Nestled in Long Neck, this charming house for $709 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Large single family home in The Peninsula has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Open floor plan on the main level as well as two bedrooms. Two additional bedrooms are on the second floor. A wonderful screened porch is on the rear of the property. The Peninsula community features many high end enticements including a world class Jack Nicklaus signature 18 hole golf course and practice range, 8 outdoor lighted tennis courts, a family wave pool, adult infinity pool, large athletic fitness center featuring a heated Olympic sized pool, whirlpool, work out area and weight equipment.. There are plenty of jogging and walking paths, a nature facility with kayaking, fishing pier, and its own mini beach area along the Bay. Additionally the Peninsula has its own full court outdoor basketball court, and a sand volleyball court and each of these is located adjacent to the Terrace Grill which offers exceptional lunch and dinner dining options. You can enjoy your entire beach vacation without ever having to leave the resort or make the short drive to either Lewes or Rehoboth Beach should you choose. A stay here will be a dream vacation for you and your entire family. Club Amenity Fees due with final payments, some restrictions apply. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. This property does not allow pets Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Amazing vacation! I take the lead on our family vacations each year and honestly, it will be difficult to top this one. Beautiful, clean, large home. Safe gated community. Biking, kayaking, gym, pools all available within the community. The only criticism from my children is that I told them that we would be six miles from Bethany Beach as that is what was indicated. The beaches were much further than six miles by car, but otherwise it was just wonderful! Thank you for great summer memories!

We have been looking forward to our week at the Peninsula in Millsboro Delaware all year! It did not disappoint. Everything was perfect, including the home which felt like "home away from home" to all of us! Thank you for making this a wonderful family vacation for all of us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious and plenty of room to share with our children and our grandchildren. Beautifully decorated home and well kept. Lots of extras found in the kitchen to help with meals.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this property for the two years and absolutely love it here. We love the room layout of the home and spending time on the patio in the evening. It was very easy to work with the property management company on any questions or requests that we had.

The house is beautiful but the house alarm going off upon check in and not being able to disarm it without getting the property manager who then had to get a hold of the owner who then had to reach the alarm company made for a frazzling check in. We also paid 600.00 for linen set up and rentals. No linens or towels were provided. They did eventually refund us. The alarm beeped every 30 seconds for 2 days until we finally had to complain for it was maddening. The alarm company had to resolve that. It's such a pretty house but it was not a good experience for us.

Our check in time was 2:00 and we arrived at 3:00. The cleaning crew was still cleaning and we waited for them to finish. Overall, the house was very nice; however, we didn't realize we weren't allowed to play corn hole in the front yard and 'security' told us we must stop. We tried playing in the backyard but it was too 'buggy' to enjoy. The 'packet' we received from the realtor was filled with poor quality copies of handouts that were difficult to read and the maps were not helpful due to poor print quality. However, we explored ourselves and really enjoyed the trails, pools and kayaks. The Terrance Grille was perfect for lunch by the pools. The pickle ball courts were great!! Overall the community facilities were wonderful to use.
