Nestled in North Conway, this lovely house for $696 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. New 5 bed 3 bath luxury home right in North Conway Village. Walk right in to town and enjoy restaurants and shopping or 1 mile from Cranmore Mountain, Saco River and Shopping Outlets. Everything was recently renovated with new furniture and appliances. There's 6 Person hot tub in back yard to enjoy all season after a long day on the mountain. Game room in the basement with board games, video games and a full size ping pong table. Downstairs: -large open concept kitchen and living room area -bedroom w/ queen -bedroom w/ bunk beds -full bath Upstairs: -Master bedroom w/ king bed, walk in closet and private bath w/ shower and jacuzzi tub. -1 bedroom w/ queen bed -1 bedroom w/ queen and twin bed -full bath Basement: -3 futons that fold out to beds -Game room with ping pong, board games and video games/netflix Location: Located in the village 1 mile to Cranmore Mountain 1 mile to Shopping Outlets Across the street from the Saco River Mountain biking and snowmobiling trails at the end of the drive way 10 minutes to Story Land 15 Minutes to Attitash 25 Minutes to Wildcat

House was great, pictures don't do the house justice. Clean, very modern updated home, with all the essentials guests would need. The host Neal was very easy to contact and quickly addressed our needs. Snowed during our stay, contacted Neal and house was immediately plowed out and sanded. Everyone in our group (9) loved the place. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family stay. It met all of our needs. The owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. There were a few items that needed attention,(as would be expected from a home with multiple families using it) but nothing that affected our stay.
Unfortunately, the pool table was unusable because all the tips were broken on the cue sticks. We did let the owner know which the previous renters may not have done.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and would rent again.

The location is close to town but there is a busy road very nearby so there was some traffic noise. As stated in a previous review, the pots, pans and baking sheets need to be replaced. We made do but they are in very poor condition. The ping pong table sags in the middle on one side so it's not really usable. The dishwasher isn't secured to the counter so it pulls out when it's being loaded and unloaded. I told Neal about this. The sectional sofa needs updating. Some of the springs are broken and this makes it difficult for several people to sit together at one time. The hot tub was great! Overall, we had a nice time but the above mentioned items need attention.

Suggestions
Be sure to have enough toilet tissue, we ran out. The pans need either a serious scrubbing, which we did our best before using, or, purchase new ones. Also, the grill needs serious attention, plus there was no propane, the previous party had left gas on and there was none left. We were offered reimbursement if we wanted to get it filled. The entry codes need to be corrected also, we did get locked out and the codes did not work, the owner did properly send me correct codes. All in all, we did have a great week.

The manager/owner tried to hire some plumbers to stop by, but I guess it was a busy season..., so no luck. Hope the next guests can enjoy better showers.
2. There are many ants around the house, on the floor, on the walls, in bed rooms, in bath rooms, etc.
3. The wifi was not on when we arrived and we had to figure out how to get it started.
4. The neighborhood was a bit noisy in the morning and sometimes during midnight so it was hard for us to sleep in.

Property is well depicted on the VRBO listing. Location is excellent - right across from Muddy Moose Restaurant. We skied Attitash - 15 mins away - easy commute. Hot Tub was great. All appliances were great.

The property was very comfortable, and it is near many of the places we found to visit. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience there. It was an outstanding vacation.
There were minor issues with the kitchen that the owner corrected immediately (good management!).
One thing that would be beneficial for future guests is to add access to local TV channels that could have been helpful to find more about the area, but it helped that the weather was great!

House exactly as pictured. Very clean, bedrooms roomy and comfortable. Great having 3 well appointed bathrooms. We were a family group of 10 and could have used more dining room seating (used camp chairs found in the garage!), pans and serving bowls but we made do.
It snowed when we were there and one of our cars couldn't make it up the steep driveway so we called Neal to check on the plow and he was very responsive!
Would stay here again.

Had every thing we needed. Owner very user friendly. Updated home with spacious lounging areas, plenty of bathrooms and clean linens. House is on a hill so if in winter bring AWD/4WD. Only critique is although the things that mattered were very clean the housekeeping service missed some areas and items that other guests left behind and the towels left in the machine smelled of mildew so we had to wash twice.

Awesome family rental
this property is close to everything in North Conway, we were able to walk to restaurants and just a short drive to Settlers Green. The house was a great size and easily accommodated our group of 9 people. There were games for the kids and the kitchen was well equipped for everything we wanted to cook. Thankyou Neal!

Well cared for home, perfect for a big group.
Loved everything about this home, especially location. Could use a little landscaping, but that isn’t a big deal. There were very noisy neighbors across the street and it’s wasnt a “country setting” per se, but the inside of the home was worth the minor inconveniences and the owner was very responsive.

Amazing home close to town!
This house is great, everything is brand new and we were able to walk to town. The hot tub and fire place outside made it perfect for summer evenings. Neal was very responsive and we're already planning our next trip!
