About this condo rental
Situated in Vail, this charming condo for $306 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Enjoy the amazing Vail Mountain views from your living room and deck! Vail studio condo centrally located in Lionshead Village, nearly ski-in/ski-out access to the Vail Mountain just one block from the Eagle Bahn Gondola and Vail Ski School. All the shops, restaurants, entertainment and Vail ski lifts are just out your door! The kitchenette has a half-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and stove. This is a pet-free unit, but there are other units at the Lifthouse Lodge that allow dogs. STUDIO: Queen bed and queen sofa sleeper in living room. 1 Full Bath. NEW sofa sleeper as of April 2023! NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly. There is NO hot tub. LIFT HOUSE PARKING: Limited parking is available first-come, first-served at $50 per night in the winter, and $25 per night non-winter. We stayed eight nights. Upon arrival during *regular* office hours, we found no one at the desk (they have a mobile phone application that facilitates self-check-in, but they failed to consider that it won't work on some phones). Hot water can be on and off (not the most pleasant winter experience). The building and the unit are relatively old and outdated (though the building is charming aesthetically from the front). The noise insulation is essentially nil (you can occasionally hear the toilet flushing from the neighboring units). However, the location is superb.

great location. Nothing beats Lionshead…very close to Eagle Bahn Gondola and very close to the Vail Shuttle Bus station if you want to go in town. The condo is a studio that can comfortably can fit 4 people with a Queen bed and a Sofa Bed.

We enjoyed the Vail Village while staying at Lifehouse 314. Perfect for 2 people, and in the center of everything! Parking instructions were "poor" in the app, and the guy that answered the customer service number was zero help in helping us find the right lot.

Nice, basic and economical place to stay in the middle of Lionshead. Short walk to Vail Village. My wife and I do a lot of walking and between the two villages and visit the different shops and restaurants. This is our 12th summer/fall visit. Normally we schedule for late June or early July. This year we chose last week in September to experience the changing of the aspen tree leaves. The condo overlooks Bart & Yeti's and the other store fronts - fun to watch the people milling around. This is a good place to stay for two people who want to be in the center of things.

This was a great stay in a great location.

Even though the property is older, the condo is perfect for our week’s vacation. We started going years ago because we could bring our dog there. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. a great place to sit outside and people watch, and soak up the beautiful views. Best of all, it’s affordable.

Our vacation was wonderful! Lionshead Village is adjacent to Vail Village, but slightly less crowded, so it was perfect for us. The Lifthouse location CAN NOT be beat!!! Beautiful views and good restaurants right there. The unit itself is dated but the location and views made up for that!! Would highly recommend Lifthouse!!!

Kitchen definitely tiny but certainly functional for simples meals (spaghetti, hot dogs, etc). View was probably one of the best , as you have a direct line of sight to the mountain as well as the square below. It was really nice to sit on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine and feel we were part of the action without actually having to risk a restaurant experience during covid. Very easy walk to Gondola, less than 5 mins. Ample storage space for all clothing and gear in unit. My only real complaint was that the freezer was too small for a pint of ice cream!

Spartan accommodations but great location and helpful management company
There is no doubt that this property has one of the best locations -just about a block from the Eagle Bahn gondola and situated next to multiple ski rental shops, restaurants and dining. The management company was very responsive. However, there are virtually no amenities and the unit is extremly bare. It felt like staying in a 2-star hotel room except no amenities like daily housekeeping, pool, nice lobby, etc. Do not expect to cook in this kitchen, there is no room to put anything. Halls were dimly lit and gave off a very shabby vibe. But if you are okay with just needing a place to lie your head, location is great and it was clean and otherwise fine!

The room looked to be very outdated in terms of furniture and overall feel. There was no king bed and the fireplace was fogged up without us being able to see the actual panel. The bathroom was somewhat dirty when we got there and everything felt dingy and old. The elevator was out of order in the building and we had to use the stairs a number of times. This place is in the Lionshead village, not the actual Vail village, which you can only get to by taking a shuttle and is 10 minutes away. There were also very few places to eat in Lionshead village unfortunately.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-day and four-night stay at this property.
