There are electronic gates with a security guard stationed 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Guards also patrol by automobile for added well-being. It's in the ideal location for walking the charming cobblestone streets to get to the Marina, to downtown Cabo shopping & dining, as well as to Cabo's famous nightlife. You will also enjoy the exclusive amenities available only to Pedregal residents and guests, such as access to the magnificent Pacific Ocean beach and Private Tennis Club. The condo is approximately 1/4 mile from Downtown Cabo San Lucas, about 1/2 mile from the Marina, and approximately one mile from Medano Beach. Parking is available for one vehicle in the covered parking garage of the complex and does not require a parking pass. *This condo does not accommodate more than 4 adults. We loved our stay at the condo and highly recommend it for a vacation. We had a rental car and the condo came with a parking space, so we went to the marina everyday. Very clean and well cared for unit and complex. Loved the infinity pool, too.

Very nice condo with many great views of Cabo. Small Pool was below us by elevator. Main pool was a little walk with some stairs required. Only problem was with transportation arranged by Mauricio, driver got the wrong date for return to airport and we were left scrambling to get there on our own. Overall I like the condo a lot and would recommend it. A little far from town, but uber is cheap ride to most locations.

We really enjoyed this unit. Very spacious and layed out well. We used both pools and enjoyed walking up and over into this amazing neighborhood. Bring good walking shoes! Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend transport from Airport! Smooth and easy, with a stop at Walmart to pick up groceries. This condo at El Pedregal Cascades is in a large group of condos with close access to 2 pools and 2 hot tubs, which we visited almost daily. The view is spectacular! The hike down to Cabo/ Marina area is a good workout, but my calves are still sore from the hikes back up to condo, which we did daily (sometimes multiple times per day.) we also used Uber many times…cheap and easy. We loved our beach massages at The Sand Bar! Oooo La La! SO many good places to eat and discover around the Marina! We also ubered over to San Jose for a day trip and loved that area! The accommodations and hospitality were great! Some of the pictures are outdated as the rooms and appointments have been updated.

Our family loved our stay here! The owner and concierge we’re quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. The unit is just as described in the listing. We didn’t cook meals during our stay but the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need if you choose to prepare some meals there. We used Uber several times during our stay as it was very simple and much cheaper than the taxi company’s. Although most trips we made to the marina and to town we walked as the walk was easy and was great exercise! Overall great location, reasonably priced and only a short walk to town/marina.

Kristi & Bibi’s condo was so beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with everything our family needed. The views of the pool and ocean are just phenomenal. The huge sectional sofa and beds were more comfortable than ours at home! Luckily we had events planned or I never would have left the couch! Kristi and the team were exceptionally responsive and helpful in booking events and transportation for our family. And the pools-oh my gosh-the pools were heavenly! We were happy to find goggles and floaties in the condo for our use as well as plenty of beach, pool and shower towels. We can’t wait to return!

This is a beautiful property. It was nice to be able to go down the hill to hang out at the beach or go eat and then have the quietness of this property at night. The hill is no joke. Not so bad walking down but we always used uber to go back up. I do think next time I go I would stay closer to the beach just for convince. But still a beautiful property and view!

Clean, comfortable with excellent location and view. The property managers/concierge were excellent with transportation and making sure we had what we needed. Location is perfect; walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking to relax in pedregal. My wife & I had a great time.

The location was great! The hill was a little intimidating but was easily manageable. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The condo overall was clean. However there were multiple marks on all the walls and tons of leftover toiletries and condiment that were half used from previous guest. I think it was a good value and would recommend this condo.

We really enjoyed our stay La Cascadas. The views were amazing, and the closeness to downtown made it easy to get around. Bibi and Brandon were very attentive to our needs and always available when needed. Kristi the owner is awesome to work with especially when it came to some scheduling changes we had to make. Finally the condo was fully stocked and Maria the housekeeper was also awesome. Grounds were well kept and all the other residents and guest we came across were very friendly. Definitely recommend Las Cascadas if you plan to stay in Cabo.

Views were spectacular. Walk to marina was safe and only about ten minutes. Was happy to see that property was in a gated community with very careful security personal. We used the pool every day. Great infinity edge pool with the sane great views. We will definitely repeat when Mexico re-opens!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Las Cascadas! Very good facilities, excellent view and wonderful pools & hot tub! Having the Vonage phone available to call back home at no charge was a real plus. Downtown was within walking distance, but we used Uber (very inexpensive) each time to return, as it is quite a climb in elevation!

I’m not joking! We only went to dinner in town for dinner half the nights because this is such a comfortable place, and the view is exceptional!!! Whether you’re on the couch, on the deck, in bed or in the hot tub, you get to look out to this grand expanse of ocean and city, and it’s mesmerizing. Super comfortable and bright condo. Great communication with the owner and the managers, who also gave us lots of tips on stuff to do. I highly recommend staying here.

The condo was as advertised. Our check in went smoothly. The walk to town is downhill and only takes a few minutes. I recommend taking a taxi back or wearing good walking shoes for the hike back up the hill to the condo. We felt safe everywhere we walked. The condo was a bit dated, but that did not hinder our overall experience. The wi-fi and phone service was greatly appreciated. The dishwasher did not work during out stay, which was minor. Our only real complaint was the TV. There is only one TV, and we had a few issues due to it being older and a cable would keep getting loose and had to be positioned just so, to keep the TV functioning. Additionally, we wish that there were TVs in the bedrooms. It was hard to have alone time from the other couple to relax, watch the news, etc., without always having to share the TV. This condo is not for those who like their television in the morning or night, and still want a bit of privacy.

We loved the condo. The views spectacular. Fully stocked. Nice comfy beds. But we would be remiss if we didn’t mention that the dishwasher did not work and was a known issue before we arrived. Not a big deal for us but may be for others.
