Great mid-island location, located just 2.5 blocks from Memorial Park which has two lighted tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, picnic areas, YMCA/gym, and a public library. The second floor of Palmetto Breeze offers an open floor plan with a living area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen features a breakfast bar with seating for 4, a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The living area has a large flat-screen TV and ample seating and the dining area has a table seating 6. There is a wonderful L-shaped wrap-around screened porch, perfect for enjoying the island breezes. The porch offers a table seating 6 and additional lounge seating. This floor also has two bedrooms and a full bathroom, each of the bedrooms features King beds. The first floor (ground level) of the home also features an open floor plan with a large combined living and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen. This second kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, double oven, separate stovetop, and dishwasher. The living area has ample seating, a large flat-screen TV, decorative fireplace, and includes two Twin day beds for additional sleeping. This floor also has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed while the other bedroom is furnished with two double beds. There is also a washer/dryer located on the ground floor. The backyard features a concrete patio with a gas grill with seating perfect for catching some rays or enjoying a good book. There is also a large fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. This is a great home for large or extended families! The house was absolutely beautiful and fit all of our needs. Being able to walk to the beach every morning and soak up the sunrise and have a large enough space for us all to hang out together was wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay. It was larger than expected with tons of seating and outdoor space and was very very clean. We were a bit disappointed by the mildew/moldy smell that was throughout but especially strong in the basement and they did not provide shampoo, just tiny cheap soaps. We did love the location in the quite mid beach area with really close and easy walk to the beach with kids ages 6,4 and 2.

We came in to celebrate my sons 13th birthday with our family & a couple of his friends. The home was a perfect fit for everyone. I was very happy with the property, it was exactly as pictured & listed on the booking detail. The location to the beach was absolutely AWESOME. The walk to the beach was 1 minute, you can see the beach entry from the driveway of the home. Perfect Stay!

Our time at Palmetto Breeze was wonderful! The house was perfect for our big crew. It was spotless and well stocked. The beds were all comfortable. The water pressure was amazing. The back patio was so nice and the outside shower was such a blessing! We will be returning for more Tybee fun and hope to stay at Palmetto Breeze again!

We enjoyed our stay at this four bedroom home in Tybee Island. Access to the beach was a short walk. Also, the children enjoyed the park that was in close proximity. I had no problem sleeping in my bed. Also, loved that Wi-Fi and Netflix were provided.

Fantastic property. Our running group came down to run the Rock N Roll Savannah Half, and the setup was beyond perfect! We will most definitely try to find another time to came back to stay at this property...it was the perfect mix of eclectic, efficient, use of space and proximity to the beach. We had an unreal time!

I got to see the turtles hatch and walk to the ocean....what an experience! We loved the house, food, and beaches on Tybee. This is our favorite place to vacation.

Our fall break was postponed to Christmas break when Hurricane Matthew struck Tybee in October. We were disappointed to miss Pirates' Fest - but glad Tybee wasn't too wrecked by the storm. (Side note: Be sure to purchase the travel insurance).We enjoyed our Christmas visit to Tybee Island. What a special place for the holidays. The house - Palmetto Breeze - was spacious, comfortable, beautiful and just a few steps from the beach. We loved running down the beach, chasing sea gulls, combing the sand for sharks' teeth, and getting our toes wet in the cold water. We loved spending time on the screen porch. Thank you for access to lots of books and games. The two kitchens in the home made Christmas Eve meal prep especially easy. We loved our stay at a very special island to us.

We gathered with family from NC. The house was the perfect layout for our crew of parents and children of all ages! The home was very clean with all updated furnishings and finishes. We loved the location for walking to the beach and the city park for soccer and tennis outings. The kids especially loved the beach volleyball at the park - bonus! Biking all over Tybee was fantastic and the shell-searches on the beach Every morning were a highlight! We’ll definitely return to Palmetto Breeze!

We loved the property and Tybee! It was a perfect house for new Christmas memories for three generations of family. Very comfortable and felt like home to everyone. Also recommend the Marine Science Center, Lazaretto Creek Seafood and Coco's Sunset Grille.....
