Nestled in Cabo San Lucas, this charming condo for $555 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. - Step outside this privately owned 2100+ sq. ft. villa onto the expansive terrace and you'll know you've made an excellent choice for your vacation at Villa La Estancia, situated on one of the most coveted stretch of beach in Cabo San Lucas, Medano Beach. - Soak in the magnificent views of the Sea of Cortez and the famous Land's End rock formation. - This lavish resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home. This tastefully Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully furnished dine-in terrace complete with a gas grill and wet bar for your outdoor entertainment. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room. Lovely condo with accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Top floor view was great. A note, it is a East facing balcony so it was quite HOT on the balcony. Would stay again

We had a wonderful experience with this property and would highly recommend to friends and family. It is perfect for a large or small group. The personal concierge was confusing for us, as there is a concierge on staff. Snorkeling here is not great and do not recommend. While the boats and staff are great, if you have snorkeled anywhere else you will be disappointed. The viz is terrible and over fishing has caused sea life to be sparse. Food on property is expensive but delicious and you don't have to take a $20 round trip cab into town. Beaches are not enjoyable to walk on but are beautiful and worth the visit. The kitchen does have what you need to cook but it is VERY sparse. (one spatula etc, tiny trash can) The patios are beautiful and property is clean and nice. We will be back!

The whole process from the minute we walked through the doors from the airport until we left was perfect. Condo better than the photos suggest, location is perfect, on-site amenities just what we needed, drivers on time and professional, and Joel (the concierge) helped us with several rental car and activity reservations. The condo complex seemed less than half full so never had any trouble getting spots at the pool or having to wait for meals. Thanks Jane and your team.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa La Estancia and found it a perfect location for our family and the other families we were travelling with from our high school.
The unit itself was well appointed and spacious. The balcony on the top floor is spectacular and provided the best views out to the bay. Sunrise view to the east. Unit is large enough to be split into two but we were fortunate to have both sides and the entirety of the connected balcony to ourselves.
The complex itself was lovely. Nice grounds and friendly and attentive staff. Food and supplies at the market are very expensive. Food at the restaurants are pricier than in town but not excessive.
Best part was the location. We were a 10 minute, $9 cab ride into the bustle and partying of the town (or about a 15-20 minute beach walk). But we were far enough away so we weren't kept up all night with the noise of clubs and beach bars.
Really nice unit. Hope to stay here again soon.

Wonderful quality place with plenty of room for the four of us. Breakfast out on the balcony was a plus, relaxing and beautiful. We had multiple meals at the onsite restaurants. Everyone who works there was friendly, helpful and professional.

It was our first time to Cabo. Staff was awesome. Make sure to eat at the steak restaurant downstairs. It’s a short 20 minute walk to the shops and restaurants by the marina or a $10 cab ride. Best places included Alexander’s, Salvatore’s and Romeo y Juliet. Swimmable beach in front of the hotel walkable beach with restaurants and massages 10 minutes away. Check “the office” while you’re there. Cabo is a busy place but the location of this condo keeps you far enough but still closer enough away from the “hub-bub”.

The beach is stunning, and this is definitely the most high class resort along the strip. Jacuzzi overlooking the beach, pool with a swim up bar. Truly an experience! The apartment is massive and the balcony is amazing. We worked from there for a week on a working holiday and it was an excellent choice!

Everything about the condo and the resort met or exceeded our expectations. My family enjoyed the space the unit provided and found all the amenities great. I have been home 4 days and cannot wait to go back and enjoy another stay at La Villa Estancia. I would not hesitate to also book this unit again, It was in perfect condition, you'll love it!

Simply put, this condo and the entire resort of Villa La Estancia were wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. Pre-Trip, Jane and her team did a fantastic job of preparing us and were very effective in their communication. In terms of the condo itself, first class/five stars all the way. The unit is maintained like a hotel room (vs. a condo) which I like - no clutter, etc. So you are not going to find left over supplies from the prior guest. The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances. The dinning and living room furniture was clean and comfortable. The secondary bedroom was well appointed with plenty of closet space and a large bathroom. The primary bedroom is massive with the largest condo/hotel bathroom I have ever seen. The balcony also has great seating options and both the grill, the mini-fridge/wet bar worked well and it certainly has a world class view! The resort itself is top notch. Across the board the service was amazing. Very attentive and friendly staff that all spoke English. The pool area was crowded, but even mid-day you could still find seating. Finally, the location is ideal. You are removed from the chaos of Downtown Cabo, but close enough to partake in the action when desired.

Condo looks better than the pictures. Good view and peaceful resort. Property manager is very responsive. If I were to make a suggestion for improvement, it would be convenient to stock some basic stuff as a convenience for people who stay only a few days, so they don't have to run to the market just to buy bulk items like condiments, dish washing liquid, laundry soap etc. All these did not take away from the enjoyment of our stay in the unit though.

We had a magnificent stay at VLE. The property is very clean, the staff is extremely attentive, and the food was excellent. Great location. I love that the pool is warm so the kids stay in there for hours without getting cold. We will be back!

Great getaway
Villa la Estancia does not disappoint. We have stayed here twice. Once with our three teens, and this time just my husband and I. The rooms are great, spacious and we love the breeze that runs through the condo. This top-level condo has great views and we loved sitting on the patio first thing in the morning and then after the pool/beach before we'd head to dinner. Location is ideal--not too close to the loudness of downtown Cabo, but not so far that you can't walk there or take quick taxi.
