About this house rental
Located in Long Neck, this charming house for $1,036 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Life is better barefoot in this summer retreat! Relax and enjoy the colorful bay views and sea breezes sitting on the open porch overlooking the marina in this gorgeous home! Located at the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside, this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home allows for large gatherings in the spacious living/dining area. The home is graced with lots of windows and glass sliding doors that let the beautiful coastal light flood the home. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes). PET POLICY: This unit is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it in your reservation or call our reservationist. We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year. Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat; average water depth is 4 feet at low tide. Come experience all that Pot-Nets has to offer! Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Ever Dream. The rental process was easy, the rental agent was extremely helpful and professional. Everything that was promised was there. The only reservation I had was that the home is in need of some maintenance. The are several places where the floor is coming up, including one large spot in front of the kitchen sink that was covered by a rug. The flooring in the hallway was loose, and my grandson caught the knee of his pants on it and tore his pants. There are several doorknobs that are broken and several cabinet doors that need to be repaired. I definitely plan to rent again next year, as the overall experience was great. I just hope some of the maintenance items can be addressed before that time.

We had a wedding at the Clubhouse at Baywood. We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

The property was very nice. The location and amenities were excellent. The cleanliness of the property was adequate. There were some issues with dirty dinnerware put in the cabinets and not fully cleaned. There was dirty underwear under one of the beds upon our arrival. One of the bathroom linen doors was off the track upon our arrival. Overall my family loved the property, and we would recommend it to anyone. Overall rating of 9.5. The staff, specifically Debbie Wilhelm, was and has always been a pleasure to deal with. She should get a gold star.😀

Absolutely incredible place to stay, the house was super clean and massive. The views were amazing and there is a lot to do not far from the house at all. Paradise grill right across the street is a cool place. And the property manager is wonderful, easy to get in touch with and took care of a couple minor problems right away. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaint I had which has nothing to do with the property was the weather was a little cold (end of May). I’d go back in June sometime when it’s warmer. 11/10 recommend.

What a great vacation for our family. Great view and accommodations loved being able to travel around on the golf cart, the pools and even the baseball field. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. A few recommendations bring your own bath towels and wash clothes, they do supply them but they are not the greatest and they shed. Also, the place really needs a cleaning, cabinets and drawers with food and dust, dog food and dog hair on the floor. We didn’t have a dog but we had toddlers. Sliding doors beautiful to look out but don’t look down the tracks were filthy black and the toddlers had black on their feet constantly. Now Debbie was great and offered to have someone come clean it and we appreciated her response but we had already vacuumed and just decided we would let them know and move on. We had one of the best vacations and have already booked for next year.

This is our 3rd vacation rental at pot Nets, first time at 522 Ever Dream. The location is ideal, overlooking boat slips and the Paradise Grill.The place was spacious with 4 1/2 baths and large deck.Plenty of towels and bed linens were provided. A few concerns we encountered: dog hair all over, urine on one rug and one cushion, shower head sprayed water all over, sliding door glass covered with finger marks and the golf cart wad difficult to steer. Rental properties take a beating and should be monitored closely for needed repairs.Charging top dollar should mean everything in tip top shape. That said, we love Pot Nets, Grandkids loved the pools, fishing in the small ponds and riding on the golf cart.

If you're looking for a nice, relaxing getaway, this is the place. The house is spacious, huge really, and perfect for a family or friend gathering. We really enjoyed each room having its own bathroom, and leaving the gift card to the restaurant was a nice touch. I only wish I could've used the complimentary 18 holes of golf, but recent knee surgery prohibited that. The fire pit provides a nice way to spend the evening and having the view of the water certainly adds to the relaxation. We cooked great meals, laughed and enjoyed the patio every day - great trip overall. My only comments for future users: bring extra bath towels as the ones provided are quite small and scratchy. And if you want to watch TV, be prepared for a very limited channel selection, which made it hard to watch football on opening weekend. Small things for sure, but felt it helpful to share.Overall, a wonderful week away! Thanks to the property owners for quick and helpful responses to our questions - we can't wait to get back!Ben M

Great Home for. Relaxing Getaway
If you're looking for a nice, relaxing getaway, this is the place. The house is spacious, huge really, and perfect for a family or friend gathering. We really enjoyed each room having its own bathroom, and leaving the gift card to the restaurant was a nice touch.
