We had a great stay at Scot's house. You can tell he's gone through a lot of effort to make sure the house is accommodating for all types of guests. There was a pack n play and baby gate for my 1 year old to use, the night lights throughout the house were super useful to help my 6 & 4 year old acclimate to the new space at night, and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to make simple meals. The bathrooms were also well stocked with anything you may have accidently forgotten to bring. We did have a small mix up with check in information but Scot made sure to fix that as soon as he could and everything went smoothly after that. He made sure to let us know that we could reach him at any time if there were any other issues, which there was not. The neighborhood was safe, nice, and quiet. The house was clean. We'll definitely try to book Scot's home the next time we're in Athens!

We stayed for family weekend at UGA. Our student enjoyed having a room to himself! The property is in a quiet neighborhood with a wonderful deck overlooking the woods. We played a lot of yard games. The house was set up for ease and comfort. The host was very responsive and friendly. We will stay here again when we visit.

Nice quiet neighborhood conveniently located about 12 minutes from the UGA campus. Plenty of room for our group of 6 to stay overnight before the morning graduation ceremony. Also very close to the Botanical Gardens. Scot was very good about getting back to me to answer questions before we arrived. We enjoyed our stay.

Scot went above and beyond to make my families stay comfortable!! He made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay! I brought my kids along with my sister and her daughter to my nieces wedding at the Beautiful Botanical Garden (5 minutes away). Also about 5 minutes to restaurants. The neighborhood is beautiful and feels secluded. This house is perfect for good sized families and a great location for UGA games!! Thanks again!

We had the most wonderful experience at Scot’s house! It stated with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree just for us! The house is lovely and very well stocked. We were in the area to celebrate Christmas with my brother and family who were 10 minutes away so very convenient! We were also able to have a few old friends over to catch up while we were all in the area. We highly recommend Scot’s house! It as lovely and I’m sure we will be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful neighborhood setting. We were welcomed by a beautiful Christmas tree and a warm and inviting home. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was easy to find. Scot was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

The PERFECT "weekend get away!"

The PERFECT "weekend get away!"

Scot's place was the most amazing place for our "weekend get away" with some old friends! We were all incredibly impressed with the cleanliness, coziness, and comfort of the home. The amenities & furnishings are endless! Scot has thought of literally EVERYTHING! Our favorite treat was our time around the backyard fire pit... surrounded by outdoor lighting & gorgeous colorful hardwoods! We felt like we were on a mountain camping trip... but, with all the comforts of home... just a few feet away from us all! None of us wanted the weekend to end... and we've already decided to plan another round at Scot's pad for this same time next year! His place definitely leaves some competition on the table! Thank you, Scot... for being an amazing host... helpful in every way possible... going above & beyond for our weekend get away!
