Located in Cabo San Lucas, this attractive villa for $528 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The Best Villa in a Five Star Property. Villa La Estancia brings to you the best combination of a private home with all of the amenities of a five star resort. Once you enter the Villa 2603 and view the Sea of Cortez with unbelievable views of "Lands End", you will know you have arrived. This Villa has one of the largest most spacious balconies including four lounge chairs. It does not get much better than relaxing on your balcony, drinking a glass of wine and watching the ever changing sunsets. Hotel Amenities-General Estancia has all of the amenities of a 5 star resort which includes several on site restaurants, beautiful infinity pools, swim up bar, a zero depth pool for kids, room service, a 24 hr front desk, 24 hr security, concierge to help with reservations etc, bellman, internet through out the property, private tennis courts, private gym and spa, maid service, beach front swimming area, hot tubs, ATM, food market, ice cream stand, and more. Hotel Amenities-Spa and Exercise Facilities Estancia has it's own private fitness center, tennis courts and hot tubs etc. If you want a fantastic massage, then visit the 31000 square foot Desert Spa and choose from a complete menu of massage/facial treatments. Villa 2603-Special Amenities: Telephone-The unit (living room) has unlimited use of phone at no cost for any calls to the US. The telephone number has an 818 area code and depending on the type of rate plan, incoming calls may be free to the caller. This is subject to internet and access by provider. Television-In addition to the TV channels provided by the resort, this unit has US based Netflix in the A and B side bedroom and the living room. In addition, the living room has Roku and a number of US based programming services may be available at no cost. All of the above is subject to change and subject to internet access and availability in Mexico. Internet-The unit has both wireless and wired internet capabilities. In addition, a wireless extender has been added to insure wireless reception in both the A and B side bedroom and balcony. Complete details will be provided prior to departure. Villa 2603-Accommodations-Bedrooms In the master bedroom (A side), there is a king size bed. In the B side bedroom, there are TWO king size beds. This is one of the few if any villas with this added comfort. There are direct views to ocean and land ends from each bedroom. The master bedroom has a jaccuzi tub, double sinks, desk and chair and coffee table. Each bedroom has its separate showers, bathrooms, large closets, a separate couch, individual air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs and more. Villa 2603-Family Room, Dining, and Kitchen There is a third bath and shower in this area. The family room has a flat screen TV with DVD. Unlike other units that have limited seating, there is comfortable seating for 6 to 7 in the living room. Like the bedrooms, there are unobstructed views of lands end from these rooms. There is a full kitchen complete with stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer including water and ice dispenser, washer/dryer and large counter and pantry areas. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee maker, blender, toaster and various pots, pans and utensils, Villa 2603-Balcony-One of two in all of Estancia's Two bedroom villas. All interior two bedroom villa are approximately the same size. However, the size of the balcony varies significantly. Villa 2603 is over 280 sq ft larger than other 2 bedroom villa due to the size of it's balcony. Villa 2603 has four lounge chairs which can easily be moved to various locations on the balcony so you can enjoy the views, sun or shade. It also has a separate table with 6 chairs. Most if not all other villas have only two lounge chairs and in some villa, they is very little space on the balcony. If you want to enjoy the views and relax and have a drink (or two) with your family and friends and maybe even take advantage of room service without feeling cramped, then it does not get much better than Villa 2603. Villa 2603 is your key to a great vacation and once here you will never want to leave.

Great unit - beautiful view. 6th floor and massive balcony with BBQ. More than enough space for the 3 of us - could easily fit/sleep 6 with enough privacy. 100% recommend to rent through owner like this vs through hotel. Better deal and same property/amenities. We ordered room service the first night we got there. We used kitchen a lot and it's well stocked. 2 minute walk to pool, and easy access to neighboring sister hotel pools and restaurants. Walked beach to downtown Cabo - Long walk with toddler, but beautiful and we did it multiple times and took a $10 taxi home. Great spot overall and Frank helped a ton with communication!

This Villa was everything we could’ve asked for!
As promised, we had an AMAZING view from an enormous balcony. Frank ( the owner )
Has thought of every detail, we were greeted at the Villa with delicious guacamole, chips and freshly made. Margaritas. The kitchen had all the supplies, you could possibly need and there was even a pouch of Pete’s coffee. Which we enjoyed the next morning out on the balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The Villa is beautifully decorated and the beds are some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on.
This place was more amazing, and had more amenities, than we had expected. The layout is perfect for privacy, the beach is amazing, great restaurants, loved the pool and the staff is very attentive. Our family had a memorable vacation, we will definitely be returning.

When visiting Cabo, we always stay at Villa La Estancia and this unit is amazing! The views are incredible - and the space (having both the A side and the B side of the unit) is awesome. We love spending time on the patio - and this patio must be the best one on the property!
The owner is very responsive and the service provided by Villa La Estancia (if there are any issues with the unit during your stay) is excellent.
We will definitely be repeat visitors :-)

Frank’s villa at Estancia was absolutely amazing! The view was spectacular, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well supplied and the overall experience was spectacular. Estancia is incredibly clean, the staff is so helpful and everyone we interacted with was very kind.
It was our first time in Cabo and we will for sure be back! Couldn’t recommend this property enough!

Four of us were here for a week during Spring Break and it was a really great trip! The condo was the nicest we've ever had in our many years staying with VRBO...immaculately clean, in great condition, and very roomy for 4 people. Can't say enough about the resort property which was gorgeous, great views, right on the beach, and also incredibly nice. A huge thank you to Frank for allowing our use of his property. It was beyond what was represented in pictures on the VRBO site!

VLE is a beautiful resort, with hardworking and very kind staff. Everything is extremely clean and lovely. We had plenty of space in this well maintained unit and we particularly enjoyed the view and the large balcony.

The apartment was run down, with uncomfortable furniture, and holes in the drapes. The kitchen was poorly stocked, pans worn to Teflon gone, and although it’s not required, could you have salt and pepper in the unit?
Again, the view is great, and la estancia generally is pretty (we’d been twice before), but this owner’s process and the disappointing unit made the vacation much less enjoyable than we’d hoped.

The unit was exactly as it is portrayed in the information we saw online when we booked the property. It is very spacious, was clean, the furnishings were lovely, and the beds were comfortable. Our favorite feature of the property was the huge patio area that has a perfect view down the center of the property with the pools, and on out to the ocean. It couldn't be any better. We were very happy with this property and will definitely rent again when we get to return to Cabo!

The views from the patio are spectacular. The resort, with it's 2 sister resorts, offers great restaurants and a location that allows easy access to all Cabo has to offer. Staff at Villa La Estancia are all extremely nice, professional, and helpful. Time by the pool was greatly appreciated. The gym was easy to access, allowing for guilt free drinking and dining. We would stay in this location again for future Cabo vacations.

First of all the Villa was Perfect. The location was within minutes of everything including walmart. The service at the resort was top notch. Swimming available on this beach. This resort has 3 resorts that you can visit all the restaurants at each one, plenty of food and drink options. There is also a coffee shop with many breakfast options. Will visit this location again.

This is definitely a home away from home. The living and bedroom area were spacious. We ate everyday at least two meals on the massive balcony overlooking the spectacular view of the ocean. Frank was very easy to communicate with. The property was serene and the pool was terrific. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Frank!

We had never been to Cabo before but we will definately be back. Frank was so easy to work with, the Villa is amazing and the resort is fabulous! The view is exceptional and we loved playing cards on the patio in the evening, laying by the pool, and several planned activiites outside the resort. Everything was as advertised, both the service and the unit. I highly recommend this condo and Villa La Estencia resort. Hard to leave!

We did lots of great activities, jet skiing, parasailing and swimming with dolphins, all of which you can get big discounts on if you subject yourselves to a morning of time-share persuasion.
All-in-all, we had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend Frank’s villa to any friends planning on visiting Cabo.

Awesome! Perfect for our pre-birthday celebration!
The condo is in a perfect location. The views from all balconies were stunning. It was very easy to get a cab into town. The entire staff were very helpful and delightful to work with. We went fishing and took a half-day sailing tour. The restaurants were all very good and we loved the two-for-one happy hour drinks! I recommend advance reservations for some of the more popular restaurants. Overall, it was an amazing trip and lovely place to stay. Our host was great to work with. We will be back and we'll definitely stay in this condo.

Our entire family which can be picky at times all agree this was the best vacation stay we’ve had.
