About this house rental
Situated in Long Neck, this lovely house for $880 per night is a great option for your next trip. Have a side of beach with your morning coffee or evening cocktail sitting on the open front porch watching the colorful bay views. Located on the waterfront at Pot-Nets Bayside, this home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room for great family entertaining. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes). PET POLICY: This home is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on your reservation or call our reservationist. We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year. Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat. We are repeat renters to this property but se had some challenges at this property this year. The combination on the door wouldn't work and we were locked out for an hour while security tried to figure out how to get us into the house. The house lacked some useful things like plastic wrap, foil, etc. One of the window blind wands in one of the bedrooms did not work and one of the window blinds in the front had a broken slat. We like that linens are provided and we love the porch!

We had a wedding at the Clubhouse at Baywood. We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

This home was in the best location possible in Pot Nets bayside. It is a super close walk to the Paradise grill, but also not too close. It was quiet at night inside the home when sleeping, but if you go out in the porch in the evenings you can still hear the bands playing at the Paradise grill. The rooms are very large and it’s a great setup for big family gatherings. The driveway was large enough to hold 4 cars, and there is overflow parking nearby (you get two tags for overflow parking). The 2 pools were very nice. The beach does not allow dogs. There is a dog park located near one of the pools that was quite nice. Things I was very happy to have and didn’t realize: the home had its own shed and you have access to a golf cart that can hold 4 people! This is so much fun and makes getting around the community so much easier! Just be aware that there isn’t a way to know how much battery life it has, so keep it charged up and don’t go out for too long. There is also a grill in the shed which was nice for cooking - the home has grill utensils also, and it comes with two propane tanks. The boat docks are right out front of the home. You can rent them for $40/day if you give advanced notice. Things to know before you go so you know what to bring: definitely bring bug spray for the porch! Lots of gnats and mosquitoes. You will be supplied linens, but you will need to put your own sheets on each bed when you arrive. The fans on the porch don’t work, if you have a small fan it may be nice to bring it along for the porch to blow the bugs away. You will be supplied toilet paper and some extra as well. They have cleaning supplies available in a cleaning closet including dish soap - so you don’t need to bring that. No beach towels, chairs, or beach toys provided. No toiletries provided.

We rented two units to gather our family to celebrate my mothers 85th birthday. EVERYONE was totally impressed with the community and the pristine conditions of the spacious well designed homes. We had room to entertain and celebrate and also areas to have two toddler take their naps and early bedtimes. Paradise Grill was a gem having diversity of music and food to satisfy everyone from 25 to 85 years old. Best birthday ever!!!

We rented for a destination wedding and it was perfect for our guest. Most times the pictures on a site are stretched to make it look larger than it is but in this case the home is much larger inside than it appears online. Our family is already planning a return trip.

Enjoyed!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! We also really appreciated being able to bring our two dear dogs with us. Very pet-friendly and we all enjoyed the front porch, especially. Just beautiful! The golf cart was an extra bonus!

This was an awesome place to stay. We had a mixed group of kids from all ages and adults and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house was fantastic and getting access was so easy and contact free. The potnets community felt safe and was really great. The private beaches were great for the little ones and we could still socially distance with no issue. Pictures dont do it justice
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 7 people and 2 small dogs. We could not have asked for a better sleeping arrangement, an awesome open design, spacious porch - EVERYTHING. Location was great, and every amenity was as described. Minor comments: (1) When we arrived, they did not change the code on the front door - it would not work but got a prompt response and access from the Pot-Nets manager. (2) the owner is using the Site manager who is using VRBO which means you are paying double the fees to stay here. (3) typical for a rental, hot water is at a premium - take short showers and staggered, and you are fine; (4) Kitchen fridge ice maker barely works. Dont expect more than 1 tray of ice produced every 12-14 hours. (5) bring what you think are essential cooking equipment. Not one baking pan, no collender/strainer. This was all secondary for us, but may be more significant for you. Would not hesitate to return.

What a great way to start our Summer! This was our first time staying in Long Neck Delaware and st Pot Nets and we had an awesome time. It certainly will not be the last. Everything about this vacation place was great. The booking experience was easy and very thorough. On the day of our arrival, we were greeted by very knowledgeable staff who handed us a folder with all sorts of useful information. The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 7 and plus dogs. All one floor was so convenient for 3 of our elderly people that traveled with us. The view of the Marina was great and the view of the Restaurant at a short distance was spectacular. Another big plus for our teenage daughter as well as test of the group was the golf cart included in rental. It was so nice to be able to pack for the beach and use golf cart to transport us not only to the beach but for rides around the neighborhood in the afternoons. We just loved the fact that we didn’t have to drive out of the community for beach, swimming pool or restaurant. But if you needed to , stores and restaurants were just a couple of miles out. We never got to use the pools but that was just by choice. We are more beach people. The beach was clean and plenty of tables with chairs in the shade. People you met were very friendly. We didn’t go to Paradise Grill restaurant in the premises but we did go to the ice cream shack next to it. Overall, this place is great for old and young. We had a blast and plan to return in the future.

This was our second year renting a home at Bayside. We rented two homes this year and the convenience of having then so closely located made is very nice to gather as a total family unit. The golf cart usage was a huge plus for getting around in the community. The staff from our initial contact until the day we left was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. As always we all had a great time. The place was very nice. When I tried to get in the shed to get the golf cart I could not get the key in the lock so I called the office and ask for a maintenance person to stop by and to lube the lock up . But they never showed up so I fixed it my self. Also the bathroom tubs drain needs to be cleaned so the water drains better and the light over the tub is burned out it needs to be changed. Some of the frying pans need to be replaced and more silverware would be good.
