Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. *Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am. STARTER SUPPLIES : This is a self-served unit and we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities prior to their arrival. We provide the starter pack of toiletries. If any initial supplies (coffee, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc.) that have been provided are used up, you will need to purchase your own for your use. PARKING : Guest park vehicles at their own risk and must abide by all community, city, county and state parking rules and laws. The community does not allow street parking and will tow cars. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Please note only two cars can park in the drive. Additional parking is allowed at the clubhouse NOTE: the 3 car maximum still applies even if parking at the clubhouse. GARAGE: The garage is manual operation only, it is fairly light and easy to operate. Thank you The property has an external camera at the exterior of the home.
