Located in Four Corners, this lovely house for $131 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This Townhouse is a home away from home. Found in a gated community it is fully equipped for family living. Enjoy your vacation at prices comparable to a Hotel. Near shopping and restaurants. This unit has a pack and play, an umbrella stroller, a child's feeding seat and a baby bath. Dining room table opens to seat 8 comfortably. WiFi free to our guests. All you need to pack is your clothes and a toothbrush. The clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, sauna, game room and an internet cafe. The clubhouse staff is eager to assist with any needs or questions you may have. While at the resort you can keep busy playing tennis on the lighted tennis courts or just take a nature walk. Relax at the Tiki Bar by the clubhouse pool. For the little folks there are two playgrounds. Of course you can just relax in the townhouse or at the clubhouse lounge. Only 5 mins from Disney, 20 mins from Sea World and 25 mins from Universal, 10 minutes from the Orlando Prime Outlet Mall. This location allows you to take advantage of all that the Orlando area has to offer. The local restaurants range from 'Kid Friendly' to adult dining. Need a day off from all of the excitement? One hour away is the Beach (East coast or West coast). Only one hour on RT4 and you could be at the Hard Rock Casino (Las Vegas style gambling). We enjoyed the nature trail and the pools and hot tubs. All were perfect. We felt safe as it is gated and we like to walk after dark so safety is a big concern for us. Definitely would stay.again and recommend to others.

The property is just as described. Gate was broken off and in (not owners fault) We got locked out one day but owner was very fast to respond and got us in very fast. Nice neighborhood. Beds were only average comfort level. Owner was very responsive.

We had a perfect stay. The host Mario attended to us whenever we needed with great speed and cordiality. When I arrived I had a problem with the door code, it was quickly resolved through the emergency contacts he had provided. You need to pay 20USD per vehicle you access, this is charged by the condo and not by the host. I received orders from Amazon without any problems, from what I read on the internet USPS does not deliver to the condo, but the others do. On the way out I had a problem and Mario helped me again very well. The condo is great, with swimming pools, playgrounds and a great infrastructure. The location was also good, very close to Disney. The listing photos need to be updated, the house is much better than in the photos. I recommend it to everyone!

We enjoyed our stay and how affordable and close it was to the parks. Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I wasn’t crazy about the check in process and the fact that the $20 parking pass wasn’t listed. It had the hardest most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Your only allowed to throw away 2 bags of trash for the week which is impossible for our family of 5 so we had to take trash with us daily and drop it off at other places. I would stay again based off price alone.

The house is great, a nice location, nearby a swimmingpool,tenniscourt and midgetgolf. Disneyworld is really close by. We had an amazing time, we didn't want to leave this house.

Our stay at this hidden gem was absolutely wonderful! My whole family truly enjoyed ourselves! The home is way better than the photos showed. Everything was absolutely beautiful from the front of home to the lay out of the home. The balcony over looking the back was so peaceful after a long day at Disney. We enjoyed everything! We are so thankful that opened your home so our family felt like it was our home. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your happy place!☺️

Honestly was skeptical of the property for the price but after our visit, I’ll definitely return. Tucked off from the main strip but literally close enough to feel as if you’re right there. Could use a couple updates with the beds and master bed tv but nothing to sway away from. If you want a affordable place to stay with the amenities you’d pay well over 1800 a week for, this is the place for you!

Pros- cute townhouse with great location near parks, margheritaville, plenty of shopping and restaurants, beautiful resort w/ lots of amenities (nature tail, free putt putt, bike rentals, playgrounds,tiki bar, gym, beach volleyball, great heated pools, corn hole etc.) , plenty of towels, dishes, kitchen appliances, full sized washer /dryer, comfy furniture, good wifi. Loved the trash valet! Cons- cleaning was very superficial. maybe mopped with dirty water? Our feet were black at the end of the first day. Needs new carpet, washer dryer and dishwasher. Gate key is a pain. $20 each and cannot be stored in hot car. Not returnable. 1 required for every car and visitor staying over night. Ours was stolen 1st day at the playground. Ended up spending $60 on gate cards.

We booked this property for a very reasonable rate. The positives--it was in a great location, roomy, and had all necessary accoutrements. When we did encounter a difficulty (one of the two showers was non-functional, missing the pin to pull to turn it on), the property manager was quickly responsive and had it fixed same-day. The negatives--it was definitely dated, the bedding was beyond threadbare--pilly and itchy to sleep on, and the whole place but especially the carpet was desperately in need of a very deep cleaning--sticky and very dirty. The resort itself is quite nice, though the amenities weren't quite as advertised--the hot tub most accessible to the unit was out of service for most of our stay, and the other was not fully functional, either.

This was just what we needed for our Disney vacation. We were close enough to the parks and did not have to deal with too much traffic. The home was clean and the perfect place for our family. Would stay here again!

The condo is very nice, pictures are accurate. The neighborhood is beautiful, felt very safe and quiet. I had a little trouble checking in on my first night, please make sure you have your check in email before you arrive at the property! The condo is in a nice location, close to the attractions. Would be great for a family stay!

Nice townhouse located in a resort community, clean, quiet and safe surroundings with nice pool area close by. Enough space for 6 persons, we were only four so it felt really cozy. Everything we needed was available. Queen size bed felt small but it was comfortable. Somewhat outdated appliances but we were out for dining. The patio was really small so you cannot spend much time sitting outside of the house, but for us it was OK as we spent most of our time not in the house. I recommended it and i would consider returning back to this house again.

Great stay everything was to our liking,we did have some minor issues. Refrigerator didn't get very cold ,dryer took two cycles to dry laundry and two from burner didn't work or work correctly. But other than that great stay very convenient to everything you may need and Disney! With 4 children it was roomy so they could roam and play and pool is near by. Thank you we definitely will stay here again if in the Orlando area.

The house is great with all amenities in it. Security is good for the society. We had some hiccups when we arrived as we went to the gate and called security to open the gate. But he asked us to drive to another entrance. It was very late in the night so had some difficulty in the finding the entrance. Maintenance staff in the property was prompt as we called for low water pressure in the bathroom. Everything is nearby as nd accessible. Thanks.

My family and I were in town to visit Disney World for Christmas and we stayed at this condo. The condo was very beautiful and clean and very close to Disney. The resort was really nice as well. Everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised at what we got for what we paid for this rental! There aren't many pictures of the property in the listing, but the pictures don't do this place justice. This is a two-level end unit, so there is nobody above you, and only one next door neighbor. We hardly even saw another person the whole time we were there... it's a very quiet community, at least during the week of Thanksgiving. You get three bedrooms upstairs with two full baths and a large living room/dining room area downstairs with a half bath. The kitchen area is decent. There's a balcony upstairs off the master bedroom overlooking a common area. I think it's great that the owner doesn't charge a cleaning fee or an outrageous "management" fee like a lot of the other places do. The communication could have be better, but, other than that, this place was perfect for us!

We stayed for 6 days and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is clean, well-equipped and very close to restaurants and shopping. We had a pool mainly to ourselves and made a short walk to another pool with aTiki Bar. Will definitely return as often as possible.

Recently stayed at this lovely, clean and centrally located condo. The location is fabulous. Whether you are looking to be super close to the lovely pool (about a 45 second walk) or within a 5 minute driving distance to Disney, this condo is for you. Also close to Prime outlets, great restaurants and other key tourist locations. The condo itself is great. Nicely appointed, clean, lots of amenities - everything you need for a great vacation. Plenty of bathrooms, a laundry room onsite and fully stocked kitchen in terms of appliances to help manage your budget by sometimes eating at home! An added bonus, another pool just about a 5 minute walk away that also has a Tikki bar and clubhouse! Emerald Island is also beautiful.
