Please note our unit 1701 is Adults only as follows - 4 Adults maximum, 25 and older, which includes occupants and guests. Located at 1010 and 1011 W Beach Blvd Gulf Shores AL, our recently remodeled and redecorated Crystal Tower 1701 offers spectacular birds eye panoramic views of the entire Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Alabama area including Gulf State Park. Indulge yourself in the extra spacious 1,203 square foot upper (17th) floor East End Corner Unit that offers unique and stylish comfort. This two bedroom two bathroom condo offers unobstructed 30 mile views of the Gulf of Mexico to the south, Little Lagoon to the north, Gulf Shores East Beach, Orange Beach and Florida to the east and Gulf Shores West Beach all the way to the tip of the Island and Mobile Bay to the West. The unit is professionally decorated with no details overlooked. The living room décor is serene with colors reminiscent of gulf coast nature and features a recliner, sofa and a large flat screen television. The dining area table seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances added in November 2019. This condo offers Two King Master Suites, each with its own Large Flat Screen TV, Private Bath and Balcony and Upscale Balcony Furniture. Crystal Tower is the jewel of West Beach showcasing a premier location on the north side of West Beach Blvd (1010 W Beach Blvd) and is enhanced by the Islands only air conditioned skywalk over W Beach Blvd. to our beachfront south pool, hot tub, pool house and gazebo all located at 1011 W Beach Blvd. This beautiful complex boasts 170 units and many amenities including free WIFI throughout the building, an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool and hot tub on the complex side and one of the largest outdoor pools on the island, including a lazy river and a hot tub on the Gulf side!! Other amenities include two fitness rooms, sauna, and outdoor charcoal grilling pavilion containing six stainless steel charcoal grills. Maximum two car parking with dated parking pass or passes required. Wristbands required while on property. Smoking NOT allowed in our unit or in any common areas or limited common areas which includes balconies. Pets NOT allowed. Maximum occupancy - 4 (ADULTS ONLY 25 and OLDER). This property was immaculate and property managers Dave and Angie were on top of everything. You cannot go wrong renting this property. Restaurants are close to drive to and you can walk to some. Many things to do. The pools are awesome. Yeah there are four pools one is inside and heated. There is also a hot tub. The covered walk to the beach is awesome as you never have to walk across the road. As far as the views they are incredible as you can see around the building on the two decks. See the gulf on one side and the bay on the other. The beds sleep wonderfully as well. The place looks brand new is sanitized and you are ready to kick back and enjoy. 5*++++

The condo is absolutely beautiful! Although the condo is across the street from the beach, it is very easy to get to. Two pools, one on the condo side and a huge beautiful pool beachside. Quiet corner unit with easy accesd to the the elevator. Can't wait to stay here again!

This is the best of everything. It is the best unit in the whole building, and the best complex place on the Gulf Shores coast. What I really loved is that it really felt like home and not just another cheesy resort on the beach. Loved the towels they offer, the sizes of the tv's, it has everything you need for a convenient kitchen and more, the furniture and the beds are actually comfortable and not just room fillers that look nice and the views, oh the views...are incredible. We really enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, (that is plural) and my husband appreciated having access to the sauna. We made the mistake of going to one of the recommended public beaches for a day out. After 15 minutes we packed up and went back to the beach at the condo because it is the BEST. Every morning I was able to watch dolphins off in the distance and the sunrises are spectacular because of this unit being on the end. We hope to be back again next year.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. This condo was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were top of the line!! So clean and beautifully decorated throughout the whole condo. The large balcony was great and the view was awesome!!! The air conditioned skywalk to the pool/beach was very nice and convenient. The owners were also very responsive and helpful. We loved it and will definitely be back!!

This property is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. The condo is gorgeous and relaxing. ( I would love to know the paint color of the walls. LOL). The rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The check in instruction and what is provided was very clear. We didn't cook so we didn't need items in the kitchen but supplies were available if needed. I really liked that bathrooms had enough towels for our entire stay. David texted and was available if needed. I would stay at this property again.

The choice we made to reserve this unit was "the best." The decor, comfort, location, and amenities could not have been more pleasing. The hosts were immediately responsive when contacted. It is a corner unit which has two great balconies....one facing the bay and one facing the gulf. The crosswalk made getting to the beach easy and the 17th floor unit had no obstructed view of the gulf. We were 3 ladies 70ish in age and truly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Crystal Towers 1701 was nothing short of amazing! The views are absolutely incredible and convenient to beach and great attraction. Our host was fantastic and communicated very well. I will most definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ James

We stayed at this property because we have dealt with David in the past and had no issues. Both he and Angie are very receptive to any issues which we incurred, which were only one, loss of the internet, which was promptly fixed. All in all, we would stay again at this property.

It is hard to believe that Dave and Angie could improve their unit but they did. The new wooden slat blinds in the living room are effortless. This was our third time staying here and we just love it so much! The condo is beautiful and comfortable, always clean and feels like home. The view though is the best part. The views from the balcony are the best and very easy access to the beach, and close proximity to lots of restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

From beginning, to end, our experience renting this property was fantastic. The owners communicated all information to us regarding our check in process a week before our check in date, and it was very simple to check in. When we arrived, the room and the views exceeded our expectations. The property was extremely clean, and we were very comfortable during our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again.
