Located in Cabo San Lucas, this charming villa for $635 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Overview: Villa 1104: Premium ground floor Villa that our family has owned since the early days of the resort! So convenient to come and go from the pool or beach throughout the day 2 Bedroom, 3 full bathrooms Bedroom 1: 1 king bed & Ensuite Bedroom 2: 2 queen sized beds & Ensuite Living Room: Pull-out sofa bed plus full bath access Accommodates 6 guests comfortably. Family owned and completely remodelled and updated, this luxurious villa is our favourite place to relax. I'm happy to answer any questions, just send me a message, I'm very quick to respond. I can also organize airport transportation, groceries, etc. Our spacious, 2200 sf condo offers a wonderful home for your vacation, with first-class resort services and the best location in Cabo. Located on Medano Beach (the primary swimming beach in Cabo San Lucas) and within walking distance of town, Villa La Estancia is a an award-winning resort known for its unparalleled service, sophisticated style, and tranquil setting. All the best features and amenities without the in-your-face music and craziness like so many Cabo resorts. The villa has two bedrooms: a master with a king bed and the other with two queen beds. The second bedroom is fully separated with a key-entry door for added privacy. The Master bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double sinks. Both bedrooms have huge closets, flat screen TVs, telephone, secure safes, and patio access. The private patio spans the width of the whole unit and includes lounge chairs, dining table and chairs, and barbecue grill. Enjoy a cocktail while taking in the late afternoon sun in comfort. The villa has a large, open living area, with couch (with pull-out bed), lounge chairs and a 55" Smart TV offering all the apps you need to stream movies, shows, sports. The adjacent dining area features a large table and chairs for meals and entertainment, as well as a kitchen peninsula with barstools. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including double sink with garburator, new stainless dishwasher, stainless oven with glass top range and new stainless microwave, coffee machine, side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, washer/dryer, and large pantry. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and glassware, cutlery, cookware etc. Cleaning service is included with booking, which includes fresh linens, towels and amenities. We have our own router in the villa to make sure guests have fast internet. Free high-speed Internet access is also available in the Villa and around the pool. The resort amenities at Villa la Estancia are first class, and for the exclusive use of VLE guests. The pools feature fountains and a swim-up bar and there are five ocean-view hot tubs. The poolside restaurant offers excellent breakfasts and lunches, as well as drinks and snacks by the pool or on the beach. Beach towel service is provided free of charge. Exercise in the fully equipped and updated fitness centre which is about 25 steps from our patio, or relax at the Spa which features a Jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna. You also have access to the Desert Spa, located in front neighbouring Villa Del Arco. An award winning 31,000 Sq. Ft. spa - the largest in Cabo! If you have a car, parking is free. The 3 restaurants at the resort offer everything from poolside lunches to fine dining. Room service is always available so if you don't want to venture out of your Villa, we won't judge. Options include: Formal dining and buffet breakfasts at La Casona Casual fare around the poolside at La Parilla Sunset Dinners on the Beach Palmita Market & Deli Ice Cream Corner In-Villa Dining Room Service The concierge at VLE is available 24/7 and and very helpful. They can help arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and give expert advice on the activities in the area. We also have a private property manager, Maggie, who is available to take care of all the details from check-in to check-out. The Villa La Estancia Village Mall offers a market, pharmacy, gift shop, ice cream shop, and great deli/bakery. It's just a 2 minute walk from the villa and great for grabbing anything you need throughout your stay. All Villa La Estancia guests also have privileges at the neighbouring properties; Villa Del Palmar and Villa Del Arco which offer several excellent restaurants, full service Spa, along with 'Kids in Paradise' children's program. Cabo is easily accessible by air through most of the major air carriers (airport code SJD). Villa la Estancia is a 30-45 minute drive from the airport, so you can fly in the morning and spend the afternoon in the sun. Villa la Estancia is a premier property with outstanding location, unbelievable great service and reasonable priced food at many restaurants. 2 bedroom villa 1609 is spacious, upscale and sparkling clean with all newer furniture.

Very Enjoyable Vacation!!!
Our second stay at Villa La Estancia and our first at Sean's Villa. This villa was recently updated and very clean.
The pictures shown in the listing are very accurate. The maid service every other day was great. We loved the view and higher floor looking out over the resort and water. The elevators all worked great and it was a quick walk to the small store and deli. We would not hesitate to stay at this villa again.

Everything was great except the housekeeper did not show up until very late in the day when we were getting ready for dinner. We had her come the next day.

All in all, a great week!
This unit is just as described, and has a great view over the pools and out to the ocean. We could not fault the accommodation at all. Beautifully furnished and well-appointed with a lovely large balcony - perfect for sunset cocktail hour! The only small irritation was that check-in was lengthy as they tried pretty hard to entice us to attend a 'sales breakfast', and were not easily dissuaded that we were not interested! It did not stop us having a great week though!

The resort staff were VERY accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious, the common area (kitchen, living room) were perfect and the extra bathroom and shower came in handy (there is one off the living room in addition to the ones in the each bedroom). The kitchen has most everything you need. (Walmart and Costco are close by if you want to stock up!). The deck offered a great view. The on site restaurants were nothing special, but splurge on Edith's in town and you will not be disappointed! The owner helped us secure airport transport to and from and they were reliable and friendly. Sean was very responsive with questions and check in details, etc. Highly recommend. Better than a hotel, and a relaxed resort feel.

Great Vacation
This place was amazing. It was my families first trip to Cabo and this property made it the best. Its in a great location, very clean, top notch service and Sean's Villa was incredible. My family and I plan on going back on a regular basis. Dealing with Sean was so easy, he even gave us the name of B&B transportation to pick us up from the airport and bring us back. That is the way to go. B&B was very professional.
If you want a great place to stay you should book this place.

Perfect
This unit far exceeds expectations - all the rave reviews are well-deserved. To start, Sean is an excellent communicator, answering any and all questions with very good information. It's wonderful to stay in a freshly done unit with all the amenities. The view is truly amazing! The location within the resort is great, too - convenient to everything. And, everyone at Villa la Estancia is so warm and welcoming. It is a bonus to be able to hear the songbirds from the balcony (and the musical shows next door from the entry way, if you wish)! Perfect winter getaway
We’ve vacationed in Cabo many times and it always delivers - sun filled days with lots of things to do. The last several trips we’ve stayed at Estancia. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The grounds are immaculate and clean. Sean, the owner, was very easy to work with, even when we had to extend our stay due to bad weather back home. Time to head back home to deal with what’s left of winter, but the time in Cabo certainly makes that easier. Already thinking about the next trip!

A quiet and lovely spot on the beach
The condo is lovely. Well appointed and spacious, the condo was spotless. The grand balcony overlooks the grounds to the Sea of Cortez. The pools and hot tubs are welcome oases and the beach is just down a short set of steps. We enjoyed the spa on property and the restaurants are reasonably priced and tasty. We were impressed and hope to return.

Sean's Cabo Oceanview Villa
I highly recommend a stay in Cabo at Sean's Oceanview Villa. Our family of 4- husband, 2 young adult sons and myself spent a week over Christmas holiday. We all enjoyed the ample space, privacy and local amenities at Villa La Estancia. With a center entrance, the condo affords great separation between 2 en suite bedrooms with a centrally located living area: living room, dining table, full kitchen, dishwasher, washer & drier and extra guest bathroom with shower. The long porch, accessible by 3 sets of sliding glass doors, offers views of the ocean arches in the distance. Beautiful landscaping and sidewalks appear below within the property leading to hot tubs, pools, work out area, spa & beach. Tennis courts are available nearby as well as a convenient market for groceries and quick meals. The condo was completely as advertised, furnished with comfortable seating , bedding and lighting and adequate kitchen implements. The closets were spacious with a hotel-style safe. A/C worked well and the maid service was courteous and unobtrusive. We enjoyed many meals "off site" by walking or taxiing downtown. Live music and shopping were easy to find. Breakfast provided at the hotel was pleasant and tasty. We all enjoyed a swim in the cool, clean ocean waters. Thank you, Sean!
