About this condo rental

Located in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $415 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Stylishly renovated and updated condo. Two bedrooms two baths. Amenities include two TV's a 49 inch flat screen in the master bedroom the other is a 60 inch flat screen in the living area, dvd player, hair dryer in each bathroom, wifi access is available. Rental includes use of the on property swimming pool and one covered parking spot and the elevator. We have the best of both worlds we have a beautiful view of the bay side so you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun set, however we are located on beach side and are a two minute walk to the beach. This unit is non smoking. RENTERS NEED TO BE 23 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. STARTING MAY 22, 2020 OUR MINI WEEKS WILL BE FRIDAY TO MONDAY OR Monday TO Friday. OUR WEEKLY RENTALS WILL BE FRIDAY to FRIDAY OR MONDAY to MONDAY. Check in is 3:00 pm. Checkout is 10:00 am.

The listing accurately portrayed the unit, so there were no surprises. The unit faces the Coastal Highway, but fortunately traffic noise was not an issue.

The condo is nice enough and I like the macho decor. The view of the bay is OK through the sliding doors. The air conditioner blows hot air at anyone attempting to sit outside. We love the location as the walking distance to the ocean is minimal while the condo is located on Costal Highway. The $59.00 mandatory insurance add on sucks!

First impressions are everything! Just from the photos you can instantly tell that this owner cares about his rental and ensures that everything is as it should be! This is a large, clean, and inviting two bedroom unit with good sized bedrooms, a fantastic kitchen, and plenty of space to distance yourself from others if you should get on each other's nerves. The balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a nice glass of wine while watching the sunset. I would definitely rent again!

My sister and I and our kids enjoyed a long weekend here and the condo was a perfect fit. It was clean and well maintained, walking distance to restaurants and stores, and just a quick walk to the beach. Communication with the host, Bill, was great! I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a long weekend during a travel baseball tournament. The owner was very responsive and checked in on us during our stay to ensure everything was to our liking. The Condo itself is located in a great spot and two buildings away from the beach…very close. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice getaway in Ocean City, MD

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything looked like the photos if not better. It was clean, spacious, we received clear instructions on check in/check out, walking distance to the beach, bayside views from the balcony, and the list goes on. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Ocean City.

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo and more than likely will be returning next year. Perfect location to the beach, the beach itself is not overly crowded in this area. The condo has everything you could need, clean and a great view of the bay. Easy check in, private parking spot, comfortable beds... just a great place.

We loved our stay in OCMD at this condo. The only issue was checking in the code was different than provided but the Host answered right away and we got right in. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The proximity to the beach was excellent and as other reviews stated the balcony bay view had amazing sunsets. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in this condo! It was very clean and had a fairly large and open floor plan which gave us enough space for the whole family to be comfortable and not feel cramped. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The condo has a very homey feel. The views from the balcony are a must see, especially the sunsets! Bill, the host, was the best! Very quick to reply to your questions and was very accommodating. He even sent a courtesy message at check in to make sure we got in okay and to see if we needed anything. We had a great time and we will definitely rent this condo again!!

This is a very clean condo with a great view of the bay from the balcony. Its on the 4th floor, top floor, and very quiet. Large TV in the living room, can be seen from anywhere. This is the second time I have stayed here and already have another reservation. I will continue to use this condo. The owners are great and very helpful. I highly recommend this condo for a fun vacation. We were very lucky to find this great condo with wonderful owners!! Oh and the covered parking is nice too. Not something you think about until it rains and you don't have to get wet getting to your car.

We loved this condo. The location is perfect, far up coastal Highway enough that you don’t hear the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk at night but close enough to everything else. And the view from the balcony (of the bay) makes morning teas and evening wine relaxing and picturesque. Will be back next year!

Bill was great. He even checked in with use to make sure everything was ok. There were umbrellas and chairs which was a nice bonus. The condo was clean and neat. Walk to the beach took less than 2 minutes. The view of the bay at sunset was breathtaking. Look no further and book your stay now!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. The owners were easy to communicate with and gave a courtesy text after checking in to make sure everything was to our liking.
