Nestled in Phoenix, this lovely condo for $166 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Exquisite lakefront condo with stunning views! King-size Master + Queen-size Guest. Highly desirable ground-floor / corner unit with plenty of shade. Imagine relaxing in your very own wrap-around veranda, which is screened-in, tiled, and has ceiling fans! Amazing views of the lake and wildlife directly from your living room windows. Sunshine streams through the windows, filtered by the leaves and branches of the lush plants surrounding the screened in veranda. Please note that we continually upgrade our vacation rentals and recently removed the older "tub/shower" and replaced it with a modern walk-in shower. So now we have 2 baths with 2 walk-in showers! Watch the turtles, ducks and swans from the comfort of your private outdoor space. You can walk around the lake on the boardwalk to admire the babbling creek and the gushing waterfall. During one stroll, a guest counted 32 turtles around the lake! Fishing is permitted with a catch and release policy. Everything about this home is luxurious. Hi quality cotton sheets to snuggle into. Abundant fluffy pillows. Sumptuous towels! Watch your favorite shows on the new 50" flat-screen HD smart-television from the comfort of your king-size memory foam mattress bed in the privacy of your tranquil master suite. Free WiFi, Free Wireless Internet Distinctive tiger-wood flooring throughout lends to the feeling of stepping into another world...one of peace and calm. The living room boasts another 50" flat-screen HD smart-television with surround sound. Granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances. All the comforts of home and a kitchen stocked for all your cooking needs. Washer and dryer in the spacious utility room. The community offers a HEATED swimming pool surrounded by cactus and beautiful bougainvillea, where you can spend the day or evening simply relaxing. Next to the pool is a brand new hot tub and private tennis courts. Our unit is steps away from the pool. A great vacation that is minutes from all of the metro area's greatest attractions. Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (voted best in the US), Garciaš authentic Mexican, Red Lobster, Lone Star, OutBack Steakhouse, Black Angus, Desert Rose Steak House, Sizzler, Chili's, plus many more. Easy access to highways - located 1 block from the I-17. Close to all the fantastic sporting events and Spring Training. And best of all.. .only 18 minutes to/from the airport (non-rush hour). In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted. Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted. Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted. Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted. There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool. No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc. Visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed the home's maximum guests count of 4 people. Please let us know the specific ages of children under 18 years of age. Not suitable for toddlers age 9 months to 4 years

We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Millie for being very responsive and thinking of everything. The unit is equipped with everything you need from pool towels to board games. It is in a very convenient location - close to a lot. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return to Phoenix.

Let me start by saying that everything about this process and experience was top notch. My family and I were traveling to Phoenix for my graduation from GCU. Communication was quick, open, honest, and flexible. Millie was quick to answer any questions I had, and helped tremendously with accommodating our travel arrangements to make sure we had access to the unit upon our arrival in Phoenix. This property was conveniently located (within 20 minutes of everywhere we needed to go.) The community was clean, quiet, residents were extremely kind, and so many amenities. The pool was a nice size, hot tub that was actually hot, there were 2 tennis courts, and a lake with a walking trail. The condo was decorated beautifully!! The upgrade choices were so smart and really made the condo feel like home. My mom passed away 8 years ago, and she used to collect elephants. For her they are a symbol of strength, family, and courage. This condo was decorated so elegantly. Elephant decor adorned the condo. It made me feel like my mom was there with me for this special occasion. Millie thought of everything!! They provided pool towels, pool noodles, tennis racquets, pickleball equipment, fishing rods and pretty much anything you can think of that you needed. The most impressive attention to detail was "All Things Phoenix" binder. This binder had lists of things to do, places to eat, directions on how to get there, details of ordering delivery, and more. I would stay here over & over again.

Beautiful 2br/2bth in a great location. Super clean with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. Views over the lake were awesomr and swimming pool was never crowded. Check-in manual was very helpful with activities and restaurants in the area. 5 Star for sure!

Our stay was great. The check in process was easy and we were given all the instructions we needed before hand. The condo was exactly as advertised and was clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Including a binder full of suggestions for the best restaurants, things to do, and attractions in the area. The pool was lovely and we had it mostly to ourselves. Our only complaint would be that the pool was a little dirty and when we turned on the hot tub it was full of bugs. Otherwise the rest of the pool area and the facility was clean and fairly quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

I can’t say enough about how welcome we felt - from having a kitchen that was ready to go, to clean comfortable beds, an amazing screened porch that invited lingering over breakfast. This condo was exactly as advertised. The property manager checked in with us to make sure everything was okay and left a list of things to in the area. Not a single detail was missed. Highly recommend!

The accommodations were top notch. Very clean and comfortable. Just bad luck with the pool not being available due to the pump not working. The owner tried her best to fix the situation, but was at the mercy of the pool company making the repairs. Her offer to discount our stay was greatly appreciated.

We were thrilled to have time in this lovely property on the lake in North Phoenix. The interior furnishings and appointments in the unit exceeded our expectations, and as many, many others have said, being able to walk daily (multiple times) around this 1 mile lake is a true gift. Communication with the owners was prompt, professional and a pleasure, the unit had everything we needed (and more), and location afforded us easy access to all that the Phoenix and Scottsdale area have to offer. We would highly recommend this unit to those considering it!

The first day we walked in and I opened the curtain and before us is a little lake! Just beautiful complete with ducks and geese. Has a one mile walking path around it. My husband says I picked a "winner" and knocked it out of the park! Close to I 17 and easy to get to. The development is VERY clean and pleasant. The African animal decor theme is nice, everyone enjoyed! This one is a great value.

My wife and I wanted to spend 12 days just relaxing. This condo and the Desert Shores community delivered everything that we were looking for during our stay. This spacious unit has all that we wanted and more. Although we ate out daily, the well equipped kitchen had everything that was needed had we opted to do our own meals. Our nights were spent having a dip in the heated pool, followed by a soothing soak in the hot tub. The walking trail around the lake provides relaxation and fantastic scenery. Nights were very comfortable in the king bed and heat was no issue with the A/C and ceiling fans. This was a great vacation and we certainly hope to come back in the future.

This is a lovely property. Gated lake area makes it very secluded. Can open curtains in living room and enjoy the view or go on screened in patio and relax. Sucks and Geese abound.

We enjoyed the pond - it made for a nice morning walk and pretty view from the patio. The unit was clean and well organized. Beds were very comfortable. One disappointment was that the hot tub water was cold. Other than that, a very pleasant experience.

We rented this condo for a college visit to GCU and it worked very well for our needs. The rental is a 15 minute drive to campus. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We chose the unit for the heated pool and the walking path around the lake which was lovely. The property owner reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Would rent again.
