Nestled in Boerne, this attractive cottage for $228 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Great new property situated in the middle of Boerne. Very secluded and surrounded by huge oak trees. Easy walk to Main Street (6 blocks). The Old Depot Walking Trail is a half block away. Take the trail East to Cibolo Creek or West to Bumdoodlers Pies! The Depot Cottage was newly built in Dec 2016 out of Hill Country limestone. It is modeled after the Old Nature Center Historic Building on Main Street. Depot Cottage is located on a street that used to be named Depot Street and housed the Boerne Depot Station. It is beautifully decorated with antique furniture and has all the modern amenities as well (WIFI is included). The three acre property is gated and there is a small fenced in grass area to keep pets safe. You will see whitetail and axis deer on the adjoining properties. Enjoy all the convenience of downtown Boerne while feeling like you are secluded in the Texas Hill Country.

My wife and I spent 3 nights in Boerne and loved our small cottage. It’s a perfect setup for a couple. The king sized bed was very comfortable and we had all the cooking utensils we needed to make ourselves several meals at the cottage. The location is about a 15 minute walk or very short drive to Main Street where the shops and restaurants/bars are primarily located. We would gladly stay again should we head back to Boerne.

This home is just beautiful! I loved the windows especially. The owners had well thought out information books in the home about everything including how to work the coffee pot which is very important. This property is also very quiet to be in a neighborhood.

The property feels secluded even though houses are within sight. It was lovely to see the many deer with their fawns enjoying the grasses. We enjoyed quiet times sitting on the porch. The interior is very comfortable.

Hubby and I visited friends in Boerne over the weekend and stayed in this delightful cottage that was perfect for us and our small dog. The owners were very communicative but not intrusive whatsoever. The place was spotless, well furnished & had a TV in the living area as well as bedroom. The little kitchen had everything we needed. Then bed was super comfortable. The small fenced in yard was perfect for our pup. We didn’t, but could have walked to Main St Boerne. San Antonio & Fredericksburg were just short drives away. Highly recommend this cottage if you’re in need of a place to stay in Boerne TX!

The Depot Cottage was designed and built beautifully. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 dogs and they were as comfortable as we were. It was a serene setting in a great location. We enjoyed every moment and will book again when we are in the area. Thank you!!!!

We had an amazing stay at the cottage for our joint birthday getaway. The cottage and the property were so beautiful and the perfect distance from Main Street, while still feeling cozy and hidden. We saw Terry on our way in and he was so kind and ready to help in any way he could should we have needed it. I would definitely book again and have already recommended to friends!!

The Depot Cottage is so cozy with all the comforts of home. Terry is a hands on host. It was easy to communicate. We had a beeping sound that he responded to and fixed immediately. Super clean and quiet. The scenery is beautiful! We will definitely stay there again.

Very nice location. Close to town and shopping areas. I would add a motion detector light by the walkway. for night time use. I had a flash light which helped when we returned at night after viewing the Christmas parade.. A great place to stay!

Very clean, charming very comfortable, loved the bed, enjoyed the seclusion & quiet, while only 3 minutes from Main Street. Not sure if we will stay again only because a bit pricey. Only suggestions are to include a wine bottle corkscrew and add an outdoor light to illuminate the side pathway.

I came into Boerne for a month to help my daughter and son in law and 2 year old grandson welcome a new baby sister! This cottage was not far from their house and it gave me a quiet place to stay when not at their home! It’s a nice quiet secure cottage and not far from Main Street! And very neat and tidy with everything I needed! And bonus for the wildlife (deer) that are always within sight!

It was a nice and quiet stay, with deer I could watch through the windows. Very close to walking trails, a big plus, and a short walk to downtown (although it feels like in the country). I very much recommend this great location in Boerne.

Perfect cottage for 2 with a nice fenced in yard for our sweet dogs to run around. Beautifully decorated and well maintained- we loved it! Great location! Bed was so comfortable and the house was well stocked.

Great Quiet Stay

Very nice setting in an oak grove behind the main house. We enjoyed stitting on porch for coffee in thre morning or glass of wine in the evening and watching wildlife. In spite of HOT July weather, shady porch with ceilling fans was comfortable in early morning and evening. Cabin is apparently new, but styled in old limestone farm cottage style. King bed was very comfortable. Cottage was well appointed with very nice linens and towels. Kitchen was more than adequate for our light breakfasts there. In not so hot waether, there is paved sidewalk to main street and a nearby nice paved walkway / trail along an old railway. Living room couch is much like every VRBO rental we have had - adequate, but not totally comfortable for extended sitting. That may be the result of our age and being used to recliners, however. Oversll a very enjoyable 3-night stay and we will consider returning again, likely in cooler weather.

Great location. The front faced perfect direction. Just grass and trees, pretty much. Enough privacy. Deer everywhere. Building was perfectly situated, and looked relatively new. In great shape. Nice distance from Main Street.
