniture and accents are a bit worn, but still comfortable. The attention to detail in the cleanliness department could use some work, especially considering the price of the cleaning fee on the rental. Major surfaces seemed clean, but toothbrush holder had grime all in it, mirrors were not wiped clean, chair legs with a lot of dust - mostly the things that do not get touched as often could use a little more TLC. We did really enjoy our stay.

The condo and location are wonderful. The ocean views are amazing. Our only complaints were minor issues. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. You won't be disappointed!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was roomy for the two of us. We had difficulty finding it because it was dark when we finally arrived. The parking would have been difficult for some because of the angle and the two cars parked in front of the space. We did not contact the owners for anything because nothing was critical or urgent. It’s an older home but you can tell that it’s attended to my spare parts and batteries in the closets. The home could have been cleaner, there was dog hair and human hair throughout. There were some bugs (1 large roach and 2 silverfish) but I thank God that was shared after we left so I wouldn’t freak out! We enjoyed the location being by the beach and still very walkable to shopping and everything else. The temperature in the home was very comfortable since it was a very cold week. The bed was comfortable also. We were not able to figure out how to turn on the lights outside of the door and the door was difficult to close and lock. Thanks for the monopoly game. It was fun! We had a great relaxing anniversary week overall.

This property is jaw dropping gorgeous, from the initial impression when you first walk in, to the wrap around balcony and balcony off the main bedroom. Visually, it’s better than the photos in the listing. The home was not up to my cleanliness standards. I communicated that to the property manager and was offered a partial refund of my cleaning fee. The check in messages from the property manager inform visitors that “palmetto bugs” are common in the south, the home has been treated, and not to worry if we saw these bugs. Well… in the Midwest, we call those roaches. And after seeing one scurry across the kitchen counter, I could not bring myself to cook. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were cheap. Upon checking out, instructions said to strip the beds. Under the pillow cases, we could see discoloration and what appeared to be sweat stains. There were also crusty things (and a bug) under the fitted sheet. I wanted to love this place because it’s an incredible location, gorgeous, with a beautiful view of the sunrise over the ocean. But the things I mentioned above are too hard for me to look past.

The views are amazing. I mean better than it looks! And the decks are perfect. Walking distance to everything on the island.

The house has great views of the ocean & easy access to the beach. It should be noted it is next to a public access parking lot, so less private.

The house was better than I was expected. It was clean and larger than what I was expecting. Right off the beach and the view was beautiful. Would love to rent again next time if we come back.

We definitely enjoyed this house & the views from both decks were amazing! Very quiet & private with simple access to the beach!! Would definitely stay here again! Appliances were all updated & easy to use! Only complaint was the comforter in master bed was a little dirty looking & the living room wasn’t really comfortable to sit & watch TV late night. Need more couches instead of stiff chairs! But again, had a wonderful time!!!

Had a great time! Everything close enough to walk or cycle to! Beautiful beach views. Bedrooms could use some room darkening shades or curtains! Vacation is made for sleeping in but difficult to do with room so bright at 6 am!

This is our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. The kids loved the perfect waves and I loved the easy access to the beach and ability to quickly go back and get lunch going.
