Location was very clean and location is great for a swim able beach.

Wasn’t very family friendly as it seems to tailor more to Spring Break crowds and adult couples. Was limited on food options as well as we could not reserve dinner at the only restaurant they had available and also charged for additional items in addition to the limited free breakfast.

Fabulous location, staff and a beautiful place to stay

American Breakfast was included in our room rate, which was eggs and bacon or sausage or chorizo. The eggs were well cooked. They also came with potatoes and onions which I didn't feel like at breakfast time. We didn't get toast which I thought was odd, but Mexico don't seem to do toast. Cabo is mega expensive and my small smoothie was $30 which surprised me!

Everything was fabulous. My room when I arrived was. noisy as it was above the restaurant and directly opposite the restaurant across the street. They very kindly moved me to a quiet room as I have epilepsy so I need to sleep.

😊Everyone mentioned was kind. Ranchero Eggs were delish along with that gluten free banana muffin. **Our only complaint is that we were double charged booking com then again at the property**

Clean

Bahia hotel and beach house is a pleasant property. It is small so don’t be fooled by the pictures. Exceptionally clean and staff is very attentive. The rooms were basic. We were in a deluxe double. It had a television but no refrigerator or microwave. I’m not sure it’s worth the price over a regular double. I booked through Priceline so the price was decent. The location is pretty perfect next to the beach with tons of excellent food choices. The restaurant is beautiful and also the food is excellent. Beware and review the check out receipt. we were charged for things that we did not use out of the minibar, and it was quite an event to get them to consider not charging me. In the end, I was trying to get to the airport so I said forget it. Hence, the unfavorable review. Also, I have never been to a hotel where the coffee in the room was not complementary. Beware! If you drink the little coffee cups, you will be charged, I won’t say that the issue with the mini bar ruined my stay there but it did put a negative spin on my experience.

Amazing Resort and Friendly Staff

The resort is in a wonderful location on Medano beach within walking distance to the main area if you’re looking for a night out.

The location and the staff at Bahia were great. The renovated rooms on level 5 were nice.

The staff at Sur Beach House were horrible and rude. We had a booking (under our room number) for beach chairs and they treated us like absolute idiots and made us wait for 10 minutes while they "checked some umbrellas", and never returned to us. Our friend was already inside so she came and found us and we walked it by ourselves while the staff glared at us. I left shortly after that to go back to my room, and received the same attitude by the same staff when I returned to Sur Beach House. It was really awful.

Great location, great beach club, beautiful hotel and nice service!

For the price I think it would have been nice to have some water bottles or coffee included in the room instead of as an extra charge.

Superb

The bar and restaurant are lively. Room was good size for 2 people. The real stars were Jasmine(?) at the front desk and Christian and his crew out front. Loved the golf cart ride to Sur.

Our stay in this delightful spot was wonderful.

Our stay in this place was nothing short of amazing given its unbeatable location in the most desirable area of the city. From the quaint restaurant serving meals to the friendly and courteous staff, all aspects made for a memorable experience. The rooms were great - tastefully designed with clean and fresh fittings. In short, our one night here felt like many more, and left us feeling content in our hearts or warmth in remaining memories.

Older but clean, nice people, mayprice okay for the value but not for us.

Breakfast okay but same 3 days in a Row, for value of room we feel the selection could have been broader. Like, fruit, yogart juices or even veggies. Even had to pay for water at breakfast.

Never once got to use pool or hot tube, bar was always close when we got back to hotel. Motel and kind of miss advertised as beach motel even with picture of cruise boats out front. Yeh you could walk to beach or get a ride but not the same. also when we got the bills for excursion the price was different. The reason given was the price was outdated on the brochure REALLY

Great location and a nice hotel .Needs a breakfast adjustment for the free breakfasts .

excellent location . Breakfast needs more variety for the free breakfast ,little boring .

Coffee in your rooms should definitely be complimentary .You should not be charged for the coffee pucks .This is the only hotel I have ever been to and have been charged for coffee .Ridiculous in my opinion .

Rang in 2023 in the best spot!

The location is excellent and the property/rooms are very clean and stocked with nice amenities. I love that you have access to the SUR beach club too.

Could be a bit noisy but that’s due to the close proximity that puts you within walking distance to everything.

It’s a price friendly hotel while staying in Cabo which is generally expensive.

The rooms are very spacious and the property is in a great location to explore Cabo with ease.

The room we were given at first was nothing like the pictures we saw on Booking.com. we therefore asked to move and the hotel accommodated this. When we arrived the main restaurant was being refurbished for the first two nights of our stay. While we were able to go to Sur Beach house for our included breakfast it was slightly annoying to not be made aware of this until when we arrived. Sur Beach house is also down the road (about 5 min walk) from the hotel although from their Instagram it is advertised as being directly attached. The Pool was also not the cleanest I have been in.
