Overall it was great. Just a couple of things - where is the pool?! The place was generally clean, but there was sand on one of the twin beds under the spread and some of the pots/pans still had food on them. It was VERY windy while we were there and one of the attic access panels kept banging, so we put a couple of your ornaments on top of it and forgot to replace them before we left. Sorry about that!

The place was great! Quiet and private since it was off season. I only wish there were instructions on how to operate the TV. I could only figure out how to watch CNBC. But we were not inside much since the weather was perfect!

We really enjoyed the Condo. It was well stocked and had a Beautiful view of the Ocean. The 3 flights of stairs were difficult climbing when unloading and loading the car. The access box did not unlock the door but we were able to get the key and then all was well. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We loved it!

This condo was a great fit for my family of 4 (kids ages 8 and 9), and my parents. My dad doesn’t walk super well, but did just fine with the stairs. If anything, he managed to have spectacular views of the ocean without having to walk to it!! The porch was huge and held all our beach stuff. We had meals out there often, but inside was quite roomy for the 6 of us. We appreciated having three bedrooms. Only downside is we thought the bedrooms would have a television, as we recalled seeing this somewhere, and it didn’t it. But it is by no means a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again! Beautiful and clean, and a gem in Ocean City!

Best vacation at the beach! Beach was clean and calm. Accommodations were wonderful David really has a gem of a vacation spot. ❤️. I was really impressed with the beds a delight to go to sleep after fun in the surf. Condo complex quite and relaxing neighbors were considerate and friendly. Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at this property. The property was well kept and updated. It was clean when we arrived and we were so excited for our ocean view! It did not disappoint. It was one of the most enjoyable stay’s we’ve ever had and we have been visiting Ocean City our entire lives. Thank you for making our 4th of July one of the best ever!

Fully stocked kitchen (only missing a veg peeler). 3rd floor - beautiful view, deck was wonderful - morning, noon and nighttime. Stairs kept us in shape. Very comfortable and clean. Would come back.

This beachfront gem provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable getaway. The location was absolutely unbeatable. The convenience and proximity to the ocean allowed us to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf effortlessly. The property itself was a true oasis. It was cozy and welcoming. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the breathtaking views. Adding an extra layer of excitement was spotting dolphins as we ate dinner on the deck. Another delight was the frequent sightings of pelicans. We also enjoyed the convenience of fresh, delicious donuts just a short walk away at the Fractured Prune. Communication with the host was excellent! We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a beachfront getaway filled with awe-inspiring views, convenience, comfort, and unforgettable moments.

We stayed here for two nights as part of an old friend reunion. The place is lovely, right on the beach. The key lock box was a bit finicky, but eventually worked ok. You will have everything you need except bath towels, beach towels and linen. The linen service is great, if a bit pricey, but if you use it you may not need all the linens (for instance, since we were only there two nights, we didn’t need two bath mats, or two bath towels each). Highly recommend this beautiful beachfront property. Just be aware of the linen/towel situation.

We really enjoyed our weekend! The condo is nice and bright with a beautiful view of the ocean (and great deck to view the sunrise)! We loved being able to walk straight down the steps to the beach, which was a nice and quiet this time of year. The location is great, and we took advantage of being across the street from Uber bagels and Fractured Prune. Check in/ out very easy and there was great communication with the owner. Kitchen was well stocked. I’d def stay here again!

The condo was very clean and well equipped. You absolutely could not hope for a better view from the deck and it is amazing to walk right onto the beach. You are on the third floor, so this would not be ideal for anyone with trouble walking, but for us the view was worth the climb. Great location, close to everything. We highly recommend the condo!

The home had a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Atlantic and easy access to a pristine beach. Unfortunately, we missed some crucial information prior to our arrival. The online listing was vague and we never received the welcome email with details about the property, so it was a massive surprise to fly in for a weekend stay with absolutely no linens. We were grateful that David, the homeowner, was quick to respond and Earl and Rita - both lovely help - provided us with complimentary linens. Several of the little extras, like shampoo, detergent and dishwasher soap, which have been supplied at prior rentals, were also not included. I would recommend this rental to other families with the caveat ... bring EVERYTHING for your stay.

Had a really nice stay at this property in North Ocean City. The location can't be beat especially if you have young children. It is only a short walk away from Northside Park and we LOVED being oceanfront where we could just step onto the beach with private beach access! Beautiful view of the ocean, good size bedrooms. The only drawbacks were all of the steps going up to the condo being on the top floor, and there were some dogs barking that ruined the quiet. Dogs are not allowed for renters so I guess they were owners? If they had a pool, it would be absolutely perfect!

We were ecstatic to find this property was available for the long weekend. Upon arrival everything was clean and ready to go. We paid the housekeeper for additional sheets, and they had taken it upon themselves to also make the beds. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans, which was a major convenience. AC blows cold and the water heater provided for a nice warm shower. Kitchen is well equipped and there were ice trays in the freezer to make ice with. Loved the view from the deck. David was extremely prompt with communication when we had questions. Hope to stay again some summer in the future! Great beach getaway.

Amazing amazing amazing. Not only was this condo perfect inside, the outside views are unbeatable. Selfishly I don’t want people to know about this place so I can have it for myself! Lol! Our family (with small kids) loved it. Watching the Dolphins, quick walks to the beach and all the local activities were amazing. Can’t wait to come back again! Thanks David and Lisa.

The condo was clean and well maintained and the kitchen was well supplied. It is in a great location and we could walk to many restaurants and ice cream. It was our first time ever in a beachfront property and will be hard going back to anything else! We loved being able to see the sunrises each morning (just beautiful) from the deck and then to walk right onto the beach. The beach was not too crowded where we were so we really had our pick to where to sit. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

This place was very sweet! It was awesome to be very close to the beach. I was able to coordinate with the property owner in the days leading up, he was very responsive to my questions. Very easy check-in process and the condo was nicely cleaned for our arrival. An extra bonus is that the location was close to a grocery store, bagel place, pizza place etc so we were set up for a great visit.

Cute spot for a get-away! Easy access to the beach, quiet condo in April, and kitchen had everything we needed to cook- very clean too! Decorated super cute! The baseboards need a good wipe and dusting...but everything else was great! Firm mattresses.

We had a wonderful experience at David’s property! The view truly can not be beat and the easy access to the beach was exactly what we hoped for with young children. An unexpected perk for our young family was being able to walk to several places to eat right around the condo (donut shop, bbq, crab cakes etc) - it made meal times quick and easy! The condo was clean, the owners were attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate our odd travel times. We can’t wait to be able to come back and stay here again.
