It is the perfect mountain escape with panoramic views and close access to all the outdoor activities Vail has to offer. Play hard outdoors and return to this beautiful mountain modern home for the whole family to enjoy. Take in the amazing views of the Gore Range, Bald Mountain and the famous East Vail Chutes…truly some of the best views in all of Vail. Four bedrooms and all new contemporary furnishings and finishes. Spacious family room with inviting and large contemporary sectional couch, 60” gas fireplace and flat screen awaits you for those special family relaxation times. Watch the big game, stream movies on the flat screen, play a board game, listen to music on the Sonos system or simply enjoy your favorite drink in on of the two leather club chairs while you look out the windows across an aspen filled meadow at the majestic Gore Range. Even the hot tub was selected to be special and is a Bullfrog Spa with customized and hydro therapy jetted seats to gently or vigorously message your muscles after a fun filled day recreating in the great Vail outdoors. This is the perfect home for either a family or up to three couples because one of the four bedrooms can be configured with two XL twins or converted to a king. The owners have blended all the functionality and architectural elements of modern design with the warmth of high-end linens and mountain inspired finishes that are inviting and warm. Gun metal steel stairs with incorporated glass and wood open stair treads great you upon entering the home. Even the artwork that includes a colorful glass art wall display is intended to add to the experience. The master suite is a true oasis with its bathroom equipped with a roman tub, oversized shower and heated tile flooring. For those that enjoy cooking, the modern kitchen is well appointed and stocked with spices and a wine cooler to assure you have everything you need to serve up breakfast or dinner for a crew. There is even a commercial boot dryer that is also great for hats, gloves, helmets and hiking shoes. For those who don’t wish to drive, the free Town of Vail bus picks up every 15 minutes during peak hours and is a 4-minute walk from the house. The Vail bus is perfect for getting to the slopes quickly on those fresh powder days or to a concert at the Ford Amphitheater in the Summer. Parents especially like the convenience of their teenagers having the independence to take the bus into the Village to enjoy pizza or a round of bowling. If you are visiting during the Spring or Summer, you'll have close access to many outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, fishing, and golfing. Several beautiful hiking trails along Gore Creek and up into the mountains are accessed just down the road in White River National Forest. Bighorn Park is pretty close, too. There the family can have a picnic and enjoy the playground. You can even grab an E-Bike from a bike rack at the park using an app and ride into town along the bike path that parallels Gore Creek. The house includes a multi-zone AC for those few summer periods when natural air flow doesn't cut it to assure your complete comfort. Your host really enjoys providing locals insights on great restaurants, suggestions for memorable activities to consider during your stay and being ambassadors to all that is special about the Vail Valley. This house was perfect for our family trip to vail. It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. You can tell the owners take wonderful care of this property. It is warm and inviting with a modern twist. We loved looking at the views from the windows and relaxing in the hot tub. The kitchen had absolutely everything that you could need. Bedrooms and living areas were perfect for resting up for another day of skiing. The host was amazing! He was so attentive and thoughtful. I can not recommend this property enough.

Nine of us (six adults and three tweens) had a wonderful stay! The house is updated and had everything we needed. The hot tub and sounds from the creek next to the house were an added bonus! It was a short drive into town, and Michael checked in with us often and provided great suggestions for local activities. We definitely would stay here again!

This house was exceptional. Lots of room for two families of four to coexist and a wonderful central living room kitchen in which to gather. The house was very well appointed with a beautiful large kitchen and we never ran out of dishes, cups or cutlery. Access to the garage let us store our ski gear easily and the ski boot warmers in the downstairs were a luxurious touch. The hot tub fit four adults comfortably and the views are spectacular. Access to Vail village was easy as the bus stop was just down the road or a 10 minute drive to parking in the village. All in all the home was spotlessly clean, well appointed and the communication and service were the best. When we come back to vail as a large group, we will absolutely stay at Michael's home again. Honestly, could not have been better!

What can I say about the property?! The property has everything that you will need. From the pans; to the bowls to the cooking utensils; to the screwdriver to tighten up your snowboard bindings. The master bedroom where I stayed, had a great bathroom, a large walk-in closet and a work desk right near the bed, including an extra monitor. For a workaholic entrepreneur like me, the desk right near the bed; came in handy! The property is beautiful and well maintained. You can relax in the hot tub and look at the snowcapped mountains from all sides. Michael is a great host, and the communication was superb. Overall, this house in conjunction with Michael as the owner ranks in my top 3 mountain homes of all time; and I have been renting from VRBO for over 15 years. Thanks again Michael for your hospitality.

This house is perfect for a group that wants to hang out together but also needs privacy for the individual families. It is beautiful, clean, & spacious; exactly as the pictures portray. It’s also nice that each floor has its own heating/cooling system. The owner was also very accommodating & communicative.

In addition to getting 3+ days of powder skiing, the accommodations are exactly as advertised. The house is immaculate, beds comfortable and the views are amazing. We would absolutely come back.

Everything was PERFECT ! I rented the house for a father /son ski trip. There were 3 Dads and 6 boys ages 12-17 and the space was great! The house is FULLY renovated and absolutely IMMACULATE!
Michael the owner went above and beyond before and during our stay. He offered to set up an air mattress to give the kids more space with sleeping arrangements. The house had everything we needed. The hot tub was the best one we have ever been in. The jets were really strong and massaging which was welcome after a long day on the slopes. Micheal the owner emailed us "local" tips for skiing, parking, rentals, restaurants etc.
We want to rent this house again in the summer it was so AMAZING and then again next ski season. The house and Michael EXCEEDED our expectations ....which is hard ....we are really particular and never imagined EVERYTHING could be as awesome as it was. THANK YOU !

This property is absolutely beautiful in a wonderful neighborhood. It is close enough to Vail village to take advantage of what the village has to offer yet removed enough to be peaceful. There is great hiking practically out the front door and a terrific park for the kids within walking distance. Michael made some fantastic suggestions including a most memorable rafting trip. We enjoyed evening soaks in the hot tub and dinner fresh off the grill on the lovely terrace. In short, this home is perfect.

This was our second stay at this property in East Vail and it continues to impress. Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, this home is beautiful and spacious with every amenity, and a fabulous view of the mountains. Michael is easy to work with and always quick with a response to any questions. He gave us the inside scoop to efficiently navigate parking at the base and lift lines, thank you Michael!! We had a wonderful family ski week!!
