Located in Long Neck, this lovely house for $983 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Let the countdown to the beach begin! The large wraparound porch on this blue beauty allows for spectacular sunrise and sunset views. Located at the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside, this home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a wide open living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room for large gatherings. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes). We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year. PET POLICY: This home is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on the reservation or call the reservationist. Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat. We had a wedding at the Clubhouse at Baywood. We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property.. lovely decor.. spacious.. comfortable.Third year for family summer vacation.Suggestions: check to be sure all appliances etc are in working order.. ice maker did not work, freezer not clean, golf cart broke down. In pet friendly homes, cleaning of couches etc would be appreciated. Pet hair was on couches, chairs, under chairs, on floors. We did multiple brushing and sweeping. Debbie addressed issues. She is wonderful and efficient. Some fixed, but not all. We did not report pet hair until end of our stay. We will return , probably to no pets homes.

We rented Bay Pointe 492 this year. The house was clean and located in a great spot. This year unlike any others we had some issues. The house accommodated 10 people but offers a stretch golf cart that accommodated 6 making going anywhere a 2 trips. The steering on the cart was an understatement to say it was extremely stiff. Reported it (no action). Ice maker made no ice ( reported it , no action). Towel rack fell off the wall when placing a towel before a shower (reported, no action).would have like to see more people accommodated using the side deck which had nothing but space.

Issues with 2 rooms having no hot water and golf cart had a note saying do not use. Called Debbie and she got answers for us right away. old note on golf cart and plumber came and fixed the issue. Friday night there was a shooting at the enterance going back to Paradise Grill around 1030. We were in bed the shots woke up my 8 year old grand daughter and she was scared rest of night. our rental was at the corner where this took place. a cop parked in our driveway and we had the flashing lights of his car and the others til 230 am shining in the bedroom window. Plus there were out front our window checking for any bullet holes. Very scary but thank god no one was hurt. It would be nice to get some kind of discount for next year. but we all had a great time Defnitely going again next year it is a very nice place

The home was very spacious and a great location across from Paradise Grill and close to a small beach. The kitchen was very large and bright. The lighting in the living and dining areas was very low. The carpets were not very clean, especially the one in the living area, very dirty. Would have been nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms for circulation.

I loved the rental property. My family and I enjoyed the home and location.The home was very spacious and inviting. However, there some minor issues with the hardware in two of the bathrooms. The rugs in each room throughout the house were very nicely made and colorful, however, the rugs were very dirty and took away from the enjoyment of them.

We had an amazing stay at Pot-Nets! We were so happy with the location of the home. So close to Paradise, yet off the main road enough to not have traffic bother us while we enjoyed the spacious deck. The rooms were perfect size for all the guests and the kitchen space was amazing! We had the nicest time, the house was perfect and so clean, it was nice that everyone had there own space as far as bedrooms and bathrooms go. We also used the golf carts everyday, having a fire on the beach was something that I always wanted to do.. we are planning n moving to Bayside when my husband retires and seeing it in the summer, we've been there in the fall and winter already,totally made up our minds. Every single person we met was so nice and so happy to share info about living there full time. we already booked this house for next year.. Thank you Pot Nets for taking such good care of the community... we also spent a lot of time at Paradise Grill... loved every minute.. and having our dogs with us made it even better.

Came down with 12 guys staying in three houses all located next to each other. The places couldn't have worked out better with big beds and nice bathrooms for each bedroom. The homes were well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen. If I had one knock, not the most comfortable beds. Mine felt like kids had been jumping on it and the springs were shot. Besides that, perfect.

My sisters and my nieces wanted a beachy winter vacation and this was perfect!!!! The location was perfect. It was right on the water. The house was absolutely beautiful! I was able to bring my dog, which was amazing. We all enjoyed walks on the beach. The whole Bay area was perfect. The playground was nice for the kids too. Great winter vacation!

This is a really great house. We slept 9 adults extremely comfortably. The kitchen and living areas are huge. Each bedroom is good sized with a nice full bath. The wrap around porch is amazing. You can also watch the sunset off the front of the house, really beautiful. The community the house is in is also wonderful. There is a beach, pools, bar/restaurant and more. The house also comes with a golf cart to access all the community has to offer.
The management company was very responsive and helpful with our needs. My one compliant with them would be the house has a 10am checkout which is tough, earlier than any other home I have rented or hotel checkout time. The management team was waiting outside for us at 9:45am as well. The location of the house is a full 30 minutes to Rehoboth or Dewey, but being on the water and the quality of the house made it well worth the time in the car into town.

We had a very great time, only thing you should bring are towels because the towels was hard....The carpet needed steam cleaning .Other than that everything was spacious, clean. And remember to bring bigger pots and pans if you gonna have a lot of food to cook..

Very comfortable and roomy. Allows pets but the place was spotless. Large kitchen gives impression that there are few cooking utensils but we had no problem. Only issue is distance to Rehobeth and Bethany was a bit longer than expected.

Girls Relaxing Weekend
The location and property couldn't have been nicer. It was right on the waterfront which made nights and early morning water gazing absolutely amazing. It looked exactly like the pictures, was super clean (always a plus), and I adored the oversized kitchen. Debbie the property manager was easy to access and able to answer questions/concerns immediately. I am planning another trip just to be able to rent the space again. I can't say enough good things about the place..

This time it is because being in this home and the Pot Nets communities made us fall in love wiht it and we finally bought our own home here, it is under construction so, we rented for 11 days, w love everything about this homie and all of PotNets, 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths make it easy and comfortable with family visiting.

Disappointment
I have rent many home homes thru Vrbo from New York to Tennessee and this is the 1st time I have been unhappy with a place I have rented . The view from the porch was excellent especially the sunrise and sunset . The main area of the house was nice for large family gatherings . The kitchen was so poorly stocked it was amazing especially if you are trying to cook for a crowd . It had one large pot , one small frying pan , one cereal bowel , not enough forks . The rugs in the entire place where so dirty it was disgusting . They all need to be thrown out and changed . Some of the bedspreads had stains and rips on them . Only one bedroom came close to what they showed on the website . I don’t know where they get there towels from but I would suggest you bring your own they are very small , and rough , there was no dish towels at all . The mattress pads on some of the beds need to be replaced as well as the blankets . I noticed there where mice traps all over the place not sure if it’s a constant issue but we did not see any . The bathrooms where not as cleaned as in other homes we have stayed in . The area is a little strange the house is very nice from the outside then you walk around the corner and there are houses with no siding stuff thrown all around the property . We actually left a little before the 7 days because we where not happy with this place . This is the 1st time I have had a bad house rental thru vrbo .

Fall getaway
We had Thanksgiving holiday here for a beautiful fall getaway. We walked by the water, played at the playground and had a gorgeous sunny dinner on the porch. Property manager was helpful, responsive and accommodating! Property was clean and modern in design. Very spacious and the best location in the neighborhood.
