This home was perfect for multiple families to come together to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. There were plenty of beds and enough space for everyone to spread out. The top level bunk room was perfect for kids and well thought out to give them their own space. It was cold so we didn't use the pool but it is a great area and I'd like to come back in the warmer months so enjoy. Overall this was a great house, easy location with nearby amenities. Safe neighborhood too.
I was happy with this home and Ken had great communication even as we entered later and needed a code he was readily available. A++

This house was beautiful. It was well stocked with all of the essentials and we truly enjoyed our stay! We had one minor issue at check in and Ken promptly addressed it and even stopped by himself to ensure it had been resolved. Would highly recommend this property, especially for a multi-family vacation. It is super spacious. The shuttle to the beach was perfect and made getting there quick and simple.

Booked a week at this property to spend time with extended family in Hilton Head. The house was plenty big to accommodate all 16 of us, which included adults and children. The large kitchen meant we could all spend time together, but ample bedrooms and bathrooms meant we could also have privacy when needed. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed room. Everything worked properly and no major repair items were noted. The house was clean, however it does need some freshening up, with the paint looking tired and some minor water spots on ceilings. The very minimum number of bath towels were offered, so be prepared to do laundry. As well, there are not enough beach towels to accommodate everyone, so bring more. Unfortunately, residents in this neighborhood cannot access the nearby boardwalk to the beach, which adjoins the next door Hilton hotel. The hotel has the boardwalk property gated off. However, a short bike ride to Singleton Beach means you can easily access a great beach area that is not crowded. The house is very conveniently located near shopping and grocery stores too. A lot of interesting things to do are within a 15 drive from the property. Bicycle paths are nearby as well.

We had a great time in this home. There were 20 in our group and everyone felt there was plenty of space in the house. The kids room upstairs with the bunk beds was a big hit. The downstairs deck area was also a great space for family to sit around chat and relax. We would definitely come back!

Good overall. Pool was colder than expected and the walk to the beach was longer than expected. The I house was perfect! Very clean and very spacious.

Our family had a wonderful week at this property. The few issues we had were promptly addressed by Ken, our host property manager. He even stopped over to get an issue resolved on Easter Sunday morning. The kids loved the bunk room & the pool as well as the short walk to a beautiful beach. The rooms were large, comfortable & nicely appointed. Thanks so much Ken.

For a large group of golfers, this is exactly what we needed for a group of 12 guys. The house was near the beach, golf courses and local dining and provided all the amenities and more you could possibly need while on vacation. Ken, the property manager provided excellent communication throughout our stay and the house matched the description perfectly. We will definitely rent here again!

We had a large family group (parents + 4 children & grandchildren's families) in town for a family wedding. This property was perfect. Clean, spacious, LOTS of beds, well-equipped, nice eating/living room/kitchen layout on 1st floor - plus the elevator was a real plus with a couple of elderly parental units - one recovering from a recent broken foot! Thank you so much for providing a pleasant 'home' for our stay in the area.

Would have like dish clothes provided. Also in light of the recent rains there was no squeegee to clear water from garage or pool area. One of my family member slipped and took a fall. This could have been avoided. Squeegee was there but broke.

Our group of 20 had a great time! The space was large enough for all of us to enjoy the living room/dining area comfortably and enjoy great fellowship. There were a couple minor inconveniences that popped up during our stay, but the hosts were extremely communicative and promptly addressed any concerns that were brought to their attention. Definitely met expectations and we had a great time.

There were 24 of us staying in this house and we all had a great time. The house was very clean and very tastefully decorated. The beds were all extremely comfortable. The large table and island with seating worked great to accommodate everyone to have a place to sit for meals. The various outside areas also made it nice to have several places to hang out. The game room upstairs with the 4 chairs were great for the teenage boys in our group. The walk to the beach is a bit far (when you have to carry all your beach gear) but it is nice that there is a shuttle you can take. We rented bikes for the week so getting to the beach was really easy going by bike. There is a bike parking area right at Singleton beach so that worked out great. It was so nice that the house had plenty of beach chairs and an extra fridge in the garage. We would definitely recommend this house!

Perfect for extended family
This property was wonderful for our collection of families! Our kids and their kids came from Hawaii, NC, MI, and TN. There was room for everyone to have a moment to themselves, bathrooms aplenty, and everyone who sleeps on a king bed at home had a king bed here! Loved it all!

Great home for big family or multiple families
We stayed in July 2022 for our annual friends getaway - 5 families total 23 people which included small kids. The house was great and the kids really loved the bunk bed room. Short distance to beach. The house was clean and big enough. It had a pool which was nice but the heater doesn’t work after Memorial Day. The wifi went out due to a bad storm one day but the property manger responded to our message quickly and had it up and running the next day. Overall a great house- we would stay there again.

floors so dirty your bare feet turned black on the bottom; furniture very shabby; area rug worn; no cable; dishes in cabinet were sticky and stuck together-had to wash before using; pots and pans missing handles and teflon coating on pans severely scratched; lacked seating in area off dining area; no chests in bedrooms for clothes; 4 FOUR! hangers in closet on first floor; not enough towels; NO fans on bottom floor pool area to move the air; grille base rusted out ; closets on top floor locked; light in pool did not work; not a short walk to the beach; pool VERY small; this house is not being maintained and I feel I deserve a rebate of half the cost. I paid on time and this house was $$$$$ and in poor condition. VRBO should routinely inspect these homes.

It was a family friendly yet picturesque place to be in. There was something for everyone, from the game rooms, to the pool, and the balconies. It helps that the beach was also a beautiful surrounding to this getaway. Also, the host was very accommodating.

I stayed with 18 girls on this property and we such a great time! Overall it was a 5/5 star experience.
Pros:
-We cooked several of our meals and there was plenty of dishware, cooking utensils, etc., that making our meals in the kitchen was easy to do even for such a large group!
-The house was SO clean, immaculately so. Every room that I went in was set up beautifully.
-Even with 18 girls, every time I showered the water was always warm! Very impressed by this.
-Plenty of bath towels to go around plus a large washing machine.
-Plenty of seating offered on the balconies made it easy for us to enjoy the beautiful outdoors!
Just some small things to be aware of:
-The pool and deck area are a bit smaller than we thought they appeared in the picture. The picture is not misleading; I think we just thought it would be a bit larger. We still enjoyed using that space a lot!
-Most windows do not have screens and a couple did not open at all. The place has great air conditioning and temperature regulation, but a couple of times when we did try to open some of the windows they did not open or appeared to possibly be broken.
-A few of the beach chairs provided were broken and could not be used. However, there were several that worked great, and we made good use of the wagon to help us carry our stuff down to the beach, which is about a 10-12 minute walk away. There was also a beach umbrella which we used on one of the days.

Fabulous house with plenty of room. Nice location and well stocked. There is NO way 6 cars can fit in the driveway so be prepared to park in overflow.

Our large family gathered here to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The house easily accommodated us all. The location was perfect, with a beach and park within easy walking distance. Everyone was very happy with their accommodations. The host responded quickly when we had a problem with heating the pool and the problem was easily resolved. We would definitely stay here again. We loved Hilton Head!

In 2019 my family did not spend Christmas together because of Covid. We decided that we didn't want that to happen again and thought COVID would be over lol. Anywho we all got tested and stayed in this house together. It is very spacious, parking rules are strict but we enjoyed every minute. The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond. He even came by on Christmas to bring us a screwdriver to put my son's toy together. I only have a couple of complaints...the comforters had red juice like stains on them in a couple of the rooms. You can tell they were clean but the stains weren't coming out. Also the pool was supposed to be heated, it was 75 degrees and we wanted to take a dip but the water was icy cold. The property manager said he turned on the heater for the pool but the three days we were there, it never got warm. Other than that things were great, we had a private chef and fed a family of 18 in dining area.
