What a fabulous property to spend Thanksgiving, my father’s 90th birthday extravaganza and a family Iron Bowl Party!! We loved it! The Casa Tuscany was so spacious, plenty of room for a big family gathering and an amazing kitchen for the hub. The pool deck was a great place to visit, grill and relax! We look forward to booking this Casa again!!

This was a trip two years in the making. Sadly, my mother-in-law was diagnosed with breast cancer march of 2022 and we had to postpone the July 2022 trip to 2023. Good things comes to those who wait. The house is beautiful, plenty of space for our family and we enjoyed every second of it. Super short walk to the beach and we had a great time in the pool! During the trip we had a couple of questions and they responded promptly! Just an overall great time!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this property. It is a great house with plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you need-we cooked every night but one. The outdoor decks were perfect to sit and relax and enjoy the ocean view. The only dissatisfaction we had was the pool was dirty when we got there-not debris from storms but sand and dirt. When the pool cleaners came on Tues. it was just as bad(they only did chemical treatment). The day before we left they came again and it looked great afterwards. It’s disappointing to have a pool like that for almost our entire week. The ice maker downstairs didn’t work our entire stay-but there is one upstairs so we made do. The last issue was the air conditioning not working for several days. I reported it(as i did with the other problems) and was told it was probably from us opening and closing the doors-which wasn’t the case. When i continued to contact the property manager finally after the 3rd day she sent someone to fix it and it worked. The property manager did respond quickly every time-the problems just weren’t taken care of. We knew the air conditioning worked better downstairs than that since we had stayed here before with no problems. We love this property and it’s location-just wished the pool would’ve been cleaned and other issues taken care of promptly. We would stay here again.

The views from the decks were beautiful! The owners were super easy to get ahold of and very prompt with a response. The private beach access worked beautifully—the public beach was insanely crowded, so having access to an area with far less crowds was wonderful! We used La Dolce Vita to set our tents up each morning.

If I did nothing else except stay inside this home for the entire trip, it would've been fine by me. We had everything we needed. Everywhere we wanted to visit was within 10 min of the home. My only issue (if you can really call it that) was the remotes for the smart TVs. We didn't have access to the manufacturer's remote controls to access our streaming sites we have subscriptions to. However, it was a very minor issue that had no impact on the enjoyment of our trip. We would DEFINITELY book again!

The house is grand and beautiful! It has so much room for large groups and the hosts have thought of everything from laundry on multiple floors, so many modern conveniences (an elevator, refrigerators on every floor and in garage, ice makers, out door kitchen, fire pit, beautiful LED pool and hot tub, bikes, beach and pool equipment to play with, pool table, so many porches and covered decks, lots of king beds and bunks, fully stocked kitchen and tons of towels). The location is amazing and you can be laying on the beach within 5 minutes of stepping out the door. We will be booking this again and again! Perfect Beach Get-Away!

We Loved It, Already Booked Again for Next Year
My family of six (3 couples) recently stayed at this home for a week in June, and what a wonderful week we had. The house is very, very nice and well equipped for guests. We ate all our meals in, and I can’t say enough of how well stocked we found the oversized kitchen to be. We spent most of our days in and around the in-ground pool and covered porch area, just relaxing. It was nice to have the pool on the street side of the property so we could watch all the activities throughout the day. Of course, if you prefer the beach it is only a few steps away to enjoy one of the widely acclaimed best beaches in the Florida/Alabama area. The built-in gas grill was very convenient, and the fire pit allowed us to serve up some awesome smores in the evenings. The house has the quality of a custom-built home; master suites on all three levels with high ceilings, travertine tile floors, and extremely quiet. Ron and his wife are very attentive and “hands on” owners. We had a minor maintenance item that couldn’t have been predicted. One email to Ron and all was addressed. We enjoyed our time so much we booked a week next year before we even left the property. Book this property, you will not be disappointed!

This is a BEAUTIFUL beach property, great location close to restaurants, grocery store and shopping. 3 floors providing great privacy for our families with an open floor plan for get togethers for meals and talks. 4 beautiful masters, bunk room for the kiddies and all beautifully decorated. Balconies to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets and beautiful ocean views. Walk to the beach was quick and easy. Another beauty to this house is the pool and hot tub (it was my grandson’s FAVORITE). I highly recommend this property for your next beach getaway!!

Great property/location but there appears to be some deferred maintenance given the price point of the rental. Very quick response time from Ron and Dana was sincerely appreciated. Comfortable space for 6 adults and 4 children. Four negative observations. The pool and hot tub did not operate properly. The grill and grilling area had not been cleaned in a while and the excess grease in the bottom of the grill created flame problems when grilling. The dual dishwashers did not clean efficiently. We ended up doing most of the dishes by hand. Deferred maintenance on the pool table. The master bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable on east side and sleeping pillows could be upgraded. Overall is still very good!

Perfect setup for enjoying the beach, your own private pool, and fine accommodations. The home has a superior fit and finish and is well stocked for entertaining and beach fun. We had excellent communications with our hosts. The only disappointment was a dirty pool due to poor performance by the pool cleaning company. Great property.

We rented beach chairs and umbrellas thru a service so we just had to cross the street and we were in paradise! We had a few questions during our stay and the owners responded very quickly which was much appreciated!
The house was also fully stocked which was appreciated. It had everything in the kitchen you could want and it also had bikes, beach chairs, beach toys/games and would save any family from bringing all that gear with them.
